Room was nice beautiful City views. Food is so expensive and they barely give you anything.. Please work on your staffs

Place is beautiful.

You barely see somebody at the front desk. And If I’m paying $620 to spend 3 nights at a hotel,, I better see smiling staffs. Unfortunately the people that works there are not happy people.

Nice but fix this dangerous mountain.

The only complaint that I have is fixing the road; The place is on top of the mountain, if you don’t maintain the road; it is going to be a disaster one day. I love the location, but make the road at least more reliable.

Very unsatisfied. They need to lower their price if there's no hot water and cutting off power

The only good thing I can say is the staff is nice

1- No hot water 2- AC from 9 AM to 6 PM This is really not fair for amount of money someone pays per night at this hotel for them to function as such.

My stay was okay not the best

I love Santana’s stuff. Whenever I needed anything fixed they were on it.

After checking in there was no running water. The faucet was wobbling and needed to be fixed. The toilet flapper needed to be replaced and the toilet seat. Cleaning services wouldn’t leave enough towels in the room and I have to keep asking for towels. There was a point I had to wait an hour and thirty minutes just to get some towels. I also found a roach in the room

Satama is an ideal place to stay in Okap. It offers all modern conveniences and the location can’t be beat.

I love the view from the hotel. The location was ideal because it was near the town center and night life.
