Rumah ada cctv di depan pintu luar. Ada grill ada lift

Tandas kat ruang tamu kotor, ada besin berendam air dan plastik sampah warna hitam berbau hanyir. Tiada teh, kopi, gula disediakan, tiada towel. Tiada toiletries. Tiada tissue. Ada 3 bilik tapi satu bilik berkunci jadi ada vibes seram sikit 😌

Homestay yang bersih dan wangi.. Ada washing machine, iron sekli iron board.. Aircond yang function dngn baik.. Wifi laju.. Siap boleh tngok netflix.. Owner yang friendly.. High recommended!

Highly recommended.

Overall stay was good. The homestay decoration is simple, well-managed, and clean. The price is affordable. The location is nearby to the shops and restaurants.

Be careful of the apartment lift, it shut the door very fast.

Pls improve on the dislikes been written.

Beg bugs bite, stain on cups,forks, spoons, a piece of mat gave smell of pee, ants although we didn't cook, toilet bowl water tank gave smell of pee during refill.

Very satisfactory homestay

The house owner is very welcoming and very trusting to his patreon at this home stay the home stay is also very near to the airport which is very nice when it the time comes to go back.

There's nothing that I didn't like overall very satisfactory at the homestay

Basic stay for the amount paid

The cleanliness of the accommodation. Good value for money.

The area and the apartment surrounding is shady but this is definitely not owner's fault. Guards at guardhouse were rigid towards grab driver entering the apartment resulting in us needing to walk to guardhouse everytime we take grab. Apartment building and common area is dark at night. No toilet paper provided.

The place is really clean. They have the basic things needed in the house.

The building in an old building so there are things (outside the unit) that need some improving. There's also constant noise in the neighbourhood. Its either alarm of cars or water dripping from the ac above the unit. Which is very bothersome expecially at night time. The owner also have a bit of attitude when we arrived. As per the website, it says check in is at 2pm and we arrived around that time and he welcomed us saying he has been waiting since 10am. Just also want to add that the fridge have some things inside and its a bit bothersome since we dont know what are those. The ac in the living room is also not making the room cold enough.

A good price but wouldn’t stay again

The owner met us for the key hand over, which was helpful. The security team were helpful.

Here, the price is cheaper than other places and therefore there are a few compromises. No towels are left, the WiFi didn’t work very well for us, the location is very far from anything (stores, tourist things etc) but Grabs are cheap, the block is loud and has very strong smells, the sofa bed wasn’t set up with sheets etc so we just used blankets, the fridge still had the owner’s food in including a bowl of moulding garlic cloves in one of the cutlery drawers. Overall, if the issues that can be fixed were it would be an okay place to stay for the money but as it is we’d find it hard to stay again.

A nice place & value for money

Very nice, clean, comfortable, well equipped kitchen, lots of extra pillows & blankets, airconds & hot showers work well. Washing machine available, hv to bring your own laundry detergent. Both lift in working condition. No towel provided.
