Perfect few days in a relaxing and very comfortable apartment

Nest tidy

On our first night guests above us were moving furniture for an hour. Late in the evening on our last one set of guests had a God Almighty row. Shouting, screaming, banging doors, vibrating walls. No staff were on hand to tell them to quieten down. In our last morning guests left at 5.00 am banging doors and shouting. Signs should be on display to request guests to respect other guests around them. Staff should patrol in the evening.

Sehr professionelles Personal, alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Mir ist vor allem die Hilfsbereitschaft sehr positiv aufgefallen! Als wir in Torreblanca feststeckten half ein Anruf im Hotel und die Mitarbeiterin schickte uns ein Taxi.

Unsere Zimmerreinigung hat uns leider vergessen. Das Zimmer unserer Freunde nebenan wurde gereinigt.

Super tolle Unterkunft. Sehr sauber und gut unterhalten. Der Balkon ist traumhaft und die Lage nicht zu toppen.

Buena ubicación y comodidad

Apartamentos muy nuevos, con todos los servicios de un hotel al ser un aparthotel y la privacidad de un apartamento. Limpieza muy buena y diaria, incluso quitaban la basura de la cocina a diario. Frigorífico grande y lavadora. La cama muy cómoda y con dos almohadas en la habitación por persona, lo cual agradezco porque normalmente las almohadas me resultan bajas para mi gusto. Un balcón estupendo con mesa y sillas y con unas vistas perfectas de la playa del Carregador. Ubicación fabulosa al lado de la citada playa y casi en primera línea de playa. Zona tranquila con abundante aparcamiento. Tienen una piscina en la azotea con una zona de chill out y otra en la planta baja. También está la posibilidad de utilizar los servicios de spa del hotel. La decoración es tal cual se ve en las fotos, tonos azules y blancos que relajan. El menaje de la cocina bastante completo. El personal muy amable y correcto, destacar la simpatía de Bárbara, que nos atendió a la llegada.

Eché en falta cuchillos que cortaran mejor en la cocina. También decir que en la zona de la piscina de la planta baja podrían fumigar la vegetación ya que un día nos picaron los mosquitos o algún bicho similar y no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina todo lo que quisimos.

AMAZING.

Nos gustó TODO, el hotel es una pasada,se preocupan de que los clientes estén lo más agusto posible. Todo Super limpio. Unas vistas excelentes, muy tranquilo y la piscina infinita de la azotea una maravilla.

Me gustó TODO,nada que objetar.No hay nada que no me gustara.

Beautiful location for family stay. Near the town and has beautiful beach across the road. Would gladly stay again 😊

Fabulous stay here as a family. The upstairs pool and bar is fantastic with beautiful views. The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed including washing machine. Spotlessly clean also. Would totally recommend. Near the town with lovely boardwalk in to it. Beautiful beach across the road,

They didn’t have a restaurant onsite but there is restaurants so close by so not really an issue. No dishwasher in the apartment but again not a big problem either. Would not put me off staying here again

Perfect holiday

We loved everything The staff were fantastic and so so helpful (they directes us to good local restaurants), the rooms, hotel and pool areas were spotless at all times Housekeeping came everyday to do a quick clean too The rooms look exactly like the photos, modern, clean and the views were amazing (worth paying the extra for the sea/pool view) Well equipped kitchen area with oven, washing machine and all the pans, plates etc you need. Highlight was definitely the sky bar on the rooftop with infinity pool and great cocktails The spa was well worth the €12 as you only have to share with a few people Definitely be returning next year but will hire a car to explore the area better Gracias!

the shower had great pressure beds were comfortable bedroom had blackout curtains TV had Netflix (not sure if provided by the hotel or some previous customer who forgot to log out) there were two apples provided on arrival - appreciated that because I was starving on arrival spa was well priced at 12 euros

didn’t like that smoking allowed in balconies; in the mornings you could hear cleaning staff chatting outside the room and their trolleys going back and forth spa could do with some seating to rest and would have really liked drinking water to be provided in the spa spa working hours quite limited massage area not what I expected - it’s a massage table in a large room that is used for yoga classes in the morning would have preferred for the room to have a dishwasher rather than a washing machine vending machines didn’t accept cards

Smooth, clean, by the sea.

Clean, nice, all we needed was there (cleaning kit, milk, things for breakfast...). Beautiful rooftop. Electric car charging down below.

I wished the spa was free like the pool. As is it was too cold to go in the water in the pools and we didnt want to pay 14 per person for the spa.

Apartment was spotless! Staff came in daily and were extremely pleasant. Great facilities rooftop pool was open but we were there in January so it was very cold, would probably go again in the summer months.

Came in off season so the bar wasn't open and spa was under construction for the 4 days we were there so unfortunately nothing really to do. Most places were closed but again that was our own fault for travelling at that time of year

Amazing location, lovely staff.

Rooms were clean, good quality of building. For some extra money underground parking and so on. Loved the staff, was fast and helpful!

I have given 10 out of 10, but there was missing a dishwasher :( big minus for me.
