King bedrooms, three levels of living and entertaining with amazing long-range mountain vistas on all levels, and spectacular views of the exclusive private Diamond Creek Country Club and Golf Course below! Divine View boasts extensive outdoor deck space, all open to these stunning views!
Divine View is perched atop Seven Devils, built expertly into an impressive rock face. Seven Devils, home to Hawksnest Resort which offers snow tubing during the winter season, and zip lines the rest of the year, is only about 2 miles from Divine View. Less than 3 miles away is Otter Falls walking trail and the Seven Devils Town Park. The Watauga River is less than 5 miles away, Grandfather Mountain and Sugar Mountain Ski Resort are both less than 10 miles away. Beech Mountain Ski Resort and Appalachian Ski Mountain are both less than 17 miles away, as is Tweetsie Railroad. Downtown Banner Elk is about 11 miles away. Blowing Rock and Boone are both about 14 miles distant. The village of Valle Crucis, and its wonderful riverfront community park, are also only 11 miles away. Seven Devils is conveniently located to all the High Country has to offer!
The main level of Divine View boasts a fully equipped kitchen, open to the living and dining room, and huge windows which reveal those impressive long-range views. A banquet-style dining table seats ten guests, with two more bar-height stools at the adjacent, custom, live-edge spalted Maple bar top. There is also a built-in bar that extends the custom live-edge Maple slab design. High ceilings with tongue-and-groove paneling mirror the wood floors throughout this open concept area. The living room has a custom linen sofa flanked by two leather armchairs, centered around a beautiful, hand-crafted, live-edge coffee table, all of which enjoy windows that frame the limitless, long-range mountain views. There is a half bathroom and a laundry room on the main level. Covered decks with live-edge wood columns and exposed beams wrap around the side and rear of the main level.
Also on the main level is the newly-designed king master suite, featuring a corner gas log fireplace with floor-to-ceiling stonework and a live edge log mantle. Six-foot windows flank the fireplace, opening the suite to the mountain views and incredible natural light. On the inner wall is a large HD Smart TV. The impressive ensuite bathroom boasts a double, live-edge vanity with copper vessel sinks and exposed copper plumbing, a large glass shower with a waterfall head, and a water closet.
Up the carpeted stairs with rustic, branch railings is the open loft, with a huge HD Smart TV, a bumper pool table, a tall, live-edge bistro table and chairs, and a comfortable sofa. There is another king bedroom with an HD Smart TV, and a full bathroom, also recently renovated with a live-edge vanity and stainless sink, and a deep soaking tub/shower combo.
Walk downstairs into a large, open den with a gas log fireplace, comfortable, leather sectional, and a large HD Smart TV with a game console. Tucked back in the quiet corner of this house-length space is a bunk nook with two twin-over-twin, timber-framed bunk beds, and a reclining leather massage chair. A glass door in the den leads out to a large covered deck open to the mountain view. There is a Jack & Jill full bathroom with a new live-edge vanity and stainless sink, and a deep tub/shower combo, and a toilet behind a second closed door. On the other side of this full bathroom is the lower level king bedroom with a wall-mounted HD Smart TV.
The one-car garage is off of the lower level and has a full-sized ping pong table which can be enjoyed by all, or it can be folded up and rolled to the side so that guests can use the garage for parking if preferred. The entire house has digital cable TV programming and WiFi internet. It's a fun, private, mountain-top property to explore and enjoy!

We enjoyed our annual family vacation with our parents & in-laws in this beautiful luxury home. The view is spectacular!
After reading the reviews, we brought camping chairs to sit on the covered deck. The furniture provided is not comfortable for long sitting.
The driveway is more than challenging with more than 1 car and we were not able to get the house cooled down enough at night with the AC. Was thankful for the portable fan. Even our elderly parents were hot.
Having 3 floors and 3 king bedrooms allowed for privacy and quiet.
We enjoyed hiking to Otter Falls which is only a couple of miles away. Grandfather Winery was another wonderful attraction close by and a day in Blowing Rock was perfect.

