Great value for money, could use a bit of work!

The pool is very pretty and all looks scenic from the outside! The room is spacious and the bed is comfy. The AC is amazing and works perfectly, the shower/bathroom was nice! It could do well with a full length mirror though!

The pool chairs need to be updated, some of them are super old and look a bit unsanitary, especially the ones with cushions on them, and they’re not the most comfortable! The one thing that I hated about this property though it how difficult it was to open the front door. I had to call for assistance from the owner several times during my 3 night stay, she was nice enough to coke and sort it for me but when you’re coming in at 12am (I don’t drink but just the fact that it’s so late), the absolute last thing you want is to be struggling to open the door and making a bunch of noise! The fridge did smell a little when it was turned off (it was off when I arrived).

Heerlijk genoten en gerelaxt in Quarteira☺️

Locatie, was wel langs een drukke weg, maar door de dubbele beglazing hoor je hier niets van. Appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Host was ook erg klantvriendelijk. Strand en de boulevard van Quarteira zeer aan te raden.

Good enough for an enjoyable stay

The bedroom and bathroom were clean. Great air conditioner as well! The pool was really nice and even when there were several other guests it was peaceful. We spent 6 days here and enjoyed the pool every single day. The fact you can go for a swim and barbecue right after is great!

The shared kitchen was outdated. The washing machine there caused a whole leakage. Also, the cushions on the sunbeds deserved a lil’ wash as well. The pool area kind of needs another umbrella for hot days. The true shadow only comes at 3pm or so. To future guests: if you are dependent on a Uber, let them pick you up on the other side of the street: most of the drivers don’t understand there’s this accommodation ‘hidden’ next to the very busy street :)

Stay in Quarteira

The house is beautiful, alot of good amenities for cooking, especially the BBQ area, nice pool with many loungers.

The fact that our room didn't close the blinds fully and that our AC was broken, it kept freezing up, making up noises an dripping water and ice

Beautiful place to stay in Algarve

Awesome place. Good space, comfortable bed and airconditioning was very welcome. Beautiful patio with access to the pool. Loved the use of the garden and barbecue. Location was good when you have a car. Friendly staff. Good communication. Best place of our holiday, don’t hesitate to book this room

Noisy & unwelcoming

The pool was great and the room was clean, spacious with a fair size en suite for a one bedroom.

Went for a few quiet days on my own to relax before my family arrived. This place is actually an old house divided into rentable rooms however and the noise travels. There is no way to close the front door without banging it so you will be awoken every time someone comes in or out. They make a big deal in the house rules about noise which is only allowed after 8am and before 10am so that they can sleep. One of the owners actually complained to me at 9am when I was listening to meditation music on my balcony at meditation volume. The same guy then decided to pointlessly stack sun loungers outside my balcony that same day which emanated banging noises at 9pm - only to unstack them the next morning. I had emailed ahead to say I would be arriving much earlier than 3pm check in and was assured they could house my bags so I could go about my day. There was no one there when I arrived and when I finally found what I now know to be the other owner/host she expected me to leave my belongings out in the corridors for anyone to swipe. She said this to me in a lockable cleaners room which she could have easily housed them in. I waited from 11 - 3pm for my room to be clean and to be able to have the peace of mind of locking my bags safely in my room however every morning after that I was awoken by 10am sharp by the cleaners banging about and dragging furniture around the place, so there is no lie ins in this place except for Saturdays when the cleaners obviously come late. The hosts do not have the hospitable personality traits to be in this business and it really ruined my experience as well as the regular noise.

Amazing pool, location great, lovely places to go on walks too. Cooking facilities at the property were amazing. Staff were amazing and so welcoming.
