I don't think I'll stay here again.

Location and easy access to public transport

The bed was single and very uncomfortable. The pillow did not allow a comfortable sleep. I saw cockroaches in the bathroom.

Gute Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage

Wir haben keinerlei beschwerde. Lage ist gut, nah an der Ubahn und wenn man einfach eine Ferienwohnung sucht, erfüllt die alle Zwecke. Alles war Sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe war einfach. Können wir nur weiter empfehlen.

Vollkommen ausreichend und Anbindung ist gut. Stadtteil ist eher furchtbar

5min Fußweg zur TÜV Akadamie war hervorragend. U-Bahn-Haltestelle war nur 2min entfernt. Im Appartement ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Wer kochen möchte, braucht alle Grundutensilien wie Öl, Gewürze und co. Töpfe, Pfannen und Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden.

Die Lage bzw. die Gegend in Nürnberg an sich ist furchtbar. Das Haus ist auch nicht gerade vertrauenerweckend. Die Eingangstür ist Tag und Nacht offen und alle möglichen Personen können jederzeit in das Haus gelangen. Es riecht leider auch unangenehm im gesamten Haus, sodass es leider auch im Appartement riecht. Lüften hilft nur temporär. Bad ist zweckmäßig, nur die Wanne könnte mal erneuert werden.

Modern & clean apartment, 10min away from center by subway :))

The apartments is new, spacious and clean. It has a queen size bed + 1 single bed + 1 sofa. It also has a beautiful balcony and all the kitchen amenities.

It's a biit away from the old town but the subway station is just 1 min from the apt!

The apartment was very clean and totally equipped, I mean vacuum cleaner, iron, etc. Even soap for the washing machine. It's nice to see instructions everywhere as well. The owners are nice and helpful people 👍

The building entrance, stairs and hallway aren't so clean, meaning that you sometimes see paper and tissue on the floor and trash bags in front of apartment entrances, denoting the nature of the inhabitants rather than the carelessness of the landlord

The apartment was nice. I liked that it has a washer. The dryer rack took care of the drying. The kitchen area was adequate for basic meal prep. Aldi was about a 10 min walk away.

The neighborhood is a bit sketchy.

Everything went great. The apartment is right by the subway but also very quiet.

The key was not where it was supposed to be but the host was very easy to contact and we were in the room in no time.

very bad experience, apartment wasn’t nice (pictures are absolutely misleading), building was scary, bathroom/shower disgusting (for example shower handle was broken, at OBI a new one costs 20 eur c’mon). I really don’t understand other people feedbacks

A great apartment in a beautiful city - strongly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It was extremely well equipped, with everything that I needed and more (washer, dishwasher, drying racks, iron, even laundry pods and dishwashing liquid, etc). I was traveling alone, so it was extremely spacious for one person. The wifi was excellent, water very hot, and the space was very clean. Only 3 mins from the subway - a great find!

The apartment building itself was a bit noisy, but I don’t mind the noise. The foyer and communal spaces smelled of smoke, but the apartment was clean and had no smoke odour. Very minor inconveniences, and nothing that the host could have prevented.

Great apartment, easy and fast access

The apartment is about 20minutes 1 subway ridebfrom altstadt and it is just 1 block away from subway (although right now is closed because of remodeling). The apartment is comfortable and well stocked.

Even when it had signs that it is forbidden to smoke, the apartment had a strong smell of cigarette

It was excellent stay for a week and I'd gladly stay there again.

The location was excellent for getting onto the U-Bahn. The flat itself was spacious and well-decorated with all of the necessary kitchen utensils/pots/pans.

The glass entry to the building was shattered, which caused a bit of concern for the safety aspects of the building.

Comfortable and nice person!

The neighbor are really aloud and take music and speak very loudly until 1 O’clock in the mid night. The second night is little better, music is not so loudly but they speak really loudly in the night. The apartment is ok, only the neighbors are disaster!
