Our host Demetris was very caring and responded quickly to all the issues that arose during our stay. The location was perfect with a fantastic view to the sea, very quiet and serene.
The house had many bathrooms/showers which was great and a washing machine to wash whatever was needed.
Demetris, stocked the house with water, juice, fresh cakes, mils, toilet paper - was really welcoming.
The house is equipped with 3 fridges and one deep freeze which was perfect for us as we brought all our food with us.
The floors and bathrooms were very clean.
The villa's public spaces (kitchen, living room, dining area, play room)are do not with A/C, I may have missed this in the house description but I think not, It was a very hot week and though Demetris sent over 3 additional fans it could not alleviate the heat, especially while cooking in the kitchen.
Many of the bedrooms do not have windows and are not welcoming. The A/C in the bedrooms were on timers, which couldn't work for us, and Demetris had his handyman come in and change them to work on remote, but A/C was indeed a main issue. The Kitchen has seen better days, the oven was not clean the same for other areas in the kitchen.
Sadly we had an "attack" of fire ants, in the pool and upstairs rooms, yet again Demetris called an exterminator to deal with it, but it was a work in progress throughout our stay.
Mattresses are not new some with back issues may find this a problem.

The location, as seen in the pictures, is quite spectacular however Demetris our host, was exceptional. The facilities are great for a family with kids who need to be entertained, from the swimming pool, pool table, darts, ping pong, and other games. It ticked all our boxes and more.
Demetris, and his Donuts, were always welcomed and his friendly approach to the kids was great.
There was nothing that was a game changer. You do need transport, but that is par for the course in Cyprus. Small imperfections at the villa were unnoticeable given the activities the kids were engaged in, and I would expect the frequency of visitors would preclude being able to carry out some bigger projects like some external painting. Nothing interrupted our enjoyment at all.

The view is probably one of the best on the island - it is beautiful to wake up to. Also loved the size of the property, although we were a big group we did not feel cramped at all. The outdoor areas are varied, an upper area, lower space by the pool and a side rocky area where the 2 BBQs are! This villa is very quirky and has a lot of atmosphere. The owner of the villa was very sweet and even brough us delicous donughts - and helped out a lot with questions regarding the local area and shopping etc. Lots in our group loved the sauna! Also great the place has a dishwasher and washing machine.
It would have been good if the jacuzzi in the pool worked, although the pool is not heated. This did not put off our group who were jumping in each day. The house is full of character, although I think if there were less devices from the 1980s in the kitchen, there would be more room for food. There was no space for us to put anything we bought, except for on the counter.

Great villa to stay with a large group. The host is really friendly. The place is well designed with a lot of places to relax and enjoy yourself. We liked the outside bar (with an amazing view), swimming pool, play room and sauna.

a verry freindly owner, quiet location with an amazing view towards the village and the sea, the villa is large with many rooms, and many beds, clean, and loaded with goods, several bathrooms and showers, a nice size pool with automatic cleaning and sunbeds, a quality barbecue facility, a kitchen with microwave gas and a dishwasher, several refrigerators . and
grait pool table.

the views from the elevated position of the property were fantastic. the villa was situated down a very quiet path/road…… suited us! the pool was brilliant. the villa had a poker table, table tennis table, pool table and darts board. the kitchen was very well equipped with several grudges situated around the property! it was a short drive from Peyia village which had many bars, cafes & restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, ATM etc
there was nothing we didn’t like it was superb! the decor was a little dated and very quirky but we didn’t mind that all!

I liked very much the location of the villa overlooking the see. Its very comftable for a big family and the swiming pool is great for children. Mr. Demetris, the owner of the house is avery nice man and he spoild us with wine and donuts. We had a problem because our flight was delayed and he let us stay until the evening without charging extra money
the electricity power had aproblem and once a day the power fell and we had to go up to fix it. The air condition works 2and a half houers and stops . We waked up because it was veryhot in August and we had to turn it on again .It could have been great to have air oondition also in the living room. There is also a peoblem of ants that keep coming
