Passable

Off street parking and a good sized property

Kitchen utensils and pots/pans need replaced urgently. Remarks made about dyslexic people while receiving keycodes is just not a good look.

Relaxing, easy stay in Noosa - stress free and ultimate relaxing destination!

Easy check in, fantastic facilities and perfect for our short stay in Noosa! Mike explained all the check in process with ease, we had our own car port and the room was in a lovely location overlooking the pools. Will recommend and stay again!

Balcony nice. Overlooks communal pool . You do hear everything . Good location to do activities around Niossa.

Close to Noosa .., the harbor is a walk away .

Dirty rug , could not turn the air conditioner ( above the bed) on , because the filter has not been cleaned, when on black stuff was in the opening and it smelled like mold. Difficult with the double digital key system .. .. it took me twenty minutes and taking to the host to get me in my flat , and the code had changed on me - the owner made me feel like I was an idiot , that forgot the code . Don‘t like having the wifi box near my head . Bathroom doorstop needs cleaning .

A fabulous place to stay!

Loved the location, the facilities, the accommodation, close to the Ferry, the Mariner, Tewantin Village, beautiful Restaurant, it was wonderful!

The keyless entries were not user friendly!

Disappointing as we feel we were misled as to our accommodation type. Was not worth what we paid.

Walking distance to Marina and RSL

Firstly, we hope our review will be acknowledged by booking.com and Noosaholidayaccommodation as we feel there has been misleading advertising but at the time of us booking our room online, we were under the impression that we were booking a 1-bedroom Apartment. Our booking confirmation from booking.com states `Apartment' and `1 bedroom'. We tried to contact booking.com about this to no avail, and even after sending our feedback to them via their `contact us' tab we have not had a response apart from an automated computer generated one. So instead of a 1-bedroom Apartment our room was a Studio unit. We booked for 10 nights, there is no way we would have deliberately booked into a Studio for 10 nights. Especially a studio that does not have more than a toaster and microwave. Noosaholidayaccommodation website states a studio unit has. * Electric Fry pan ...... Ours did not. * Alarm clock ........ Ours did not. * Queen size bed...... ?? ours looked and felt like a Double ?? The limited cutlery and utensils etc supplied in the Unit were old, mismatched and random. We were also very disappointed in the standard of the general appearance, and cleanliness of our Accommodation. The shelf (not a cupboard) where the crockery is had quite a bit of dust on it so had not been wiped down. Also, there were crumbs in between 2 plates when we went to use them for the 1st time. The toaster tray had toast crumbs on it. We understand that asking guests to wash and dry and put away their own dishes etc is a common courtesy but are these not checked by staff?? The shower framing had a huge build-up of mould and dust etc. Mould on ceiling . Decor is outdated and could do with a freshen up. Also, we were in this unit for 10 days and not even received fresh towels. We sent an email to Noosaholidayaccommodation after no response from booking.com about our concerns but have not had a response from them either. There is no provision to leave feedback or review... speaks for...

Disappointing

There was very little to like about the place. The bed was comfortable and the linen clean

The unit was in need of a good clean . The carpet and lounge/ futon smelt, we couldn't sit on the balcony as the furniture was filthy. Kitchen facilities limited.. The cockroach baits in the kitchen cupboard and bathroom are an indication of the lack of cleanliness. People should be made aware that the unit is in Tewantin not Noosaville. Noosaville is a good 20 min walk away. The property is not part of the Resort Complex it is a privately owned and managed by the owner. We spent 2 nights at the property before moving to another unit in Noosa as we were unable to accept the conditions.

We enjoyed the stay but were dissapointed with the cleanliness of the appartment.

The outdoor table setting and floors had not been cleaned for some time and were not very comfortable. I believe we left the unit cleaner than when we arrived. The toaster had not even been wiped down. The complimentry milk in the fridge was open and half used.

Disappointing

There was such a musty and dusty smell in the bedroom I could only stay one night out of the three I paid for. I messaged Mike about the smell and dirty carpet after my first night but he never replied. The carpets need steam cleaning, the grout in the bathroom a good scrub. The TV is too small and too high for comfortable viewing. The furniture is very basic etc etc.I really don't understand why the property received 4 stars. Very disappointing!

The room was back in the 60s not very clean carpet stained no room service at all stayed 7days no clean towels or sheets told clean our own sheets in laundry when you open door hit washing machine never seen a staff whole time phone call only on first day sorry very poor for the 4star rating should be a 1 .rating.

The property has a kitchen which was amazing for us as we could cook for our kids and the 3 swimming pools kept them all entertained! It was a short drive to Main beach in Noosa!

Overcrowded & Overpriced Slum

The “apartment” is extremely tiny, it’s more like living in a shared house with a tiny room. The so called “balcony”, is literally next to other people both neighbours and people outside. I was once trying to get some quiet time and do some reading on my phone on the balcony, when this creepy old man cutting the grass from the outside, tried to start a conversation with me, about the article I was reading on my phone. absolutely no privacy here. Contrary to what we thought, this place is managed privately, and checking in was extremely hard

I’d stay here again, but hope I don’t have a stomping loud family over me .

Being located under a family of children who wake very early and run around slamming doors and slamming open and shut the wardrobe sliding door over and over waking me up 2 of my 3 mornings. In fact the building swayed at times with the jumping around I had to endure. Not very sound proof between levels . Recommend family’s be located on ground levels to avoid guests being disrupted and woken at sun up early. 😳 or being located in blocks designated for families. Single guy issues 😂 I am now home to try catch up on many hours of lost sleep !

There is inadequate security at resort so it is not a safe place, the unit was okay.

We were the victims of a crime, committed by a resident known to the management for their criminal activity in the resort. The matter has been reported to the police. We were disappointed to learn that the security cameras don't work and they have no intention of providing street lighting in the areas the crimes are being committed. Clearly it is not a safe place.

Exceptional

Excellent accommodation for a family. We had all the necessary facilities and supplies including a stove top, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen wear etc. Very comfortable mattress and stay overall. I highly recommend this accommodation to everyone.

It would be nice if we had check in instructions in advance prior to stay as it felt us uncomfortable not knowing exactly what to expect. Anyway, Mike was very helpful and gave us all the details over the phone.
