I stayed here with my mother and my friend, and we had such a wonderful time. You cannot beat a place like this! This place has such charm and very welcoming. It has every amenity you could want. Nice big front porch to lounge and backyard with chairs and fire pit in a forest like backyard. This place is wonderful! We will be coming back to stay here. The owner was very responsive and checked in with. We had everything we needed. It just doesn't get any better.

To say everything was great, doesn’t do this place justice. Eric was very attentive, and made sure we were doing well the entire time. The house is perfect for a small family, and we couldn’t have asked for more. He even has a packet with recommendations for things to do! I will stay here again.

This was a great place for us on our summer road trip. We knew it was an older home when we booked and it ended up having the usual antique-like smell. With that being said, the house was very well maintained. The updates done to it were amazing. The bathroom was stunning and the kitchen and appliances were very nice. Communication with the host was top notch and very accommodating. It was a bit outside of the Main Street and downtown hot springs, which was nice. It was a quiet, safe neighborhood and the house did have an alarm system. I definitely recommend this house if you’re traveling through hot springs.

What an amazing place! The house was beautifully decorated, charming, exceptionally clean and in a perfect location to take a short stroll into town.
The kitchen was a joy to cook in, and all appliances are high end. Cupboard very well stocked with cooking tools, flatware and plates/cups/glasses.
I found myself dreaming about wanting to live here! Already planning a trip back. 20 stars!

Property was very nice and cozy. Close to downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. Owner is very friendly and easy to contact. Older Craftsman house with modern upgrades. Will stay again if available.

We had a great get away weekend and are so glad we found this cozy home to stay in. Eric, our contact and owner, was wonderful to communicate with and answered questions and gave us great suggestions in a very timely manner. The home itself is convenient to both great restaurants and the race track that we planning to go to on Saturday. Eric had sent us several restaurants and I think we opted for one of his favorites and it was excellent! The service and the food was lovely at 501 Prime - hope that we get to go back. The house was just as advertised - clean, furnished nicely and with most importantly - very comfortable beds. All the electronics were top quality and easy to operate. We really wish we had a longer weekend to enjoy this place. I highly recommend this Craftsman home and we would definitely choose it again - especially due to Eric’s communication and responsiveness!

My wife and I stayed three nights at this charming Craftsman style home. It was within walking distance of the Hot Springs, right next to West Mountain, and minutes from McClards (Bill Clinton's favorite BBQ that he used to have shipped to the White House). The neighbors greeted us as we pulled up into the drive and spent the first 15 minutes being greeted like we had moved in to the neighborhood. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Hot Springs.

Great house and a great location. Very convenient from downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Host was wonderful and very communicative. House was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. There are a few things I find many properties lack that make a stay comparable to a hotel in comfort and convenience, this host had them all - comfortable beds, high quality linens and towels, excellent technology (TVs and security), coffee and abundant toiletries.

Enjoyed our stay and all was as advertised. Close to the national park with many hiking trails. Would recommend this to place to anyone!

Beautiful home within walking distance to the downtown Hot Springs strip! The home is spacious and the upgrades are perfect. The beds were also very comfortable. The owner and host checked on us regularly, asked if we needed anything, gave us a history on the home and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The communication was excellent! I would definitely stay here again!

The host was very accommodating, replied quickly to communication, and genuinely hopeful we enjoyed his home and Hot Springs.
The home decoration is warm, peaceful, serene and whimsical. The art work is all original, painted by a friend of their family. The linens are 100% cotton, clean, and free of stains or wear.
The kitchen is well appointed if you cook. The refrigerator is spotless. Everything is newly remodeled and in excellent condition.
The bedrooms are restful and charming. The mattresses are firm. There are plugs next to the bed for charging all of the necessary electronics we all carry these days.
The bathtub is AMAZING. I was sick, needed a soak, and never wanted to leave.
If you don't like old houses, this has some of the detractions that old houses always have. It's old. Doors don't always fit. There is not an electrical outlet every six feet. The front door shows daylight around the edges, so in extreme weather the heating/cooling system will run almost constantly.

