Clean, modern and a great location

The host was accomodating (letting us leave our bags in storage while we did the Abel Tasman walk) and easy to communicate with. The location was central and in good walking distance to some great eateries

Enjoyable

Good location to town and restaurants All in walking distance My daughter who was from Melbourne enjoyed her swim in the waterhole

The apartment didn't get any sun until late afternoon so it was cold for this time of the year and it just looked out on roof tops

Will definitely book again when we’re next in Nelson

Parking was right outside, it was quiet, very close to town, huge space in the apartment and lovely safe balcony especially for little kids.

Maybe the mattresses could do with being a bit firmer and a large shower mat as it did become quite slippery especially washing children.

Fantastic place to stay

Best place to stay in nelson.

Beautiful apartment, it was very spacious and clean. Communicaton was great. Underfloor heating kept the place warm the whole stay, especially during frosty morning. Will stay again next time I am in Nelson.

Amazing and comfy. Cozy stay and worth it

That only the ensuite had generic shower gel while the main bathroom had mens shower gel. so work colleagues had to use the mens shower gel while we had to keep the otlher one for the family and children who were on the work trip at the time. Other than that, it was a perfect accomodation and stay at this amazing apartment.

Great location. Bit noisy on Sat night with car park behind unit & 2 bedrooms affected.

A wonderful, safe and comfortable homelike stay.

Location was superb. Apartment was excellent. Basics were great. Bed linen excellent.

Only one towel, hand towel for 5 days.

Very comfortable, home away from home.

There was no breakfast We loved the location being so close to the city we could walk to our restaurants for lunch and dinner.

The hairdryer could be replaced with a more powerful, hotter version.

Convenient and classy

Very clean and tidy, close to amenities, has Netflix and fully openable windows. Quiet at night in the area. Very sunny deck, lovely look and feel

The rest of us were fine, but the people in the twin bedroom said the security light under the apartments went on and off often in the night, so perhaps some better curtains in that room would solve it. Or bring eyeshades.

Great place to stay

Good facilities and location. Lots of room and easy access.

Looks clean but really only surface cleaned. TV screen dirty. Still had food in oven from former occupants. Instructions to use elements and TV could be clearer, just need updating. Rangehood not working but hosts said they'll get it fixed. Broken can openers need throwing out. Well stocked.

apart from those two issues , it really is a marvellous Apartment .

great apartment . everything you need.

Difficult to find. Parking very confined. Oven had not been checked . trays needed cleaning. Cleaners need a bit of a shake up. The under rim of the two toilets have not been cleaned in a long long time. very black.

it was very comfortable for 2 to 3 couples. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was very convenient close to the river for walks and only a few minutes walk to central nelson.

Clean, good beds and facilities, great shower!

location (too noisy in city) and the view of a not so nice building from the deck, felt a bit closed in.
