Good, but too pricey hotel

Clean and cosy rooms, like on photos; good service; 30 seconds to the seashore

Quite unlucky location - right next to the pool in a couple of meters there are buildings under construction. And rooms without sea view have a view to a piles of construction garbage...

Wonderful experience with wonderful staff. Excellent value for money. Will stay again.

Fantastic hospitality, staff are fluent in English. clean and comfortable rooms with great amenities. Super fast internet and huge selection of international TV channels.

Truly exceptional as always!!!!

Location is amazing. Uninterrupted views of the ocean. And Sunsets OMG!!!! Staff superb and went out of their way to help you.

Of all the great things you can come across in Batumi, be it beach or beautiful scenery, Batumi Palm Hotel was hands down my favourite experience. It's perfectly located on the first line of buildings facing the beach and distant enough from all the crowded towers of Batumi to enjoy the calm sound of the waves, yet within reach to any groceries or vendor you might require. The place is well designed and maintained to the last bolt and colour. Unlike any other place I’ve come across, it’s extremely clean, always smells like flowers. And all this isn’t even the best part. The owners make you wonder why you can’t trade a family member for one of them. They’re kind, always cheerful and always ready to make your stay more memorable than you expected. This place is like your home away from home.

A couple of good nights of food and fun and some good sleep. Good service, cant ask for more.

Food was the star of the show with the new BBQ smoker! Room was quiet and comfortable. The view of the sea was unimpeded. Great location away from the crazy center but walkable.

Lots of construction happening around the area.

Batumi Palm has all you need to have a restful experience in a Hotel. Sunsets, oceans waves, comfortable beds, hot showers with good water pressure, restaurant, pool, bbq smoker grill, new game room with billiards, 3 gaming stations, big screen TV, and more. Located on the quiet south-end side of Batumi near the airport. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Nothing. I only wish I could've stayed longer.

Great place to stay , few steps from the beach

I was booked in a nice room overlooking the sea with large balcony. The staff are beyond exception. The are nice, friendly and helpful.The manger is super cooperative and very helpful. The owner is always around and smiling and making sure every body is happy.The location is at the end of the beach which makes it quite, yet a few steps from the beach and walking distance from the beach walkway and shops. The room is nice and Furnture is clean and of good 5 stars quality

The rooms are very clean, cleaning ladies are nice and helpfull. The restaurant is very fresh and delicious. Everyone should try Hawaiian pizza and special scotch cocktail made by owner. The staff is very friendly. The beach is 2 minute wake from the hotel. The owner was so kind that he took us to fish market and spent time with us. So get in touch with Henry is must.

Great hotel with a very friendly owner and team - our stay there was perfect.

Nice and quiet (for Batumi) location next to a small stony beach. You can go to the city centre by escooter along the beach or by Taxi. Spacious rooms and a very nice pool outside. Great owner and managers, thank you very much for the pleasant stay, it was nice meeting you all and we will definitely come back.

The hotel has parking, a swimming pool, and a tasty restaurant. The beach isn`t far away. The balcony has a very beautiful sea view.

Good if you like a big rooms and nice sea view.

Wide Space of the room, the room facilities, and the sea view. Tha staff are kind too and ready to help all the time.

So far from the active bulivard. And the light isn't enough.

it is nothing like the pictures really dirty Specially the bastion and it was overly charger and it is not worth the money they paid for at the hotel was not clean after all the lobby and the reception were not helpful overall it was an awful experience

everything from the first moment reception was very rude and the was nothing like pictures absoloutly dirty bathroom
