Extremely nice hosts. I love that they let me store my stuff there for free whilst I left to do the Ausagante trek, even though I wasn't necessarily going to return there (I did in the end, and showed up late at night without a booking but they found a lovely room for me) but there was no expectation for me to stay and they still kept my stuff safe. It's extremely close to the bus to Tinki to do Ausagante (that's why I chose the place). Hot water and tea available all the time.
I'm not a huge fan of places where you need to buzz to enter but that's been the case for every place I've stayed in Peru, so it seems to be the norm. The staff were always right at the door ready to open it, I just always feel like a burden needing to have someone let me in. But like I said, not unique to this place.

Amazing staff that were extremely helpful and friendly. They even kept our luggage for 3 days after we had checked out.
A bit far from the center.

We booked Double Room with Private Bathroom on our way to & from Machu Pichu. We spend total 3 nights. The location was excellent – all less than 10 soles taxi ride. The room was nice, clean, comfortable and with hot shower.
The highlight of our stay was - The owner Mr. Daniel and his parents are one of the sweetest people We ever have met, they treated us just like a family. Mucho Gracias Danial. He stored our bags while we were on day trip to Machu Pichu. Arranged taxi every time we went out
The breakfast on rooftop was the toast, butter jam, scrambled egg, tee/coffee and smoothie. They have different tours with reasonable rates.
I would highly recommend this place to any one transiting though or staying in Cusco.
Not much

The room was clean and there was plenty of water. Beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly, he also suggested a pizza place around the corner which was awesome. The breakfast had fresh juice, bread, omelette and jam.
The quantity of the breakfast could be improved

The room was nice, clean and comfortable exactly what we needed when we were transiting through Cusco. Ended up staying here on two different occasions.
Daniel was really helpful and prompt with his replies. We were able to store our bags while we were out trekking.
The room itself is not heated, like everywhere in Cusco but there were enough blankets to keep you warm. The shower was nice and warm.
The breakfast is the standard toast, scrambled egg, tee/coffee and smoothie. Nothing significant but enough for a quick snack.
The location was good for us, close to the airport and transport to Sicuani/Tinki/Layo. It's about a 5 to 10 soles taxi ride to the main center.

Very beautiful and cozy, situated in a very “local” location, with easy access to restaurants, stores etc. The owner Daniel and his parents are some of the sweetest persons I’ve met, and they will really treat you like a family.
It takes 3 minutes for hot water to come when showering

the staff was Amazing, really gentle and trying to improve my stay there. He gave me extra blankets for the cold and asked me what I liked for breakfast!!
the only thing was the noise from the street. I couldn’t sleep because of a dog who was barking all the night ( it’s not the fault of the owner)! so if you do not have problems sleeping with noise it’s perfect and the best deal for the price!!

As a family driven operation, you get to feel the warmth and attention of two generations of absolutely lovely peruanos. The place is nice and clean, centrally located, yet in a quiet corner of west Cusco, close to plaza real. Breakfast has been great (and cheap!) including fresh juices and perfectly prepared eggs and toast. This place is a little gem and I'll keep it on my list of places to stay in Cusco. Very fair pricing and just a good atmosphere created by the owner and his parents operating the hotel. I can't recommend it enough.
Maybe adding in the option for buying dinner at the property would be nice. Can't think of anything lacking beyond that. Just a good experience, which is by no means a certainty when going for a 60 soles per night stay in Cusco.

¡¡¡Excellent service as always!!!

Because Daniel and his parents treat you as if you were their family members, a family atmosphere with very good comfort and delicious breakfasts, hot water 24 hours to prepare different kinds of tea for height, coffee, anise, chamomile and others ... Daniel also advises you and sells you all the tours that can be done in Cusco at a very low price, its fair price is not like other agencies that take advantage of tourism, I recommend that they do not buy tours when in Cusco Airport or with taxi drivers but expect to arrive at Hermoza House for Daniel and his family to help you, they really are an exceptional family that few meet today, really highly recommended ... continue this successful Hermoza family !!!! ....
