Pour les sportifs !

La gentillesse du personnel, qui nous a aidé à monter et descendre nos bagages.le petit déjeuner délicieux et le lunch bag le dernier jour parce que nous partions avant l’ouverture du petit déjeuner.

C’est un hotel sans ascenseur, nous étions au 5eme étage ( quand vous rentrez d’une journée de visite, c’est un peu haut…)sous les combles dans une petite chambre à 3 . Juste une petite fenêtre sans rideau pour masquer la lumière du jour.

Great location, great value for the money and a wonderful terrace

Very good location, close to the old town and shoreline but easily accessible with a car/taxi. Room with a terrace offers a great view on the port area and cable cars; the terrace is spacious and private enough. The room had a boiler installed, so there has always been a stable flow of hot water. Breakfast is solid, tasty and offers enough choice everyday even for a longer stay.

Location is, while great in general, can be at times quite noisy due to the car traffic.

Piękny widok z pokoju na morze, dobra lokalizacja. Uprzejmy i uczynny personel na recepcji, urozmaicone i smaczne śniadania, Panie dopieszczają różnym jedzonkiem na ciepło, na życzenie serwują pyszną kawę po turecku.Jest też oczywiście kawa z ekspresu. Czystość w pokoju i łazience, codzienne sprzątanie, wygodne łóżka. Na dole znajduje się kantor.

Mükemmel konum, müthiş çalışanlar, eksiksiz kahvaltı ve iyi manzaralı konforlu odalar.

Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve arkadaş canlısı(özellikle il gece resepsiyonda çalışan arkadaş Vako), otelin konumu tam teleferiğin arkasında ve her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltısı mükemmel. Otelin asansörü yok fakat çalışanlar valizlerinize yardımcı oluyor.

Check out biraz daha geç olabilirdi.

Остановились в пятиместном семейном номере и ни разу не пожалели, что выбрали именно эту гостиницу. Нам все понравилось. Завтраки 100/10, сотрудники 10/10, чистота 10/10, локация 10/10. Идеально подходит для отдыха с семьей. Спасибо сотрудникам за внимание и вежливость!

Гостиница находится на центральной улице. Если номер выходит на дорогу, будет немного шумно, но лично нам это несильно мешало. Наш номер находился на четвертом этаже, и нашей маме за 60 иногда было сложно подниматься из-за отсутствия лифта (нас предупредили при бронировании). А так все было прекрасно и будем всем рекомендовать это место 😊

Excellent value, great location on the waterfront next to the gondola, breakfast was very good and friendly staff

The windows need maintenance with isolation. There was a lot of outside noise coming in to the room.

В общем 8 баллов из 10 я бы поставил

Завтрак - очень хороший шведский стол. Персонал кухни очень приятный, по желанию сам приносит кофе или чай, дополнительно предлагает омлет, блинчики, гренки... Выбор еды довольно хороший. Расположение очень удачное для туриста, всё рядом в шаговой доступности. Номера с видом во двор, шум с улицы не слышен. В номере довольно чисто, сантехника в нормальном состоянии. Кровати высокие, удобные. В номере есть чайник, чай и растворимый кофе в пакетиках. При выезде из отеля ранее чем завтрак, по просьбе персонал подготовит еду в боксе. На просьбы персонал отвечает оперативно.

Если окна во двор, то с рассветом из громкоговорителя который находится довольно рядом, хорошо слышен призыв на молитву для мусульман. Лично меня это не сильно беспокоило, скорее наоборот добавляло колорита. Шумоизоляция с коридором не сильно хорошая. Довольно не приятно было когда посетители отеля спускались по деревянной лестнице с 5 этажа на 4.

Лучший отель по соотношению цены и качества,приедем снова.

Очень хороший подход к клиентам.весь персонал отеля знает свою работу и трепетно относятся к своим гостям,очень чисто,каждый день смена полотенец и уборка,завтраки включены в стоймость,и кухня у них НА ВЫСОТЕ!!!

Из небольшого минуса,это шума изоляция с улицей.но это я ПРЯМ ИСКАЛ К ЧЕМУ ПРИДРАТЬСЯ))))

Fiyat, konum ve temizlik tercih sebebi oldu

Konum olarak çok merkezi bir noktada, teleferik hemen karşısı , arkanız Türk sokağı , 150-200 m arkanızda meşhur meydanı, elnino dönme dolap alfabe kulesi 10dk yürüme mesafesinde, odalar hergün temizlendi, çok temizdi Herşey , kahvaltı Herşey taze ve sıcak yapılıyordu Herşey vardı, tatlı tuzlu kızartmalıklar, yeterli ve lezzetliydi. 3 gece konakladık, çok memnun kaldık, tüm banyo ve odalar yenilenmiş , fiyat ayrıca bir avantajdı..

