Liz was fantastic to work with -communication was a breeze and she was extremely responsive with any questions we had throughout the week.
The location is perfect - just a few houses down from the beach made lugging all the kids beach stuff easier during the day as well as trips back down to the beach after dinner to fly kites and collect shells easy too. Easy walking distance to a number of mini golf places and restaurants.
The pool and hot tub are a game changer - that was my three kids favorite part - night swimming with the pool lights.
The layout of the house also make it very inviting for groups with two fully furnished decks that make very comfortable to spend time outside.

The house is wonderful. I’ve been a summer renter for 25+ years and this house was everything we always want and need. The kitchen is really nicely stocked with basics which is a nice touch. We have a big family and prefer to cook every night and we were really happy with this aspect of the home. The pool area is fantastic . We had 2 infants with us and it was nice to be able to hang out at the pool during nap times. The short walk to the beach is also a key requirement for us!

The property was as described and spotless when we arrived. Every amenity in the listing was near new and in working order. Elizabeth's communication went far beyond what we could have reasonably expected. She was like Siri. We didn't have many questions, but when we had them, she responded so quickly, it was if her job was to be at our call. While we have never had a bad stay in the dozen or so other homes we have rented, this was, by far, our best experience. The house has our highest recommendation and we hope to return soon.

We stayed here with 6 adults and 1 preschooler. It was exactly what we needed - short walk to the beach amazing pool and hot tub and great location to walk for shops/restaurants/mini golf/arcade/ice cream. Loved the porches!

The only fix - We didn’t know we needed to bring our own sheets and towels. This is no problem but wish we knew ahead of time.

Spacious. Clean. Great location. Short walk to beach. Fun pool. Porch swing for early morning coffee and late night laughter. Found the beds a little hard but other reviews thought they were comfortable - every body likes different things. Rented in August but would love to go in July next year however it looks like there already is no July availability. You won’t be disappointed with this rental!!

Fabulous rental!
This is a perfect property to rent. It is close to the beach. Plus, within walking distance to many great activities.
The house is very spacious. We had 7 adults and 3 children with ages ranging toddler to teenager. There was always something for them to do. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. The kitchen was nicely stocked.

We loved this great beach house for our family reunion! It is in a wonderful location to the beach, restaurants and shops. The kitchen is extremely well stocked! The pool and hot tub are awesome! The house is so clean and we never saw a bug or spider! The house layout was wonderful for our adult children with our grandkids. Beautiful home, great neighborhood, close to the beach
We had a great time on vacation. The house was perfect for our family and had the perfect location. It had a very warm feeling. Pool and hot tub were great amenities to have.

Great time.
Even though there was no sun for the four days we were there at the beach we had a great time at the house. Got to use the hot tub a few times, but just being at this well planned out house with our family was a treat. Great gathering place with a nice size kitchen and upper deck with a grill. Hope to return next year.

Great vacation home
My family and I had a great time in this lovely home. So bright and welcoming as soon as you open the door. Big plus being so close to the beach and the bonus of having a pool when you get back! We would love to make this a yearly vacation!

Wonderful house and great location!
We really enjoyed our stay in the house! The house is even better than it appears online. The sitting room was much bigger than we expected. The bathrooms have plenty of counterspace which was nice. The owners had already stocked up on plenty of items that we needed, so that was convenient for us. It is a short walk to the beach, and the views from the front decks are great. The back pool area is beautiful… very private. The pool and the spa were amazing, and they are especially pretty at night with the lights turned on. There also some nice shops within walking distance, such as Pelican polar ice and a cute coffee place. A few blocks down are other stores and several places to miniature golf. We would definitely stay in this house again!

My family's first trip to LBI was a complete success & this lovely home had a lot to do with it! The owners have thought of everything & are wonderful to work with. We found the property spotless upon our arrival and the location more than ideal. We walked everywhere (shopping, restaurants, ice cream, etc). The kids would swim in the pool all morning, then head to the beach for a dip in the clear ocean water, then shower off the sand in the outdoor shower, then back into the pool again! PERFECT VACATION SCENARIO!!!! We also could view all of the 4th of July fireworks by sitting right outside on the front porch. I would book this place again in a heartbeat <3

We had 4 adults and 4 kids 7-10. The house was very nice and the owner was great. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition to the beach place. The beach was a quick walk and restaurants, arcade and mini golf were nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

This home is fantastic! Absolutely lovely, great location, well equipped, the pool is a special bonus, it's a large & comfortable house, very nice owners, location is close to beach and to some stores (especially How You Brewin?!!). We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this home in LBI. Worth every penny! Rent this home... you won't be disappointed!

Multi-Family Vacation
Every year for the past nine years, my family has rented a shore house in LBI that is different from the one before. While we have been happy with virtually every other house, we have always found something about a house that did not make us want to return. Not this house! It was clean, has more than enough space for my family of 5 (3 kids), my in-laws (family of 5 with 3 kids, mother-in-law, father-in-law), has a great location, has two great decks (one for when it is sunny and one for when it rains), great outdoor shower, and an immaculate and pretty pool and hot tub. We loved it! We also found the owners to be very responsive and helpful when we had a few questions during our stay.

Close to ocean
As luck would have it, LBI was anticipating the arrival of storm Hermine during our stay. In preparation, the owners had stowed their outdoor furniture. To protect their large glass patio table, they turned it over on its face. We were directed to replace the furniture back to its original place. Upon turning the table over, specifically placing the umbrella in the table, the table shattered. The owner was contacted immediately and it was later insinuated that we would be fully responsible for it. We did state that we felt that this was not fully our liability, as the table was stored on its face (which may have weakened the table). The owner responded that we would try to find a resolution that was agreeable to both parties. As it turns out, the owner felt it was appropriate to charge us the full amount to replace the table, regardless of our thoughts of the situation. The circumstance was rather unusual and did not arise from abuse or neglect of the property. With that, we were disappointed with the way that this was handled.
As for the actual property, the location was nice; it was just a few houses in from the beach. The home was well stocked, especially the kitchen. It seemed that there was large presence of ants in the kitchen (hopefully, this is something that will be remedied by a professional exterminator). We had a couple issues with the pool, but they were easily taken care of by the pool service that maintains the pool. Altogether, this is a beautiful home, but I would not rent this home without seriously considering renter's insurance, to avoid being liable for any property damage.