My wife and I live about an hour west of the Banner Elk/Seven Devils area. During our stay we had family members from Mesa, Arizona and St. Petersburg, Florida. The Divine View property was a perfect place for all to have a Master Suite on each level of the home. Very comfortable as well as fantastic views from the expansive porches. More than likely we will stay here again since it was so very nice and close to Grandfather Mountain, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Boone, and Linville.
We all had a wonderful time! Thank you!

We loved the area - hills were scary not being used to the hairpin turns
Couple things master tv would not work
The driveway gravel at top was washing out which made parking tricky
Master bathroom toilet seat was net set correctly
The dishwasher may need a bleach/vinegar cycle run - we enjoyed our stay but wanted the owners to know couple things to make better for next guest!

Divine is right! Beautiful location on the top of the mountain. We loved the quiet and the privacy. The home was nicely appointed. The master bedroom views were dramatic and the suite was quite nice. The other two masters aren't much of a master bedroom, especially on the upper level. Had our siblings and spouse join us for a few days which was fine, but it would be hard to be in the space for much longer. The big PLUS was there were three living spaces. So for another couple or especially for kids downstairs this was great. Only a 10 minute drive down the mountain (yes lots of turns and dramatic hills including the driveway). So close to so many things. You don't have to leave the area to get to Otter Falls...5 minutes away. We plan to come back. Hope they get the windows done by next year and the air needs some adjusting for the hot days that now linger into what should be fall.
Again, lovely place. Lots of light. We have tried a few and this is a keeper!

beautiful views and secluded. all you need.

Amazing views.
Alarm went off during checkin due to a malfunctioning motion detector. The attendant went to Walmart to get battery and fix same day. Till late. Property is great. Our cars had a hard time definitively need a 4x4. But did make do.
The crows every morning were breathtaking and will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, great views and close enough to Boone. We enjoyed the stay.

We had a fantastic time living up with the clouds, gorgeous Sunsets. If you ever wanted to know what it is like living on top of a mountain, this is your place
We look forward to returning again someday.

Beautiful home with amazing views in the high country. Definitely need 4 wheel drive if ice or snow.

The view from this home was outstanding! We wish the hot tub was pushed out away from the house so that we could have enjoyed the view from the hot tub. The driveway was impossible to turn around in and not conducive for parking multiple vehicles. It was challenging to fit vehicles through the gate and turn them around. The basement was significantly colder (even with the fireplace running) but we couldn't adjust the thermostat because the upper floors would get too hot. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking meals. This house was all about the views which were fantastic!

We celebrated our son’s 21st bday and had an amazing time. The house had everything we could ever need including good tv, ping pong, hot tub, and card table. The view was nothing that can be described with words.

Very nice house. We came in the summer but I can see why people suggest 4WD for winter. Its quite steep at the top of the mountain. However, it is well worth the trip to get the amazing views. Absolutely beautiful! furniture was nice and beds were comfortable. Location is central to many areas. We would definitely come back.

We had an amazing time in this beautiful home. It was perfect for our 2 year old grandson and the dogs had a blast too! The house was perfect for our family. We lived to lay out of the house and the amenities were a bonus!

The cabin was incredible! We had our young adult and young children staying with us and had plenty of room and entertainment for everyone (lots of board games already stocked). The cabin is minutes from a nice hike at Otter Falls and from Hawksnest tubing. The views were amazing and the set-up of the cabin gave everyone their own space when wanted as well as great areas to bring everyone together. If you are going in the winter be prepared for the narrow and steep drive! We unfortunately had a lot of fog during our stay which made the roads even harder to navigate. AWD/4WD is a must! Our oldest kids had a 2WD car that we parked at the bottom of the gravel driveway for the entire trip.

Family Ski trip
Great property. Perfect layout for our three families. Beautiful views. Clean and comfortable.
Wish the kitchen had a few more mixing bowls and utensils since we did all of our cooking at the house in an effort to not dine out durning this time.
The water pressure in the downstairs bedroom was non existent. It only dripped. The family that stayed down there had to come upstairs and use the master bath to shower.

