Gute Lage, angenehmes Haus, Hygiene ungenügend.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, ebenso ist das Haus ruhig und klassisch.

Die Wohnung war nicht gut geputzt, das Geschirr und das besteck teilweise schmutzig. Der Duschablauf hat nicht funktioniert (war durch Schmutz verstopft), die Gardinen hingen an der Gardinenstange runter, was sehr lieblos wirkte.

Krásný a pohodlný byt na dobré adrese

Byt pro dva byl prostorný, hezky a pohodlně vybavený, dobře osvětlený a být v něm bylo příjemné. Vše bylo buď skoro nové a nebo pěkně udržované a čisté. Postel i gauč byly pohodlné. I domovní chodba byla zrekonstruovaná a výtah byl jen dalším z mnoha plusů - jakými byla například i velmi dobrá poloha. Zůstali bychom klidně i déle, kdybych nemuseli za povinnostmi.

Jediné, co nám trochu chybělo, bylo vybavení na přípravu kávy.

Was a lovely apartment located right in the centre of Budapest near a lot of the local attractions.

The lack of pillows for the bed, we only had 1 pillow each.

Turbulent arrival & pleasant stay

Grate location. Very good apartment.

Insisting on calling/messaging 30 minutes before the arrival, after confirming the precise arrival time three times before that. We are on vacation, so we do not want additional stress in life about confirming the same information too many times (literally more then five). After all the bother there was a 20 minutes delay by the agency which provided keys.

The location is great, the apartment is cosy and well furnished. Ideal for 2 people for a couple of days.

It was a bit cold, there was no remote control for the aircondition and the second convector was not working. The process of the check-in can be improved as it's a bit inconvenient and an additional fee is required if you check-in after 10pm. Some of the things in the apartment should be fixed like the shower stall and the bathroom door handle.

Shower was broken so had to hold the shower head which was a pain and, looking at reviews, has been broken for months now which is pretty poor

nice time close to everything amazing city

location was great. modern feel to apartment

shower head didn’t attach. hand held only. lounge was very uncomfortable. lift only work occasionally and we were on the third floor so lots of stairs.

Hard to find anything, shower head holder was broken but it didn't matter.

Pleasant apartment in central location

It was very spacious, functional and nicely presented. We really liked the location: it was very central.

The shower is slightly broken so kept falling down. It was quite a basic service: I didn't find that the hosts went above and beyond. Communication about our check out time was poor and left ignored.

Little but cozy.

It's a little but cozy apartment. A bed is comfortable and huge, Wi-Fi is fast, kitchen staff are good enough to cook everyday meals. It's possible to regulate temperature in all the rooms with in-built electric heaters. Every part of bathroom works perfectly. Separate kudos come to the host and apartment crew. The gave us detailed instructions a few days prior to our arrival, the guy who met us was polite and friendly. He told us some basic information about the room and Budapest. Apart from that, the check-in was really fast, and the team showed a great customer care by arranging it earlier than it's specified in the policy.

The fridge was a little noisy.
