Amazing views from balcony overlooking the sea. The staff were all very friendly. Strong drinks and a wide range of drink choice! Some of the food was delicious, including the indian restaurant.
The room service was very poor. Food was aweful and took ages to come. Some of the restaurants were closed when i went which wasn’t great. The room amenities weren’t stocked up well. You had to request for top ups of the mini bar. The first day i had coffee for the filter machine but no other day.

1. The cleanliness. From the grounds to the hallways to the room to the restaurants; I was impressed with the pristine condition of every part of the hotel that I saw.
2. The location. I am a Grenadian living in Grenada, so I know we've got a beautiful island. The location of this hotel gives a true reflection of the geographical beauty of our island. From my room, I saw greenery, the beach, a pond, and parts of the city.
3. The food, including the pastries at the café lounge. I particularly enjoyed the variety of flavourful dishes at the Buffet.
4. The key to the room. For the first time in my hotel stays, I didn't have to remind myself to take my key (card) with me. My key was my all-inclusive hand band, which was secured on my hand when I checked in. This, along with the very smart TV, must be applauded.
I ordered room service for breakfast using the TV, and within minutes, it arrived. Awesome.
6. The mini fridge. I'm tagging Bel Jou Saint Lucia. 😂 An all-inclusive hotel SHOULD HAVE A MINI FRIDGE!
5. The members of staff who made an effort to make my stay memorable. They were courteous, pleasant, willing to help, and professional. The staff at the Buffet and at the French Restaurant are amazing.
I didn't encounter many housekeeping staff, except the one who came to my room door to wish me a happy birthday. That's was very nice of her.
Those who sang happy birthday to me made my birthday extra special.
Special mention to Kathrena. I appreciated the few minutes you took to take the pictures for me.
6. The overall feeling of luxurious ambience. I felt at peace, comfortable, and overall enjoyed my birthday staycation.
1. The staff who answer the phone.
This almost made me cancel my booking.
I called twice before I arrived and twice while at the hotel.
Both calls before I arrived were met with the same word, "Hello."
I had to ask both ladies if this was Royalton.
It didn't seem as though they were willing to help.
That first impression didn't sit well with me.
At the hotel, though, the lady who took the information to make the reservation at the French restaurant for me was pleasantly helpful.
The other, not at all.
2. Being judged.
At the security checkpoint, I was asked if I was here for entertainment.
At the desk of the Buffet, I was asked if I was here on a breakfast pass.
I understand why it may seem that locals don't belong at a luxurious all-inclusive resort.
But judging doesn't help to make local guests feel valued.
Some of us do like to pay to enjoy special occasions here at home.

Breakfast was good.
Breakfast could have been better by including more local cuisine, keeping the international breakfast section fresh and hot( pancakes, waffles were always cold.. Most of the meals for lunch/dinner was very salty.

This a return visit. I stayed here last year. Returned because of the awesome time me and my sisters had. Hopefully will be back next year.
Nothing.

Nice location close to the airport beautiful hotel
Needed more activities, food wasn’t that good for a Caribbean island

Everything was amazing. The diamond club is well worth it and we had no complaints related to our room, the food and drinks, the staff, and the location.
There was a lot of flies in the dining areas and many mosquitoes. This is probably out of the property’s control, but we would’ve brought more bug spray because the mosquitoes are relentless.

Excellent location, great beach and very friendly staff with one exception.
Daneka, reception manager, was unhelpful, unfriendly and almost obstructive both on arrival and on departure.
- Swimming pool loudspeakers were unnecessarily loud and disturbing.
- We were deeply unimpressed that the hotel took 200 US Dollars upfront off our card for 'future incidentals'...

The hotel staff was quite friendly.
I booked a room with two beds and upon arrival, I was told that the double bed rooms were booked. I was only able to switch to a double bed room very late the following night. Quite frustrating.

