Nice location, but terrible apartment, and dreadful checking in experience

1. The outside ground floor outdoor terrace was nice, with armchair/sofa and a table 2. Good location in Los Christianos for local facilities

1. Owner had forgotten to tell site reception, so no booking registered with them. Couldn't contact owner, so had to phone booking.com to help us. An hour and a half after arrival we got keys to apartment. 2. Description and photos of apartment on booking.com did not match what we got. No free toiletries, only one bath towel and one small towel for two of us, no bath mats, etc. Photos were of apartments on same site owned by HG Cristian Sur, and which were all renovated and much better quality. Site management showed us around one of their own apartments. 3. Double bed was very poor quality, and very uncomfortable

Perfect central location in Los Cris

Location was excellent. Perfectly central for everything in Los Cristianos.

The apartment was a bit dated and in need of some freshening up. But other than that no complaints. Good sized apartment, good sized front patio and located perfectly.

Bed comfort, outdated furniture, one of 2 refrigerators does not cool, kitchen and garden cockroaches. Needs update

Winter Break

I would highly recommend this apartment it has everything you would need for a week long stay in Tenerife. Great little cocktail bar across from apartment called the the Island my wife really enjoyed. I did not have much dealings with the staff of the complex as apartment had everything we needed. Small little cafe in complex did a lovely breakfast. Very reasonable prices. If I was going to Tenerife again and that is apartment was available I would have no hesitation in taking it again

Pleasant

The address written on the booking platform was wrong, so we had to wander around the city with our heavy luggage and search for the apartment. The place was dark and cold. What’s even worse, there wasn’t even a proper quilt, just a thin blanket.

Very good place to stay

Good location. Close to the big bus stop area, so public transport connection is excellent. Get the TEN+ card and forget the transportation worries. Shopping and restaurants are in a short walking distance or right around the corner. Clean premises. Small garden -facing the street- to spend time outside. The apartment is leveled, i.e. bedroom is 2 stairs higher than the living room. Keep in mind for kids or elderly people. To be mentioned: the kitchen is small and right size equipped. Besides the dishwashing liquid and salt, nothing available - so bring your coffee / tea along. Didn't meet the host personally, hanging over the keys went well without complications though. Ask for the wifi details prior to arriving at the destination. Recommended.

A great apartment and complex, perfectly situated, lovely owners!

The apartment was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Privately owned, classically furnished and with personal touches. A bottle of wine and water were there on our arrival - much appreciated! The outside garden space was a real bonus, it is north facing so always shady which suited us perfectly. The complex is beautifully maintained and the pools and their surroundings were excellent. The beach and town are a 10 minute stroll away and there are plenty of supermarkets and eateries to choose from.

Owner forgot change of time of us arriving meant unnecessary waiting around No info in apt for TV- wash machine - safe Terrace sliding door door shut but didn't lock wasnt informed of that Only one set of keys

I’d stay there again

Great location with everything you need. four swimming pools. Short walk to the beach. A couple blocks off the main craziness but less than a five minute walk. Hostess was the best.

Exceptional

Location was great. Ground floor apartment with a lovely private garden. Near to the town and beach but in quieter area. Lovely pool. Not overcrowded. The grounds were kept immaculate and the gardens were lovely. Nice local shop where you can buy freshly made baguettes and quiche. We had a very clean and comfortable private apartment and Tatsiana and her partner were very nice people and also they kindly provided a personal transfer service from and to the airport for us. They also provided a lovely bottle of wine on arrival and were very obliging if we needed help or had any questions. Would thoroughly recommend.

The supermarket on the complex was a little expensive for some things; like milk bread and cereal. But there were plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby anyway. The lady on the reception we found a little frosty and unhelpful. But the other staff seemed fine.

Had a great holiday, very relaxing

Apartment was in a great location. All facilities were near to. Apartment had plenty of space.

Kitchen was a little under equipped in terms of crockery and glasses. However we coped okay.

Ideal for buses, restaurants, the complex and clean.

The decor, very dark and old fashioned. Kitchen not very well equipped. Very noisy fridge freezer next to bedroom.

Superb

The apartment is small but cosy and has an outside terrace with very comfortable chairs and a sofa. Tatiana is very helpful and nice host. She provided us with all necessary information and recommended local restaurants outside the city with very delicious and cheap food. Highly recommended!

The Apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable -filled with everything you might need during your stay. Lovely sunny terrace and garden. Comfy bed and sofa bed too. Will definitely be coming back. Big,big thanks to lovely Hosts -Tatjana and Ilja,they made us feel like family, lovely, friendly and caring couple.Did not want to leave them. Did everything thing to make us and our baby feel home and comfortable. We already miss the apartment and our new friends. Also the location is great,all you can wish for is within walking,5min distance-beach,restaurants and shopping. + 6 pools, caffee and small shop in the apartment complex.

We both absolutely loved it !!!

The residence called Cristian Sur, is nicely located, Many many good Restaurants and quaint little Pubs to explore. Our reception was very nice, friendly and informative. Our hostess, Tatsianna is a sweetheart, she made our visit very comfortable and relaxing. We explored the area and we were easy walking distance to awesome beaches. Our internet was fast making it easy to check in with family. The kitchen had all that we could possibly need to cook meals. The apartment was spotless, fresh linens and towels abundant. 20 Meters away, our Restaurant in the residence, Cooking three meals a day. The croissants are the best ! Four pools two are heated. Quiet relaxing atmosphere. The reception staff are friendly and speak English. The landscapers take great pride in the maintenance of the complex. Our Yard and terrace wonderful, Our mini schnauzer loved the freedom to go out side at will. We especially enjoyed the evenings on the terrace after a warm sunny day. listening to music or the black birds singing. We will definitely want to come back sometime next year, and book again with Tatsianna. 8) Oh and one more thing, Our hostess has added her personal touch in the apartment, the decor and art work speak for themselves .

The Corona virus-19 epidemic. but considering the state of the world, we were in a perfect place to endure it during our stay. Our host has the ideal spot for a Hot tub, but doubt the complex owners would allow it. (sadness)
