Sono stati tre giorni favolosi consiglio a tutti se vi trovate a Caserta di alloggiare in questa meravigliosa struttura

Da Ritornarci

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura la notte del 17 Dicembre 2023, che dire.... Parto necessariamente con il complimentarmi con l'host in questione, il signor Francesco, di una cordialità ed educazione estrema; il luogo è sito praticamente nel centro città e gode per tale ragione di una posizione estremamente vantaggiosa. La suite è a dire poco meravigliosa, spaziosa pulita e luminosa, offre tutti i comfort necessari con un arredamento perfetto. Il prezzo poi.... Credo fermamente che sia una delle migliori soluzioni qualità prezzo che la città possa offrire. Senza alcun dubbio ci torneremo

Very good

The location and spaciousness of the room is wonderful. It was excellently maintained and clean. The staff were quick to respond to questions.

It is on a busy street and if you're not used to basic inner-city noise, it could cause sleeping issues. They don't turn on the air conditioner for use until mid-May. We were there in early-May when it was quite warm. So you have to open the windows (which are not screened) to cool the room off, which can be a problem if inner-city noise bothers you and mosquitoes like you.

Affordable and pleasant but not great

The room was very spacious and very nicely designed, with a blacony to the street, in an old style apartmenet building. The attendant who checked us in was very nice, despite not knowing English. There were several bars and a cafe walking distance.

No hot water in the 2 nights we stayed, despite reporting this several times. The street of the apt. building is hard to access, very heavy traffic trying to get to it and the parking lot offered by the property is 2 blocks away. There is metered street parking, but hard to find and tricky with the meters. The apt. building elevator is a little wobbly, so cautious about using it and the staircase has no lights, so not the best experience going up and down. The 'breakfast included' is a bit of an overstatement, given a coffe maker, shelf stable milk, and boxed toasts and biscuits only.

The welcome from Francesco. The size and decor of the room. The shower is quirky with full view to bedroom area. A well laid out apartment. Location is perfect, very close to local visitor attractions. 5*

Good Location

Location was good to visit the Reggia which was few minutes driving from the house . Breakfast was good and rich and we also enjoyed a fresh baked cornetto from the bar just outside the house.We had free parking in the street. We really liked the house.

Close to Reggia Caserta

The space was meticulously clean, within walking distance to Reggia Caserta, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. There was a lift, so we didn’t have to carry luggage up the stairs, the furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. Parking was initially a challenge, but we found a garage fairly close by after some searching. The locks were remotely opened for us, and a set of keys were left for us in the unit.

The bathroom layout included a 10cm (4”) high step with no way to distinguish the edge, raised up to allow plumbing to be installed. In addition to a bathroom light on a timer, this made the bathroom pretty hazardous. I fell right after arriving because I didn’t know about the timer, and didn’t see the step when the lights shut off. I nearly fell several times more, misjudging where the step was because the tiles are identical. Also the light in the entry (between the bed and the bath) was on a motion sensor - which meant that every time my husband went into the bath at night the light would fill the whole apartment and wake me up.
