Great view and location, could be better maintained.
The view was awesome and the deck was very spacious. It also had a private access to the sea.
The cleanliness was below standard, there was a moldy smell and some visible mold in certain spots. Outside areas could be more appealing with some basic maintenance.

Overall this was a restful and very scenic place to stay and we would recommend it to others.
There was a spectacular view from the villa which we had all to ourselves. It featured a furnished terrace from which to admire the view and several lower levels and terraces extending down to the sea. There were many lemon trees which added to the appeal of this pretty place. Local buses to Amalfi, Minori were available after a short walk and mostly reliable. The bus to Cimbrone gardens was not running during our stay so we had to get a taxi instead. Laura was a friendly and helpful host who met us at the property and was happy to give us tips and information about the local area.
In the kitchen, some baking trays to use in the oven, and more work bench space would have allowed for more convenient cooking. The plastic under-sheet on the bed was somewhat uncomfortable. Apart from a Michelin Guide restaurant, the location was not near any cafes etc. There was one small shop which could only be reached by walking along the narrow road which had no footpath. However this seems quite normal for this part of Italy. Sometimes we were required to use an expensive taxi when the local buses were not available or running.

It was beautiful and I will come again another time.
I arrived late but told called ahead to tell my host and she waited and spoke to the taxis driver on where to go go to get to the place, then gave me the keys.

Exceptional
There were few minor problems. But from terrace perspective they all disappear.

Heaven in Paradise
First the Magnificent Laura welcomed us and made us feel so welcome. All our questions answered and so much great advice. We made a new friend. Lovely lady. This is a villa with private-ish water access in quiet Ravello. So close to Atrani, which we really enjoyed. Amalfi is only another 5 minute walk on road or take the steps up and over from Atrani (25-30 minutes with great views.) Atrani was definitely our preference. The house was a true home away with multiple levels outside. Laura provided everything we could have possibly needed. Half of our family only left the house for meals. So happy we found this jewel 💚💕
That we had to leave
