Enjoying an exceptional location on Cap de Carteret, this house overlooks the sea and the countryside with a 360 ° view.
Equidistant (800 meters) from the two fine sandy beaches of Carteret, La Potinière and Plage de la Vieille Eglise, but also from the center of Carteret, the fishing port, the ferry terminal (regular connections with the Anglo Normandy) and the Carteret lighthouse without forgetting the dunes of Hatainville.
This location allows you to forget the car every day. However, it will be necessary to discover the many sites or activities existing in the region.

The environment is particularly calm and opulent.

Auf dem WC im EG gibt es kein Waschbecken und man musst nach der Benutzung erst ins OG zum Bad um sich die Hände zu waschen, der Kühlschrank war leider nicht kompatibel mit der Küchenausstattung und man muss ihn mit zwei Fingern an einer Schraube öffnen, der Ausblick ist traumhaft

We absolutely enjoyed our time here. The views from the backyard was stunning. I'm assuming the part of the house we stayed in was the pool house. It is connected to the owners home. Although he was right next door, we had no issues at all. He gave us our privacy and our own yard. We brought our 2 dogs with us as well. It is a small home but it was perfect for us. 4 beds and they were all comfortable. We even enjoyed walking to the beach to let the kids play. Gerard was an amazing host and we would stay there again.

La maison est confortable et bénéficie d'une vue exceptionnelle, sur la mer, les îles, et la nature environnante. Le propriétaire est à la fois discret et réactif à nos demandes. Toutes la famille à apprécié le séjour, proximité du phare, de la table d'orientation, des grandes plages.. Et pas bien loin en voiture le golf, les marchés... Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Venu pour un long week-end dans le Cotentin, nous sommes très heureux d'avoir trouvé cette location. D'abord l'emplacement de la maison est incroyable et permet de profiter de la vue sur mer de partout. Elle est aussi très bien située pour se promener, se baigner, profiter du coucher du soleil, ... le tout dans un environnement préservé, un régal ! Pour ne rien gâcher, Bernard est un hôte vraiment très agréable et attentionné, nous avons vraiment été très bien accueilli. Le logement est aussi très bien équipé, même si certains équipements tel que le micro onde ou le réfrigérateur mériteraient d'être renouvelés (ils marchent très bien cela dit). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir chez Bernard pour prendre le temps d'explorer un peu plus cette belle région qu'est le Cotentin.

Wir waren eine Woche dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das traumhafteste an der Ferienwohung ist der Blick von der Terrasse, wo wir wunderbare Abende verbracht haben. Will man den Sonnenuntergang anschauen, ist man nach einem kleinen Abendspaziergang am Leuchtturm. Der direkt neben der Wohnung liegende felsen bietet ebenfalls einen schönen Blick! Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, durch die Aufteilung auf zwei Geschosse hat man genug Platz. Wir waren zwar nur zu zweit (so dass wir das eine Schlafzimmer unten gar nicht brauchten, dort haben wir nur unser Gepäck gelagert), aber auch für vier Personen ist die Wohnung sicher groß genug! Unten ist alles gefliest, die Küche enthält eigentlich alles, was man braucht, auch wenn es nicht die neusten Küchenutensilien sind. Der Vermieter wohnt auch dort und ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir hatten vor unserer Ankunft gedacht, dass die Zahlung der restlichen Rate und der Kaution am Anreisetag vor Ort stattfinden kann, sie hätte aber bis zum Anreisetag überwiesen werden sollen, weil die ganze Abrechnung über FeWo direkt geht. Das war unser Fehler, aber sowohl der FeWo direkt-Mitarbeiter als auch der Vermieter waren hinterher sehr freundlich und bemüht, die Rückzahlung der Kaution zu regeln. Beide waren diesbezüglich sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ein Auto vor Ort zu haben, ist sicher gut, da der Ort ein ganzen Stück weiter unterhalb liegt, man also nicht mal eben zu Fuß einkaufen gehen kann. Dafür kann man direkt von der Wohnung aus loswandern, eine Wanderung in die Dünen und an der Küste entlang ist unbedingt zu empfehlen! Ansonsten haben wir in einer Woche mit Tagesausflügen die Halbinsel Cotentin erkundet. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort!

Voldoende plaats voor gezin met 4...