This hotel is pretty faultless service great, food good, setting beautiful, staff great and friendly. facilities great, gardens beautiful etc etc We made the right choice choosing an ocean front room in block 15 or 16 because other blocks are up on a steep hill or stairs (see photo) and overlook the back end of the hotel building!
we had not been pre-warned about the Diamond club and so when we found about it we didn’t like it. Only Diamond members can pre-book the restaurants, we had to take our chances, Only they could use nibbles in the evenings, curtain drinks were exclusive theirs and only they could use curtain areas of the beach and one of the pools. The staff also explained that they also had preferential service however they level of service to all guests was as excellent as we would expect. Our problem with all this was that we planned for a luxury holiday to be told ours was not as luxurious as others staying at the same resort. We all under stand upgrades and 1st class etc but when you pay for 1st class but are told on arrival that you are basically 2nd Class it doesn’t bode well. In reality we got excellent service, used all the same facilities, and eat the same food, all fabulous, but had we known about the diamond club before we went we would have been more prepared!! The irony is that our pool, a beautiful pool in an expensive high quality hotel, in one of the most beautiful locations in the world was dubbed the poor pool !! You just had to laugh really. It just became a bit us and them which we didn’t appreciate.

The food selection was amazing. Plenty of variety, especially for lunch. A la carte restaurants exceeded expectations. Beautiful, well kept beach and pool chairs. Excellent room service.
The times for lunch in the brochure given to us did not match the actual times. We missed lunch one day because of this.

The staff was mostly friendly. The food was good and the drinks were great. The rooms were pretty standard, no complaints.
The service at the main buffet area could use a little work, it's not terrible. The other restaurants were pretty small, getting a reservation for a big party was difficult (We were a group of 14). There are activities, but somewhat limited during the day.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good, and the shuttle service is very efficient. I appreciated that they have a nurse on-site as well.
We waited for over three hours for the room to be ready. When talking to the Quality Manager about it, though she was doing her job by apologizing for the inconvenience, she was very dismissive and somewhat passive agressive. The Operations Manager was neither here nor there about the situation. However, they did offer us a complimentary body scrub at the Spa to compensate, which we enjoyed.
Additionally, when we got to the room, it smelled terrible, very musty as though it had not been utilized for a while. Also, there were only amenities for two persons, even though we were a party of three.

The staff on the whole were great, special thanks to the ladies on reception and Akim, Shaun, and Tyron. Thank goodness for the little buggy that took you to and from your room.
The ocean view room with balcony gave us stunning views and beautiful sunsets. The room decor was modern with clean lines without being cold, and the bed comfy. The AC always worked which was necessary.
The bathroom was clean and the rooms serviced daily.
The breakfast choices for room service was good. Also, it was nice to have a choice of restaurant for dinner. The bar staff mixed up some tasty cocktails.
The hotel needs to provide more information at the initial check in. Especially, routes around the hotel, the map provided was so small it was rendered useless and felt confusing. It didn't show the access points and routes to and from your room to the other areas. More written info in the room for using the TV, Aircon and phone (which only had a dial tone if you put it on loud speaker). Not everyone is tech savvy to navigate the TV.
Why the bright flashing light facing the bed at night. Not sure if it was a smoke alarm but it was certainly distracting.
There was no alternative to regular milk at any time which is unusual in. There was oftentimes limits because of availability of foods/drink ingredients, and honestly as a pescatarian I need more choice than cooked tuna for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The 'all day dining' room service was in no way the same standard as the food served in the dining rooms. It was like it was a different hotel.
All in all the Royalton Grenada is a great place to stay when visiting the best island in the Caribbean.
3.9
The staff and the spa.
The rooms were wet due to bad A/C (floor, table tops & bedding) and smelt damp in both rooms I stayed in.
There are three restaurants and a buffet but they close the restaurants when they are supposed to be open. In three days and two nights we only at at the buffet and one restaurant once (which was freezing and the ceiling had marks of being wet).
3.9
Breakfast was good but they need more local options for breakfast and lunch
The bars around the restaurant need to be stocked up more
3.9
food was included
some of the staff were rude, one staff member threw a drink down at me and walked away. One of the other staff members even noticed it and wasn’t pleased.
3.9
The bellboy, receptionist, bar, and dining staff were nice. Beautiful facilities and nice accommodations.
There were members of the staff that would pass without a greeting or politeness. There were times I was told that many basic things a hotel should have to serve guests, they ran out. I informed the receptionist I was there celebrating a birthday other person on my block got their birthday special and I didn't. I felt it was biased. There were small centipedes in the bathroom.
