About this house rental
This 4 bedroom 1 bathroom home is conveniently located in the heart of Lancelin and is just a short stroll to the beach. The local shops, eateries and skate park are also just around the corner. After a day at the beach you could also wander down to the iconic Endeavour Tavern and enjoy a sun downer and meal or take the family fishing off the jetty.
This property is 2 levels with 2 of the bedrooms, living area and kitchen upstairs and the other 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, small living area and a kitchenette downstairs.
The property has a large secure backyard so you can also bring along your family pet to join in the fun as well.
There is also plenty of room behind the gate to securely park your car and boat.
This property is not suitable for young children.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no toilet or bathroom in the upstairs area and the only way to access these from here is via the back door, down the outside stairs and into the lower level.
There is no washing machine at this property.
There is no air conditioning at this property.
No school leavers will be accepted at this property. No under 25 adult groups unless approved by owner.
PET FRIENDLY-OUTSIDE ONLY-$250 pet bond applicable.
The property is strictly non smoking.

The bay of Lancelin is by far its best feature. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful, and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities.
A very popular town for people who live in Perth as a short coastal break.

My biggest issue is with the toilet being downstairs and having to go out of the house to get to it. You should provide two sets of keys as I didn't like locking my kids in after going to the toilet in the middle of the night. It is a fire hazard. Microwave downstairs made a horrendous noise so didn't use it. The BBQ was dirty. Husband had to scrub before use. Everything is mismatched, for the price that was charged even Kmart could have decked it out nicer. Awesome back yard and fantastic location but overall disappointed.

The location was good and it has plenty of space upstairs and downstairs. Property was clean. A few things weren't good: the kitchen sink barely drained at all; the house was really cold with no heater and there were only very thin blankets on the bed.

Not the greatest of kitchen appliances or cookware. And stove is very old, TV needed an extension cord to be run to kitchen to use. Strange having poles running from top to bottom and a bit of a trip hazard throughout inside.OK for blokes weekend away but may not be as attractive to families.

Good location close to everything. Big backyard which is enclosed and was great for the kids. Beautiful sunsets at dusk. Overall the house is adequately stocked but could do with a spruce up and requires some maintenance.

Bed size an issue when two couples staying. Who gets the queen bed!
In general ok stay. However price for overall standard of house could be a little lower, as a double bed is tough for adults when staying as two couples . Sleep is important.

Great location and excellent value for money. Property is very clean and perfect for a simple, no stress weekend stay in Lancelin. Added bonus was being able to bring along our little dog, great backyard. Will stay again.

Nice small place with separate upstairs and downstairs areas connected with outdoor stairs. No WiFi. Bathroom is downstairs (accessible through outside stairs). There is an Xbox (with no functioning controllers) and 2 HDMI TVs. Nice backyard/outdoor area. We had a lovely stay here!

Pictures Sell this property
What you see in pics and what you get are very different. Stained couches and rugs. Dirty carpets. No aircon so it an absolute hot box. Kitchen upstairs cupboard door has a broken hinge so door falls whenever you open it. Stairs out side a rickety and sway when going up and down, blinds are all broken, no fly screen on upstairs door so can open door for fresh air at night because of mozzies which is awesome with a house with no aircon. Bathroom very old and horrible. Beds were comfy, yard and location great. If it wasn’t for Leah the property manager we would have never stayed! Owner needs to do a bit of work to this place if he wants to keep charging the prices he does.

Awesome location.
Great property for 2 families clean and tidy with everything you needed. Awesome back yard with the fire pit and homemade swings that the grand daughter loved. We had a very pleasant stay. Thank you

Perfect location
We had a good experience staying at “the Cray Pot” property. It was perfect for us, as one family used the upstairs while the other family used the downstairs. Lovely big property for the kids to run around and play, and even better that we could just walk down to the Park and Skatepark. It’s everything you expect for a Lancelin “beach shack” style property and has all the facilities you could require. Would definitely stay here again!
