La situació de l'apartament
El tracte rebut.
L'apartament necessita una reforma.
No vàrem poder entrar a les 16:30h (una hora després de l'hora d'entrada) perquè la neteja no estava feta. Un descontrol força gran i sense cap mirament ni preocupació per part del propietari, només pendent de facturar.

Las vistas de los cristales mates de lo sucios que estaban.
Lo primero es que te venden unos apartamentos que no son. Un 4 sin ascensor, menos mal que no tenemos problemas de rodillas sino no hay quien suba. Todo muy muy sucio, adjunto fotos porque es una pocilga. No hay calefacción ni presión de agua caliente, reclamamos y nos dieron un calentador de aire de 220w para un piso de 3 habitaciones, de risa. Al hacer el ckeck in te obligan a dejar una fianza de 200€, algo que no estaba informado por ningún lado ni booking ni su web. A dia de hoy todavia la estoy esperando, hace 2 meses de eso. Me he puesto en contacto y nada me dicen aue esta devuelta, pero no es asi! Estafadores a mas no poder, la atención de Victor Conill escasa y seca. El peor puente de nuestra vida!!!

The amount of space was fantastic.
The communication and help from the agent was superb.
Facilities available within the apartment were spot on.
Location was fabulous.

We were on top (4th) floor with no lift but meant legs got a cool down - view from balcony was stunning.
We couldn't get the washing machine to work properly.
The decor had some dinks but they did not bother us

The apartment was ok, certainly not worth what we paid though. The facilities were also ok including an Oven, Microwave and washing machine.
When originally booking, we asked for a quieter part of the building as we were a family. This was rejected by the apartment owners from the offset and frustratingly we were put in a room on the first floor right above a busy shop and just off the main street. Needless to say there was continuous noise from morning till late night and early hours of the morning...I don't think we had one good nights sleep the whole holiday!! To top this off, some of the other guests in the apartment block were extremely noisy, and on one particular night there was a party going on in the room above us until 4am in the morning!! Another stressful moment came at the start of the holiday when we arrived. In the first instance we couldn't contact the owners to collect the keys! The address information on the email was incorrect and we spend an hour looking for the office which turned out to be wrong. Then, when we finally contacted the key owners they said they were having lunch and we would have to wait until they had finished....Really!! In the end we had to ask for help from a local bar owner who spoke to the keyholder and showed us where to go (which was a completely different address to what was on the email). Overall we were very disappointed with the apartment and the management owners! The last thing you want on holiday in a foreign country is to be running around for hours trying to get into your accommodation and then to discover its in the noisiest part of the building and get hardly any sleep for the duration of your stay!!!

The location to the lifts and slopes was perfect.
The walls are thin and the quiet hour is not enforced so I was kept up for a long time due to noisy neighbors. It was dirty from a previous tenant. I kept getting dog hair on my things and we didn't have a dog. It was small for the price but the location was good.

The manger guy Victor was rude and lie to us about reserving us a first floor apartment only to give us a forth floor apartment
The bad mattresses are horrible and sleeping conditions are bed

The two laddies managing the property. We arrived very late (close to midnight - 00:00) and they actually provided us with a bag of different food items and did not accept money in return.
The staircase was steep. Overall, it can feel crowded - narrow spaces.
