Everything was amazing. My son absolutely loved the chickens roaming around, especially at breakfast. Everyone was polite and friendly. It was a very relaxing vibe.
Thank you to all.

We all loved the animals , the beds were super comfortable and breakfast was excellent.
4.5
The check-in process, the friendly staff, the facilities in the room, the runrise and sunset activities for kids, the breakfast, almost everything
The surrounding area can be a bit noisy with traffic noise and animal sounds at night as it's not very far from high way (probably at least 500 meters away but the traffic noise can still be heard clearly).

Great glamping tents, so clean, comfy bed and cozy! Great activities for the kids and being able to go into the park out of hours made the trip so much better! Breakfast was also delicious.
They are in a good location, it’s just unfortunate that the park is so close to the M1 as that’s all I heard waking up in the morning. Nothing that can be changed and it did not ruin our experience at all.

Breakfast was great and had a wonderful tour of the grounds with opportunity for kids to have hands on experiences.
As we arrived late and it was dark. While driving in it was hard to view signs and follow directions. Better lighting or even reflective posts would have been of benefit.

The glamping tent was great, great for my disability client. Clean and tidy, accessible to the park. Staff were extremely helpful.
The shower door was large and when opened didn’t leave to much to walk into the shower.

Very refreshing
Direction to property was confusing

The property was great for our first holiday with the kids. We loved the privacy and location
The pillows were all very high profile and left us with a sore neck. Although they were soft a flatter pillow would have a great option as they were all the same. It would be nice if they had dinner options all nights however understandable when not as busy.

Typical camping site with plenty of amenities but at the time we were there not much ppl around. the tent, lighting, sheets, bedding were all clean and comfy.
do not go for the Koala Experience. the staff is rude and once there are ppl waiting in line, they panic to complete it so they might do the push push push to get you to hold and take a photo. then they will ask you to leave immediately so they can accommodate the other customers. its definitely not an experience. We re-did the experience in Dreamworld and the Staff were super accommodating.

Tent was a good size for 1 adult in double bed and 1 adult and child in bunk beds, bathroom facilities were good. Buffet breakfast had great options and had Bacon 6 year enjoyed. Fan kept the tent cool. Nice and close to Movie World and Wet and Wild
No car cover during rain storm with forecasted hail meant sleepless night for car owner

Loved the family glamping experience.
Only 1 slight issue was when we asked staff about the Buffet breakfast. I was told it was on, but they don't run that mid week only weekends & the big breakfast we did order from menu had to be returned twice as they forgot to include items.

The restaurant and property are nice. Happy with vegetarian meal options
The playground gets locked early and there are no bicycles allowed to be used. If you go to any camp ground or caravan park you will see kids playing and riding their bikes. We should be allowed to use them along the gravel paths in the camp area. The playground should at least be accessible until 9pm. Once you have dinner there is nothing to do. No pool, no bikes, no playground, no vending machines. There should also be more soap dispensers in the toilets.

tent was wonderful, beds were very comfortable
NO Heating, was very cold and showers/toilets too far away

Very quaint. Facilities were very clean and easy to access. Big comfy bed. The receptionist was lovely even though I was tired from a big drive/day. Loved the connection to the animals and the natural surroundings.
No toaster in my tent. Found one as I was leaving in the communal canteen. Not a big deal but maybe be more clear on what is in the room. There was construction going on at a close distance from the tents which detracted from the experience and my well earned sleep in but I suppose it has to be done. Maybe a few more signs at the entrance etc. would help when arriving after dark. Overall though, it was a very pleasant experience and property.

Lovely stay which includes admission to paradise country.

The tent was located directly in a farm - with lots of animals - which is great for family with young children or people looking for adventure.
The tent has only 3 small lights - forget about reading before you go to bed because you can hardly recognize the alphabets.
We were there in August - the nights in tent were very very cold and at around 5 am the birds starts “shouting” and you will be awoken from these noise.
The biggest problem is - There were no toilet in the tent. So you have to walk around in wildlife to go to the shared toilet. At night there is no light at all - so I have to bring a torchlight or mobile phone to light up the way.
There is no drinking water provided. So we have to stock up water for the stay.
There were lots of tourist on the day time with lots of activities.
We stayed for 2 nights - I won’t recommend longer.

Loved the glamping style tent was so lovely absolutely beautiful and cozy and so comfortable!
Wasn’t a big fan of the dinner buffet which was no fault of the chefs I just wish there were different foods for options.
Also the twilight tour was boring though the morning tour was excellent

Great for young families. Campgrounds were great, not too close together. Loved the included activities of games/campfire/animal interactions. Tent was really nice, comfortable beds, quality bedding and towels. Great place to explore.
No cheap options for food if your on a budget. Buffet was great, but it’s expensive for a family when it’s the only option for every meal.

Every thing was fine
We are satisfied

Beautiful tree surroundings, goats/ponies to greet. The tent and the bed are too good :). So are the amenities/showers. Easy access (too easy). Affordable.
It's part of a theme park (with all the facilities next door) so not really a real camping or even glamping experience... but for an easy 1-night getaway it's great.

Staff very kind and accomodating.
A little over-priced considering we had to walk to amenities.
3.5
Clean. Good for kids as that is what the location is aimed at. Animal feeding tours, lawn games and $30 buffet where kids eat free. Access to the park when it isn't open to the public.
Sites could have been spaced out more with the available land. Traffic noise, you'll hear the odd burnout from a local bogan over the weekend.

Absolutely amazing experience staying amongst the trees

Couldn’t believe I was in such close proximity to such an awesome holiday destination. Staff were friendly and super helpful! They made us feel like VIPs! Our accommodation was clean, comfortable and so serene. The activities and theme park were perfect for my 3 year old son. Will definitely be back again soon!
Nothing.
