The friendliness and hospitality of the staff was amazing. They really went out of their way to make you feel comfortable

A lovely very large apartment. Lovely people who run the place including the bar and restaurant, which was our favourite in Arillas. The Bouyata restaurant was fantastic should be number 1 on TripAdvisor.
Can't really think of anything we didn't like, would definitely stay here again.

Location is good, the AC works great, one bottle of water when we arrived
The address wasn't set correctly, you cannot google it anywhere because the name of the hotel is not there, we had to call to the owner to navigate us. The owner just gave us keys and disappeared somewhere without telling us where to find him, or answering any questions. The the bed is so squeaky that you cannot move at night without waking up everyone. The door to the balcony could not be closed completely, so you can hear everyone on the street at night. The door handle is broken somehow on the bathroom and the doors are opening in the wind. Also in the bathroom sink there was no soap for washing hands. I have booked this hotel mistakenly, immediately tried to cancel, but the owner was not responding at all, but it is my bad.

Stayed in 2 bed Apartment...both bedrooms were large and had a/c.
Bathroom/toilet was like Greece from the 60s. Miniscule shower tray which flooded Bathroom, no hook for shower so had to wash one handed. Apart from giving us the key we didnt see anyone for the whole 5 days. Would not return

Dark and dingy with bedroom window on to alley so unable to draw curtains back. Toilet seat would not stay up, and handheld shower. Fixed patio table for several apartments on edge of car park. Towels only changed once and sheets not at all

Everything about Maro Apartments exceeded our expectations, from the friendly greeting, fantastic hosts, location, cleanliness and drinks/food. We had a fantastic time and couldn't have asked for better.

For me the most important factors when I travel is that I have all the basics, essentials, there is comfort, and also the human factor. I have to say that the owners George and his son Panayotis were incredible and supportive, always helping, always responding and supporting. If we needed anything or had questions about the room, or something wasn't there or working, it was fixed or provided straight away.
We were two single women travelling with children, with no car and out of season so we had to walk everywhere, and on a few occasions Panayotis would pass us by and give us a lift, or even wait for us so he could take us home.
It felt very special and like we were part of the family.
In the room we had a fan/heater, a cooker (so we could cook our own food), everything was working well, and we could have dinner or lunch with the local greek wine outside at the table.
There were cafes and small shops outside and a bakery nearby, even out of season, so we could always have spring water and supplies.
We loved our stay there, and would come back - and the value for money was amazing also.