Üst katta iseniz aile ve bavul ile geldiyseniz bavul çıkarmak zordu, asansör mevcut değil, araç ile gelirseniz tek park bölgesi var meydanda şahsi otopark görmedim hotelde ait. Ama çıkarken resepsiyon bavullara yardım ettiler , ayrıca yardımcı oldular , her konuda teşekkürler, son olarak çocuk için odada kanepe var çok rahat edilemedi normal tip kanepe olmadığı için maalesef, çocuklu kalacak aileler ise 3 kişilik ayrıca yatak olan oda varsa o tercih edilmeli,

Güzel ve keyifli bir konaklama oldu.

Kahvaltı iyi ve yeterliydi. Konumu çok merkezi yerde ve yürüme mesafesi tüm şehri gezebilirsiniz. Oda temiz ve genişti. Sıcak su yeterliydi. Personel İngilizce biliyor.

Asansör yoktu. Asansör talebi olanların bilgisi olsun.

Дружелюбное отношение с момента входа, молодой человек с рецепшина первым делом предложил помощь с подъемом вещей, чистые номера, уютные, жили в двух и оба соответствовали высокой оценки, владелец дорожит имиджем, но самое приятное это включенный завтрак, во многих отелях побывал, такой впервые, разнообразие блюд, качество приготовления, и самое главное приложение доброе отношение персонала кухни, скажу честно, ооочень сильно приятно удивлен, такой уровень проживания за такие расценки впервые. Очень хочется только слова благодарности говорить всему персоналу отеля, а главное владельцу отеля за организацию такого высоко уровня сервиса. Буду рекомендовать всем своим друзьям, зная что их ждут такие же впечатления.

The best place for a short stay in Batumi!

It's located in the very center of Batumi. Right near the port. We parked our car in the inner yard. Nice room, nice bathroom. And amazing breakfast!!

Śniadania urozmaicone i smaczne, miła i pomocna obsługa. Świetna lokalizacja na wypad kilkudniowy by pozwiedzać i odpocząć w Batumi.

Nic, może przydałyby się parasole do wypożyczenia w recepcji hotelu.

Все было классно, кроме вида с окна, там была оживленная дорога вечно шумная. Хочешь открыть окно проветрить комнату, а там запах газов от машин или кто-то курит с балкона, и постоянное движение машин и людей, даже ночью

Great location and staff

Extremely friendly staff and great location. Our apartment had a balcony overlooking the Main Street and sea. The staff prepared a lunch box for us on the day of us leaving, as we had to depart before the breakfast buffet opened.

There was no elevator, so a lot of staircases had to be taken to our room on the 4th floor. However the staff was very proactive in moving our suitcases to the room.

Would recommend people about this place.

The location was ideal, center of Batumi. Easy access to everything. Neat and clean room, with all accessories. Staff is very polite, and they take care of you at breakfast, prepare eggs as requested. Alot of variety in breakfast all Halal meat is used.

Room was on 5th floor, without any access to lift. Had to climb up everytime. Even though it is good for health.

A 3 star Hotel with 5 star service

Very nice and clean hotel at the center of the city. It’s opposite of Argo Cable Car, airport bus passes in front of the hotel. It is a very clean hotel which is very improtant to me. Therefore Boutique Hotel 32 quite satisfied me from this point. You will find kettle, tea and coffee in the room as well as water bottles in the fridge. The staff working at the hotel are perfect. The receptionists are very helpful, polite and cheerful with smiling faces. The ladies at the kitchen are very joyful, kind and helpful too. They make and serve breakfast every morning with love and joy. Bellboys are running to carry your suitcase. I felt that they see us as real guests not customers. I recommend all to experience this hotel in Batumi which has a nice balance of price and service.

I stayed in a rear room with balcony, that’s why it was quite sileng. If you stay in rooms looking at the bulevard you may be disturbed of the noise. There is no lift so beware if you have health problems of using stairs. The enterance of the hotel can disappoint you but when u go upstairs and to your room you feel happy.

Lovely hotel

Very helpful and friendly reception lads. Breakfast ladys were also very nice and friendly. Overall nice stay and very good hotel.

Cleaning ladys start to bang with doors really early in the morning. Maybe it is just the 4th floor thing.
