*This charming home is located in Nantucket’s most desirable neighborhood: BRANT POINT!** Just 500 yards from Children's Beach. Short walk to town,the lighthouse,playground, harbor, many restaurants & shops, Brant Point & Jetties Beach. Private small yard with detached garage and plenty of off street parking. Front enclosed porch and rear deck. Home fully equipped with linens, well equipped kitchen, gas grill and outdoor shower.The first floor has a sunny kitchen, dining room that seats ten, living room , a screened in porch ,and a bedroom with queen bed . There are three more bedrooms upstairs.

***JUST 500 YARDS TO CHILDREN'S BEACH: This is a harbor Beach, Ideal for small children; park, playground, and bandstand; lifeguard, restrooms, showers, food service, picnic tables. Food, playground, and rest room are all accessible. Activities sponsored by Park & Recreation Commission are often held at this beach during the summer.

SHORT WALK TO JETTIES BEACH:Great beach for families. Lifeguards, changing rooms, playground, volleyball nets, restrooms, showers, public phones, restaurant and take-out food service. Concession and restrooms handicap accessible; boardwalk to the beach. Tennis. Windsurfing, sailboat, and kayak rentals. Swimming lessons for children age 6 and up offered by the Park & Recreation Commission.

The home was clean & well appointed. The location was perfect- just a few blocks from Main Street. Check in & check out was easy. Great communication with the owner. Wonderful experience to stay here with our family of four!

As pictures reflect, the property is old and furniture could use an update. There are 2 TVs in the house, master bedroom has smart TV, the main TV is not. The basement is unfinished with spiderwebs. Owners addressed air conditioning issues promptly. I fell off the step down in the downstairs bedroom using the restroom at night and burnt my hand on curling iron bc there was no bathroom counter space. I can’t say I enjoyed the house but it was walkable to downtown and there aren’t a lot of rental options.

The property was clean with lovely accommodations. It is outfitted well. I do wish the beach chairs were the kind with backpack straps so that they were easier to bike with to the beach but that's just a minor suggestion. I would definitely recommend this as a wonderful place for any to stay!

8 of us had a great time in this house. Perfect location, walkable to downtown and water. Private deck area and comfortable living room and porch (if the weather doesn’t cooperate). Large dining area and house had everything we needed.

We came for Food & Wine from Wednesday-Friday. The house is classic Cape charm, clean, and easy walk to White Elephant/shops/restaurants. Beds were very comfortable; two full bathrooms (one is en suite); large dining table. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Sandie’s property was a true piece of heaven for us. We hope to stay again in the future!! We had a beautiful yard, a sun room, lovely and comfortable living room, and the proximity of the location couldn’t have been better. Location was great and outdoor shower/patio was nice to have. Upon check in we noticed the main level toilet had a note on it that it was broken which was a bummer as we were three adult couples hoping for two bathrooms. We were not notified prior to check in, and unfortunately, our stay was only two nights so it was not resolved. Overall, we enjoyed this charming home in a nice location close to downtown.

As they say, location, location, location! This house is in a perfect spot, walking distance to everything. If you want convenience, walk to dinner, etc. this house is perfect. However, there are a few points of our stay that did not meet our expectations resulting in our 3 star rating: 1) No matter what we did, we could not get first floor bedroom to cool off. We called the owner (who was very responsive) and adjusted the setting on the thermostat, however the first floor bedroom just does not get enough AC and my husband and I were sweating in there the whole trip. The owner should either fix this issue or state this in the listing for the house... 2) The dishwasher was broken nearly our whole stay. We contacted the owner who sent a repair person who showed up a few days later, but he left without fixing the issue 3) When we arrived, there were still random cleaning supplies around the house, a load of laundry in the dryer, various food/drink in the fridge, etc. Maybe the cleaning people were rushed? 4) Generally, the house is in need of repair/upkeep. As an example, the upstairs king bedroom has peeling paint and cracks in the ceiling and the mattress was overly soft, seemingly from age/wear We come to ACK every year in the summer and have stayed in many different rental houses over the years. While we loved the location of this house, we did not feel like the condition of the house justified the price charged (I say this with full appreciation for how expensive houses are in August on ACK)

We loved our stay in Nantucket. The house was very clean, cheerful and comfortable. Excellent location. 3 minute walk to town and maybe .6 miles to a great beach (Jetties). There are 2 bathrooms - one is only accessible from inside the queen bedroom (1st floor) and one in the upstairs hallway (3 bedrooms up there) So it basically meant 7 of us shared the upstairs bath which was challenging but I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for our girls trip to Nantucket! Close to beaches, restaurants, shops, and public transportation! The owner of the property is kind and so easy to work with-we would definitely stay here again!