Clean, beautiful place. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

The property was everything advertised. Beautiful blend of old time charm and all of the modern comforts. It is very close to bathhouse row and not very far from the horse track. The host was very friendly and helpful even though we didn’t have any issues with the booking or stay. I highly recommend 10 out of 10

Prior to our stay the communication was perfect. Enough communication to make me comfortable everything was going to be what we expected, but not so much that it was a nuisance. The property was just as described, spacious and very well taken care of. I would highly recommend a stay here, and it will be our first choice when we return to Hot Springs.

We loved the screened in front porch and spent a lot of time out there. close enough to be a short drive to Central Ave but far enough away to be a quiet neighborhood.

This house was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect for everything we planned during this getaway and the owner was fabulous. Eric was very responsive and helpful with everything. I believe I spent most of my time on that front porch, as it was so relaxing and inviting. Neighbors were super friendly. Great energy all around!!! I will be back and rent this house again.

Area was quiet and safe which is hit or miss with hot springs area. All of the main attractions were very close by. The inside of the house was clean and neat. Owner was keeping us updated and frequently asking if we needed anything via text. Looking forward to staying here again in December.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! It had everything you needed and more, my husband was a huge fan of the Sonos, and our boys loved having a television in their room:) Very clean and historic, with many modern touches. Also a great location and the host was very helpful with recommendations for activities and restaurants, as we were first time visitors to the area. Highly recommend!

This home is absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect. Eric is great to work with and responds promptly. There is a lot of history in Hot Springs which we loved learning about and there is some history involving the paintings in this home which was fantastic. We look forward to returning for another visit.

We really enjoyed staying at this house. The house was absolutely beautiful with the updated remodel. The painting on the wall told a story of its own. The house is minutes away from Hot Springs Row and just around the corner from any store you wanted to go to, very convenient location. The owner stayed in contact with us every day asking if we needed anything or had questions. He would respond promptly if we did have a question. A+++++. Very reasonable price per night. I really recommend experiencing this place for your next vacation rental. Thank you very much for the great vacation.

The owner, Eric, made his vision come to life in this charming old Craftsman home.
From the landscaping and front porch to the back door, every inch of this home is spotless, beautifully decorated and accessorized with plush bedding and linens, a large custom-built bathroom in the hall, and a back bedroom with half-bath and dressing table.
Great location, convenient to HS State Park (2 blocks to entrance), Bathhouse Row and nice shops and places to eat.
Mornings and afternoons, neighbors are walking their dogs and visiting with each other. It must be the best-kept secret in town, and we look forward to returning soon.

I loved the house. Nice old charm mixed with awesome updating. Very clean roomy house. Property owner texted several time to make sure our stay was going well and to confirm we didn’t need anything. Also let us know the history of the house. My favorite and most pleasant rental to date. Loved the stay and would recommend the property to anyone.

Upon arrival the home was very welcoming,, equipped with everything for our 5 day stay. The home was central to everything in a quiet neighborhood. Loved and appreciated the artwork in the home and especially after the host was gracious enough to give me the history. The host was a wonderful communicator and was available if needed,,but no need for anything extra as the home had everything and everything worked perfectly. I had questions about the history of the home and he texted immediately. Give the home a 10.

Eric was a wonderful property manager provided much detail about the location and even great places to eat at. The house is located downtown so it’s close to everything but still in a quite neighborhood. Definitely would recommend.

We loved everything. The property was very nice and convenient to everywhere in the city.

We had a wonderful stay. The home is fantastic and is in a fabulous neighborhood. Eric is very easy to work with and attentive to your needs. We enjoy staying in a place where you can connect with the town rather than being a tourist. We loved the history of Hot Springs and its connection to gambling, gangsters and baseball! The historical downtown is great and everyone in the shops and restaurants are very friendly. We look forward to visiting again and staying at this wonderful home.

I met my adult children and their significant others for a weekend in Hot Springs. We loved the location and the floor plan provided us plenty of room to eat and play dominos. Both of my kids said they would love to live in the home. We will visit again

This is the second time we have stayed here. That should speak volumes.

My family and I stayed in this beautifully updated home for a weekend. The home was very clean, very comfortable, and close to everything.