The property was amazing and the views incredible. We can’t wait to come back and visit this property again. The decor, room amenities were all amazing! However, if the weather is bad or if it snows do NOT go up Tangle as GPS says to go. Rather stay on Skiview and let it re-route you. We had a Lincoln Navigator XL with multiple different driving settings and 4x4, got tire chains and still had trouble getting to the cabin with the amount of snow. We slid down Tangle twice and almost off the edge but thankful for the emergency brake. Even in normal conditions I would stay away from Tangle. Overall a great experience but coming from Florida we are not use to those driving conditions and the property management was not very friendly when called for help. I understand they send out emails prior to arriving but we had the best possible vehicle for the driving conditions and were prepared. The way in which property management responded over the phone when called for help could have been more professional and courtesy.

Stunning View!!
Absolutely beautiful view!!! The house is very nice and fully equipped. This house is at the very top of Seven devils so the drive can be challenging especially in the winter. The driveway was full of snow and ice when we arrived so we had to park at the bottom of the driveway and haul all of our belongings up the driveway to the house. Carolina Cabin Rentals should consider clearing the driveway prior to check-in.

Divine View has absolutely beautiful views! You can see Sugar Mtn, the top of Beech Mtn, Diamond Creek Golf Course and of course Tennessee. The sunsets against Sugar Mtn. are amazing. The house is very nice and equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of rooms and space for everyone. Warning- this house at the very very top of Seven Devils. You must have a 4wd in the winter. The last mile or two drive is difficult on a good day. Since the house is exposed you get hit hard when a winter storm comes in. We had temps from the 30's to 21 (daytime) degrees with 10 degree wind chill and 30-40 gust sustained winds. So, just be prepared. We'll visit again....

The view and house structure was pretty. I have to say, however, I am very disappointed in the service carolina cabin rentals provided. After multiple calls with issues and no reimbursement for the issues we had is disappointing. Fireplace didn't work, Xbox didn't work, bumper pool table not useable, coffee pot broken, one toilet didn't work, couldn't take more than one shower at a time, contract said plowing would happen after 3" and that didn't happen either. Final straw was after placing a ticket and not hearing from anyone which resulted in me having to spend money for someone to come out and plow was disheartening to say the least.

Simply the best view I've ever had of the Smokey Mountains! The cabin itself was very nicely appointed and very comfortable. We hope to be back soon!

Weekend Stay
We booked this home last minute as a get away for my daughter and a few of her friends. View was amazing. Home is well stocked with everything you need. Driveway is a little bit tricky, would be nice if there was an area at top to turn around. Only one small negative, the toilet paper was worst I’ve ever seen. You could basically see through it. My guess is the rental company used this and not the homeowner. Would recommend home for sure though!!

Cabin was lovely. Great views!! Only issue we had was upon arrival there were dishes in the dish washer, a glass shower scraper in the master bedroom shower and a used plastic bottle of water underneath one of the front door outside chairs. Overall great cabin

Divine View is the most beautiful place that I've ever seen in my entire life! The pictures online can't even begin to describe how gorgeous this place truly is. This is an incredibly special property that you will have to see for yourself to experience how truly awesome this place is. My family had the best time watching the gorgeous sunsets, going for nature hikes and spending quality time together in the mountains. We all came away from this trip totally relaxed and rejuvenated! We will definitely be back again soon!

Seriously Divine!
The view was absolutely stunning. The house was as well! Worked great for 2 familys + grandparents. Loved that every bedroom had a king bed. Some people in our party had a hard time getting up the driveway, but if you just keep momentum it isn't an issue at all. We would absolutely return!

Should be Divine View...SQUARED....at least! Our family of 6 headed to Seven Devils for the Labor Day holiday and we quickly realized we chose the perfect place. First...The view is absolutely "Divine". Even our kids (a bunch of teenagers and 20+-year old) raved about the place and view. That's an achievement within itself! No central A/C...no worries. The cool mountain air at night is great. Kitchen has everything you need. The kids were happy that they all had their own "space" to relax here. Make sure you read and follow the items you need to bring....especially paper products. Grandfather Mountain is, essentially, across the street. Otter Falls is closer and a great short hike and experience for the entire family....young and old.We would certainly return in the future!

We loved this rental cabin! The drive is steep and curvy, but once you get to the top, it is worth it! The close proximity to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Otter Falls, and even to the Watauga for rafting made this a great choice for a summer getaway. We would definitely rent this cabin again!
