Very fancy but expensive weekend getaway

The Lutetia is a wonderful experience : very classy, nice interior, perfect service, without being exaggerated. The rooms are pretty spacious for Paris standards, and so is the hotel gym. Perfectly located in one of the best neighbourhoods of Paris, the hotel is very well connected with public transport (metro right across the street).

Breakfast is nice with truly high quality foods, but the size of the buffet appears to be somewhat limited. While the rooms are well insulated against street noise, the air conditioning / ventilation inside the room is pretty noisy. Overall, room rates are undeniably high, so there is clearly a question mark as to the total value for money you get. I would nevertheless come back one more time.

An unforgettable birthday stay in Paris. Bravo!

Lutetia was a wonderful surprise since we've been many times in Paris and had stayed in lots of fancy 5 stars hotel. For us, what most impressed was the personal treatment in a big hotel. Since the checkin, the staff welcomed us by our names and kept an outstanding service along the stay. We will be back for sure.

Maybe breakfast could have more options, but that was not an issue at all.

Sehr schönes Hotel und sehr geräumiges Zimmer Lage im Quartier St. Germain perfekt Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich und kompetent

Das Frühstück wird in der Brasserie serviert, das ist für den Preis und 5 Sterne Hotel nicht angemessen. Ambiente nicht sehr ansprechend, ungemütlich, laut, keine schöne Frühstücksatmosphäre Frühstücksbuffet limitiert, auch das könnte für ein 5 Sterne Haus besser sein Kein Frühstücksservice außerhalb der Frühstückszeit In der Lounge Personal mit Service überfordert und nicht sehr freundlich. Hier fühlt man sich als Gast eher unerwünscht, das Personal möchte nicht von Gästen gestört werden Service nicht professionell

Property is located in the middle of Paris. Very convenient to all the popular museums , shopping , the tower and restaurants. The staff was amazing !! From door men to reception desk and concierge. All go above and beyond for all the clients

Good hotel yet too expensive . You will enjoy it.

The staff was good and welcoming. the hotel generally was located well and is of good quality.

The value for money is not that good. Last year I pad almost the same amount for the four seasons and it was better in general. The food in the hotel could be better in terms of room service.

Beyond luxurious, what a hotel, what an experience!!

incredibly hospitable and such a warm welcome. facilities spa and gym were amazing. staff were so professional and accommodating. Room was out of this world and the bottle of champagne on ice upon arrival went down a treat.

Stay was beautiful but felt underwhelming due to high cost of the stay.

The Hotel is located amazingly and offers a wide range of stunning facilities and friendly staff.

The value for money is a catastrophe in this Hotel. If you compare this Hotel with the top Hotels in the world in some of the major cities like London, NYC or Tokyo you will find similar Hotels in this segment that tend to be cheaper than the Lutetia.

I’ve stayed at George V, Le Meurice, Le plaza athenée, Hotel Costes, La Reserve: Hotel Lutetia is Paris, not just a luxu

1) Perfect location: surrounded by beautiful bakeries, authentic Parisian lifestyle, non-touristic yet luxury, cool and under-the-radar, only luxury five star grand hotel on the left bank 2) Interior Design and Suites: Unique design of each specialty suite respectively dedicated to one artist or one theme. I experienced the Coppola Penthouse Suite. the balance of authentic mid-century chic, lofty Parisian attic perfected by the luxury furniture, the intricate eye for detail, the collaboration with Francis Coppola for the special final touches: his authentic vintage cameras around the living room, art pieces donated by Coppola on every wall. Shelves of books filled with art, cinema, literature, photography, culture and city guides, literatary, etc., that will make you want to sit and read each one (1 year may be enough for that). The bathroom and bedroom don’t leave a single thing more you could want. A marble bathtub with a view and a bedroom with a long size cloud mattress, TV adjustable to any angle, and a terrace opposite the bed. 3) Rooftop and View: The three balconies all have the post-card Eiffel Tower view, but the stairs, covered by a glass top that can be opened or closed using a single button, open it and step up to a rooftop, wrapping around almost the whole top floor of the building, with sun beds and a view tang is possibly the best in the city. Customer Service: Every single member of staff was kinder than necessary, and genuine in their care and smiles. The English is perfect, 24/7 room service, a spa with a large indoor pool, and a concierge ready to meet all your requests.
