This apartment was perfect for my husband & I. Right on the waterfront and close to restaurants and shopping.

Great stay! Condo is right on the water, is clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed & all the essentials, plus more. Location was perfection, right on the river walk and in town, so we could-and did-walk everywhere. But we also drove up and down the coast to explore and Astoria was a great home-base for that! We would definitely stay here again.

The property is both larger and nicer than the pictures suggest. Check in was a breeze (it always is with properties managed by Evolve).
The front door exits directly onto the Riverwalk trail. The Riverwalk extends 2 miles to the west and 3 miles to the east. The upscale grocery store and Safeway are easy walking distance. There are dozens of restaurants within walking distance.
Given the location, we were concerned about noise issues, but had none. The loudest noise was from the waves lapping against the shore. This part of Astoria is mostly shut down by 9:30/10:00 pm. We were concerned about the lack of air conditioning, but this is a non issue as well. The temperature inside stayed between 65 and 70 degrees all week in August.
We could see sea lions from the deck each day. Being over the water is wonderful.
I’m sure we’ll return.

Very lovely property. It had everything we needed. View of water was breathtaking.

We spent 6 days in Astoria and hardly moved the car once we checked into the condo! So many points of interest and restaurants/breweries are were in walking distance.
We enjoyed our coffee each morning on the deck overlooking the view of the Columbia. If you keep your eyes open you might even see a sea lion swim by!!
The condo was perfectly outfitted, clean and had everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home. We would definitely book again if heading out to Oregon.

It’s a small cozy spot on the river. We enjoyed watching boats, birds, and seals while drinking our morning coffee. The busy road, ships, and barking seals all make noise throughout the night so it is probably best for heavy sleepers. We enjoyed how close and easily accessible everything was. We walked to lunch, dinner, and the museum.

Absolutely loved this place! You can't beat the views or the convenience. We loved being in the middle of things, while also having privacy. The apartment was clean and cute - perfectly appointed for a couple. It made our trip to Astoria extra special and we can't wait to return. Would definitely recommend this place!

We were very pleased to find a super clean, well stocked condo downtown Astoria. Walking or biking distance to everything! The owner was easy to get ahold of and check-in/ check-out was a breeze. We loved eating at both Mo's and ElJarocho. Definitely a place we will return to!!

Parking sucked
Great place to stay, very clean and comfortable, but no parking, there was supposed to be be spot for my vehicle, but the downstairs tenants, used all the spots provided, so had to park on the street, my wife has a disability and it was difficult to get to the unit

On the Water!
This upstairs unit is in downtown Astoria- on a dock over the water. We loved seeing the ships go by and appreciated the beautiful sunsets from our unit. It's 2 blocks from Ft. George Brewery, right next to Mo's, and a nice short walk to the Maritime Museum.
The apartment had everything we needed- a small kitchette, coffee pot, toaster, etc.
We aren't huge fans of memory foam beds and pillows, but they were ok considering everything else was great.

Getaway on the water
The property is everything advertised. Great location, clean and well equipped. The view is definitely a plus. The unit is nicely decorated, comfortable and ideal for a romantic getaway.
Everything from the booking process to check-in/out is clear and easy. We appreciated the easy and friendly communication with our guest contact. We've had a great time there !

Perfect location and views
We had a great experience with our stay! Super clean and the view was absolutely everything you can ask for. Astoria is more grownup stay for those thinking about Seaside. Definitely would recommend!

Great Location in Astoria
Very well appointed condo with amazing on-river view. The kitchen was especially well-equipped and the mattress was really comfortable! Clean & modern bathroom (with very tall counter/sink!) and plush towels. Only tiny wrinkle: the largest burner on the stove didn’t work. Really nice to have a parking spot out front. We’d stay here again, as there are so many things to see and do in Astoria and close by.

A nice break from being in quarantine
We had a great time! We live in the country four miles from Astoria and just wanted a break from quarantine. It was wonderful to watch the ships and barges sail in and out. There are several places you can walk to for good food from this condo. The Astoria Co-op, Astoria Brewing for fish and chips or Grab and Go for tasty homemade sandwiches.

Beautiful and very romantic
This little condo was wonderful, and had amazing views. We loved waking up to the sounds of the sea lions and water. Convenient location too, very easy to walk and get coffee and food. I also have to mention that the owner was really wonderful to work with, she was so kind and courteous and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again.

Location!
Each year we ( my wife and myself)get a cabin at Ft. Stevens for 4 nights to detach And just be, this year Covid closed the state park so I scrambled for a somewhere else and found this place.
All I can say is it’s incredible! The location and accommodations were beautiful!
I had some difficulty with the tv but quick response via email by the host solved the issue.
Everything is in very close walking distance, shops, food, maritime museum, etc...
Watching the giant ships pass by, views of the bridge, and morning walks along the waterfront make this place perfect.
Tips: I took my truck and we should have taken my wife’s car as the private parking spots are just a tad small.
All in all, you will not be disappointed and will love waking up each day to the view!

Clean and nice view
The property was comfortable tho we would have enjoyed a DVD player. There was a kitchen but no toaster and there were no dish towels which was a problem since there was no dishwasher.
The bed was amazing. Very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Cute little place!
We had a great stay. The house didn’t have much for amenities and there was some road noise, but we knew that going into it. We had a great time and really enjoyed the patio.

Step back in history
We are long time Oregonians now retired in the Mojave Desert in Southwest Utah. We are familiar with Astoria but had never spent any time in the city. We loved the view from our condo and all the river traffic, the wonderful restaurants, breweries and our morning walks. We had a great two weeks exploring the various costal areas, golfing and just spending time together. Thank you for sharing your fun place. Hal and Pam Hixson.
