Hot Pot. Sehr ruhige und private Lage. Ungestörter Aufenthalt. Kochequipment und Kühlschrank. Bequemes Bett.

location and room size
the pull down blinds need to be replaced, some are torn and not working (could not stay down). pot and pans badly scratched..non stick layer badly damaged

Nice house. Quiet surroundings.
In our opinion rolling shutters insufficient.

Adorable. Really loved it there. Don’t mind people saying it’s dirty, it’s really not, it’s just a very typical summer cottage in the countryside - they are popular in Iceland so come here for an authentic summer (or winter) night :)

Worn and poorly maintained, not worth of the price.

Great location for a exploring the Snaefellsjokull Penninsula and close to Reykjavik. The house is very cute, we loved the windows, simple on the inside but it had everything we needed. The hot tub definitely our favorite part.
It would have been nice to have the property info/instructions printed in the house. Especially in regard to the hot tub because we didn't realize we could add more hot water until we pulled the info again when we were leaving.

What a cute little cabin to stay in!
Small but comfortable and cozy, this cabin is ideal for two people. The bathroom is quite small, but otherwise it is a well equipped stay.
We were able to use the kitchen and cook ourselves dinner. The jacuzzi was perfect - we enjoyed the experience of sitting in the hot tub outside whilst it was snowing.
Bed was very comfortable.
Easy check in/check out process.
Bathroom was a little small but this did not bother us.

Lovely secluded cottage

super cute place with all of the amenities we could ask for. warm & cozy & outstanding communication. easy drive from the Krauma hot springs.
the lights that other cabins left on at night.

Really nice place with a lot of comfort.

Stunning, peaceful location, amazing hot tub, really comfortable bed. Cleaning products and towels provided. Coffee machine. Outdoor veranda with seating and BBQ. Perfect dark skies helped us to see the Aurora Borealis. Good location for local attractions. Help/support from the host who was really quick to reply with any queries and advice.
Nothing we didn't like, but feel the property would benefit from a small information pack on local attractions/ local store/petrol station/hospital/doctors/pharmacy etc.

Such a cute cottage with amazing hottub. Really friendly personnel and good instructions on how to get there, easy to find. Amazing views
The pillows were very soft (I guess that's personal preference)
3.0
the location
the calm.
the easy way to get in
the brooms were still in the bathroom which is not very big. an extra bed occupied another part of the apartment, also not extendable. the cleaning which was done clearly succinctly (as evidenced by the corpse of a fly and the ton of dust at the head of the bed). regrettable because this place could largely be of the level of other accommodations yet better but at the same price as this one
this advice is based on 18 other nights in places similar as this one, all over the country

The door didn't lock from the inside

we absolutely loved the location which is very private, quiet, peaceful and serene with beautiful surroundings. we also loved the big glass doors in this cozy cottage. the private bbq and hot tub are a big bonus.

Property was not clean; when having a hotel the boater should of aware of hosting

Honestly, the hot tub outside was the only thing
we really really appreciated.
(even if it could have been cleaner)
The check-in / Check-out system was also very
convenient
Everything was really dusty, the kitchen was barely
equipped. The barbecue was the most disgusting
thing I have ever seen in my life !!
The grease inside and on the grill itself was pitch black.
It’s a shame !( see pics attached)
The kitchen furniture was full of greasy fingerprints.
not really what you want to see during a pandemic.
And the blanket and cushions were stained.

Everything was very neat and clean. The cabin had everything we needed, and the view was beautiful! You can see the glacier in the distance.
