Clean, fresh, modern and comfortable. Close to the Marina and beach. Great pool. Friendly staff.
There were issues with WiFi on my stay that were eventually resolved after day 2 of my stay but as a solo traveller I rely on good WiFi

The hotel was modern with great location. Staff very helpful, swimming pool lovely and clean, could always get sun bed, no loud music by pool. Great air conditioning in rooms. Food and drinks good and reasonably priced. Would go again.
Expected to have crockery in rooms, but very little there.

The location of the hotel is near the city center and top attractions like Grand Bazar, Marmaris Marina, Bar Street.
-Room was dirty. While it had been “cleaned,” there were obvious signs of neglect, such as hair on the bed and untouched areas under the bed that were laden with used tissues.
-The hotel staff’s lack of welcoming demeanor was disappointing. While not all employees displayed this attitude, a majority seemed indifferent. Proper training in the art of greeting and smiling could greatly enhance the overall guest experience, making visitors feel genuinely welcomed and valued.
-The service at the hotel was abysmal, to say the least. Despite my repeated requests to change the towels over a span of three days, as per their policy, the towels remained unchanged. This forced me to purchase towels from a local market for personal use. It’s disheartening when a simple request like fresh towels isn’t met, even after multiple reminders.
-The hotel could benefit from improving their approach to promoting local activities in Marmaris. Instead of simply stating their willingness to help guests book activities, a more proactive approach such as providing a list of available activities and facilitating bookings could greatly enhance the overall guest experience. This would save guests the hassle of seeking external providers, as I had to do.
-A perplexing inconsistency arose regarding alcohol consumption. While I was able to enjoy alcohol purchased from the hotel by the pool, a different set of rules seemed to apply when drinks were bought from outside. This contradiction was exemplified when I inquired about others enjoying alcohol by the pool and was told they were “our people.” This inconsistency left me feeling confused and uncomfortable.

Absolutely nothing, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
The service, the food, the list goes on.
I asked for a iron 4 days in a row, after kicking up a fuss I was provided with one. I was told the hotel only owns 1 iron, absolutely absurd.
The breakfast is so shit! They don’t even top it up once it’s gone!

It was disgustingly bad.
We asked for a room change and they refused.
Bed bugs, tiny hotel rooms and ant infestation.
Pool is closed most of the time and is dirty water.
Thief housekeeping and just terrible customer service.

We were made very welcome by Halil the moment we stepped into and throughout our stay at Club Sema. We stayed there over 20 years ago and were amazed by the transformation, the whole apart/hotel has had a major upgrade to a very high standard.. The bar and kitchen staff were also very welcoming and friendly Sahin Veli, Islam and Jeremy treated us like family and were all very eager to help. The rooms are cleaned every day and the maids are lovely. We will definitely go back and hope the same staff will be there
Nothing to dislike

This is the first time in 20 years we have been to Marmaris and went back to Club Sema because of its location, it has been totally renovated to a very high standard. The new owners and every member of staff have been extremely exceptional and friendly. We will definitely return to Club Sema next year. Thanks you Halil, Sahó, Veli, Islam,Jeremy, Maids, Kitchen Staff and Reception for making us all feel so very welcome and can't wait to see you all next year. 1st class holiday 1st class hotel ☺️♥️☺️♥️
