Sijainti on hyvä

Lovely old building in a quiet location, but actually not far from the Centre of Kotka. Also has a bar and supermarket nearby.
Not really suited for a one night stay like mine but to be fair I chose it as the main hotels weren't economical.

Nice peaceful location, but still walking distance from Kotka center

The accomodation was nice. We had the loft, which was actually the ground floor/basement. Usually in English speaking countries the loft is in the roof, but here it doesn't mean that. Nina was nice. If I ever visit Kotka again (unlikely) I would stay here again yes.
I wasn't a fan of Kotka, it seemed a bit depressing. The accommodation was fine, but it seemed to be in the run down part of the town, but tbh, most of Kotka seemed run down, so maybe I am being harsh there. There are no negative remarks about the property, it was quite well renovated and nice place.

The owner, Nina, was very pleasant, and has a very nice little hotel! There's no lobby, the rooms are in different buildings of what was once a small family farm.you drive or walk into little driveway, which opens to a garden with fruit trees, and the various buildings are around the garden.
After we reserved the room, and paid, THEN we were told that we must bring our own linens (sheets, pillowcases.)🙁😬 OR we must pay extra!
Not funny, I don't remember if it was 10€ or €20 each. We took all the bedding we needed from friends in Helsinki.

Apartment in a restored Finnish classic house. very interesting decor, quite good location, free parking, small garden for guests.
Information about self-cleaning and additional payment for bed linen should be mentioned in the foreground when booking, it was not a problem for us; but that should be known right away.

We stayed in the room on the ground floor facing the street. The street is quiet most of the time however once a car drives by you would definitely hear it. It's not right to call it a room as we got the whole flat in our disposal with full kitchen, washing machine and living room. There are tables, chairs and grill in the back yard available for all the guests, so we enjoyed our morning coffee in peace and village-like quiet. Location was perfect for us as we were travelling by car. Walk to the city centre is not long either, about 30 min. Food store is 3 min walk away. Closest restaurants are in the city centre.
Please note you would need to clean in the end of your stay or pay extra for final cleaning to be done for you.

Never before spent a night(s) in an art gallery.. People loving esthetic will love this one. Plenty of room, interesting details and walking distance from the city center. Very nice host!
Due to the Covid 19 the selection of services in the city of Kotka was limited. Nothing anybody could do to that though.
