The staff are so friendly and helpful. The whole property is clean and tidy. Good location close to the beach but away from the busier town end.
The stairs to the rooms are quite steep. But there is nothing they can do about this.
4.3
Very clean, staff attentative - food excellent and room very comfortable.
We can't complain about anything. Very nice location for our break away. Staff helpful and friendly.

Friendly welcome, really helpful staff, excellent breakfast, comfy bed

The cooked full English was very tasty.
The eggs Benedict wasn’t very nice. The sauce didn’t look like hollondaise other than that everything was perfect.
4.3
Staff were lovely, food was great. Good parking and price. Bedroom was a decent size with lots of hot water.
The room was boiling hot, there was one tiny fan . The bed had no sheet just a thick duvet. If you opened a window it was really loud with sirens at night.
There was a lovely bath but nothing to put in it.. everything was liquid soap fixed to the wall.
4.3
Great location, right near the beach.
Lovely staff and really nice food.
Room was perfect too 👌

Would highly recommend this accommodation.
Spotlessly clean. Staff exceptional.
Breakfast perfect
Traffic noise from the road.
4.3
The room was large clean and airy with a large beautiful on suite.
If I’m being super nit picky it would be the stairs to access the rooms.
4.3
A superbly clean, comfortable, friendly find.
Such a great room with a really comfy bed and spotlessly clean, too.
The food was exceptionally good and reasonably priced, with a great selection of wines.
Breakfast was also really good, and portion size was bigger than most we have had.
The staff were so helpful and friendly, definitely a return visit is on the cards
Nothing, at all.

Great location and easy to find, no problems parking. Nice room overlooking the church, very quiet on a night. Comfortable bed and room was very clean. Nice friendly staff very helpful.
Pricey food and drinks, we ate out. Whislt breakfast was good, disappointing in terms of no fruit or yoghurt options, had to keep asking for a coffee refill and only brown bread available - it is not that hard to find a loaf of white bread especially as breakfast is only available between 8 - 10am. Overall a good stay but not the best in terms of value for money.
4.3
Lovely spacious room, good shower, very comfy bed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice too. The building is old so you need to expect to have steep narrow stairs, we didn't find this a problem but you need to be careful. There is a nice lounge area with books and games where you can sit in comfy chairs and have a pre-dinner drink or night cap. Very enjoyable stay for our golf break in Kent. Plenty of parking too.

Perfect location, plenty off parking, staff friendly and helpful, comfy, clean, best pub we have stayed in will definitely be back
Very warm at night

Location as it was walking distance to the beach and facilities, the room was spacious and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Quite a few dishes on the menu were not available at the time we had dinner in the restaurant which was not late.
4.3
The property is spotlessly clean. The breakfast was outstanding quality and the staff were knowledgeable and polite
Everything was perfect

Parking on site and good breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Awkward staircase up to top floor room and low ceilings. There was only a hand held shower on the bathtub and no shower curtain or screen so made a bit of a mess.

Very comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff and lovely food

Delightful inn …. Tasteful rooms …. Clean spacious
Friendly staff, good food
Gorgeous room but we had to walk upstairs ( in the bedroom) to the en suite….very good bathroom
4.3
Excellent breakfast, and very friendly staff. The location was perfect for our purposes - ie half way between Dungeness, to visit Derek Jarman's garden and the RSPB site in one direction and Hythe in the other direction to have a more town-based experience, with a bus stop right outside the Inn to enable us not to worry about parking. We came back to eat dinner in the restaurant on both evenings that we stayed. The promenade right behind the Inn is a wonderful way to see this part of the Kent coastline, and takes just a few minutes to reach Dymchurch town centre.
We had a lovely room (the Four Poster) but the bed was too soft for my liking (fine for my husband) and the stairs are quite steep !

Great location and nice room
Room ceiling was a bit low but still ok for someone 6” tall

Welcoming staff, lovely rooms & good food. Really nice to have pub garden too.
Unfortunately my husband cut his head on fuse box outside bedroom 1, but staff were helpful & plan to rectify the hazard.
