Lihtsalt üks koht kui sai ööbida häda pärast

Kahe inimese jaoks üks käterätik. Augud seinades. Vannituba lõhutud. Akna all vaeste küla, kohutav lärm poole ööni. tellitud hommikune äratus ei toiminud. Asukoht kohutav, vahepeal oli suisa hirm sinna sõita.

Thankfully, we only had to be there a few hours! Very run down & has nothing as stated on the advert

At least the aircon worked! Other than that, the bath was broken, there was no tea or coffee facilities or even water. The location is pretty awful. The hotel needs a serious upgrade. Was happy to leave.

Pathetic. Smelly room. Paid to check in. Left straight away no refund. Price not as advertised on booking .com. No free transport as indicated on booking.com. Basically lost my money . Stay away from this hotel

wegen mangelnder Kundenfreundlichkeit nicht zu empfehlen....

Die Nähe zum Flugplatz war gut

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, auch dass das Personal mit ihren privaten Unterhaltungen laut die Atmosphäre bestimmten (sogar nach 22 Uhr)...., Die Preise im Restaurant waren veraltet und wurden nach der Bestellung erst erhöht angegeben. Bestelltes Essen wurde für 35 Minuten später angegeben, kam aber erst zwei Stunden nach Bestellung....

Short stay , just a couple of hours, staff was helpful.no towels , drinking water or toilet paper in the room. need to ask for it.

The staff bring drinking water to the room for 3000 tzs whats around 1.5 usd . to brush theeth?

Don’t book or stay as hotel in poor condition and staff demanding money

We liked nothing. We did not have breakfast as this was not ready at 7.15 am when we came down although told Breakfast time from 6am , had to leave for airport. Room had dead cockroaches and broken shower, no hot water. Have taken photos for proof. Staff demanded payment for room when I had already paid. Issues about transfers and we ended up paying 20 Dollars to driver as would not let us go. His vehicle was in very poor condition as it was.

We did not enjoy or like anything as the room 111 had dead cockroaches and masquitos. Broken shower. No hot water. Toilet and wash basin leaking. On arrival Sarah was asking for payment when I already had paid online. Breakfast times 6 am onwards when we arrived at 7.15 am no food was ready and had to leave without as had flight to catch. Transfer car dirty and in poor condition and I ended up paying 20 dollars as driver would not let us go at airport. Hotel advertised in Booking.com was not in reality. Most horrible hotel .

My serene stay at BL Airport hotel

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room rates were reasonable

The curtains were not closing completely and food was taking too long to be served after ordering

No toilet paper, still waiting for it to be delivered. Bathroom flooded with water after shower. Breakfast very basic, no milk for tea or coffee. Taxi took about forty minutes to reach hotel, even if you can actually see it from airport. Took many back streets, apparently busy with new roads

Comfortable and friendly

Big bed and good air conditioning. Friendly staff who collected me from the airport in the middle of the night. thank you. there was also a very nice breakfast included.

There wasn't much to like.

The staff was rude and they hardly spoke any English. Lights kept going on and off throughout the day. They claim to accept visa payments but they insisted on only cash payments. The breakfast was very bad. The restaurant staff was rude, most of the items on their menu were unavailable. Food took more than one hour to be prepared and it wasn't palatable. The bathroom in our room wasn't clean and there was dirt all over. I would not to recommend this hotel to anyone. A very bad experience.

Well the breakfast was good and enough for us, and it was enough. We got the transfer also to the airport free so was okay

I paid different from what booking says to pay , also staff member talking with the clients like not so interested and seating meanwhile guest are there and need assistance They should improve cause the reception is the first impression for the guest, if you acting not so good that means guest will feel uncomfortable.
