We did a second stay on our trip after being in the countryside. Everything was as great as the first.

The location is perfect for Rome, steps from Pantheon, Piazza Navona and around the corner form a small grocery store. The team and house itself was perfect. We were there in summer and the AC was much needed in the heat.
Everything was clean and spacious. I would consider staying here again if we had a big enough group for the space.

Great location in the older section of Roma near the Pantheon. Apartment was well outfitted and kept up with beautiful ceilings and fixtures. Many restaurants and places to visit nearby.

The location was perfect, the apartment was clean and large, and the communication was great. We were delighted with our stay. Hope to have a chance to stay here again!

We rented both sides of this apartment in a historic palace of Rome for a family visit. There were alltogether five bedrooms, four baths, two kitchens and two lovely living/common rooms. The location is very central, just a few blocks from the Pantheon and Piazza Navona,. and a supermercato is almost next door and a wonderful restuaurant, Archimede, is just down the alley.
Giorgia and her assistant Fabio were extremely responsive and helpful. We had one problem with no heat in 1/2 of the apartment and it was fixed the next morning.
I can not reccommend it highly enough!

For a week, we lived like Italian nobility. Tucked into a Roman side street, up one east flight of stairs, the apartment is on the mobile floor of an ancient Sinabaldi Palazzo. Huge windows and beautiful ceilings provide a sense of opulence. But best of all is the location, right next to a Carrefours grocery store and a 3 minute walk to the Pantheon and east walks to all over Rome. Perfect. We’ve been three times. Lots of room for everybody!

During our stay we had the two adjoining apartments with a total of five rooms for three couples. Location was great, with groceries, coffee, taxis, etc available within a few steps. Very accommodating hosts that allowed us to check-in and drop our bags before the apartments were ready. Only complaint is that one apartment is on a very noisy side of the street with a late night club/bar.

We had a fantastic stay at this very centrally located apartment. It easily accommodated our group of 8 and was a short walk or cab ride to most of the main attractions in Rome.

Beautiful restored, comfortable for large groups, located near many famous sites with a grocery store and many restaurants in the area.
Giorgio and Fabrio were wonderful helpful hosts.
The entire group of ten highly recommends this incredible site.

Our family of 6 had the privilege to stay at this amazing property recently, and it far exceeded our expectations. Property manager "Fabio" personally welcomed us to the apartment and went above and beyond during our stay to be sure we had everything we needed, and patiently assisted with a challenging airport transfer on our day of departure, due to multiple plane delays. The apartment is in the perfect location for sightseeing, literally a 2 minute walk to the Pantheon, and my favorite restaurant, Di' Rienzo (ask for Salvatore or Roberto). We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, and there was a very reasonably priced Express grocery store just a few steps away. There is a taxi stand within a 2 minute walk, which we used to get to the train station 2 miles away (9 euros). I was a little concerned with some of the reviews regarding the "2 apartments," however we found the incredibly large space flowed very well, and was perfect for our large family with lots of beds, living room spaces, and bathrooms. There is a washing machine and 2 full sized dryers, which were great after we figured out how they worked. I hope we will return to Rome one day and have the opportunity to stay at this wonderful property again. Thanks for a memorable stay.

Our host, Giorgia, was wonderful! The property is beautiful, and immediately you feel like you are enjoying Italian luxury. Our group of 10 adults very much enjoyed the location, as all Rome sites are within walking distance and many great restaurants are nearby. We had several groups flying into Rome airport and Giorgia's coordination of transfers to the apartment went flawlessly. If you want central location, a luxurious, comfortable Italian apartment and 5 star treatment, this is the VRBO property to book! Cheers! Mike

We loved staying in this house. It had so much history and character and was very comfortable. One of the best things was the host who met us at the property and explained everything and answered our questions. He even had a great reconfirm dinner nearby. The only problem is that we wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed five nights in Rome with our two children and three grandchildren. The location is fabulous, and Georgia met us there, explained the history and the details of the apartment, and also provided help arranging drivers from the airport. We very strongly recommend this property, and Georgia.

The apartment was everything we hoped it would be. Plenty of space, rooms, sitting area, and bathrooms. Towels and supplies available. Comfortable beds. Perfect location centered between the popular sites. Would definitely recommend.

Location! Location! Location! We had a great time in Rome and were steps from all the action. The apartments were perfect for our large family, and our hosts were friendly and helpful.

Impressive huge place consisting of two adjacent apartments in an old palace with much history that we were told about at arrival. Remarkably individually featured sleeping rooms with wonderful paneled ceiling and frescos.

We loved staying here and would do so again. Perfect for a large group!

The property is ideally located to access all that Rome offers. It is literally a minute's walk from the Pantheon and a few minutes to Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona. The location could not have been better. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to be on the doorstep of these sites and then centrally located to access other areas such as Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Forum, Vatican City etc. which are all just a short scooter or taxi ride away and are certainly walkable.
The house was perfect for our large family group that included 3 generations. The 5 bedrooms were spacious and the second apartment provides a little privacy while still feeling connected to the main portion of the house. We did not cook at the property, but it had all of the utensils necessary to do so. The large dining and living space was perfect for relaxing with a tea or coffee between sight seeing trips.
The central location was such that you do not have to leave the apartment for the whole day and can travel lightly and take breaks between sights. This came in useful having elderly parents that could not manage a full day of excursions. It was easy to pop home to change for dinner or to take a quick nap after a ling Roman lunch!!
I would 100% come back to visit and highly recommend it for medium to large groups!!

We were a group of 8 adults - there were 5 bedrooms and a loft and 2 bathrooms with 4 toilets and 3 showers. When dropped off by cab, it was a bit confusing as to where the property was as there are no street signs in the narrow alley but Fabio, the property manager, came outside to greet us and take us up the few flights of stairs (no lift) to 2 gorgeous side by side apartments with some 15th century touches. Kitchen was fully equipped with all appliances and dishes and there was a grocery store a block away so we enjoyed a charcuterie and wine/beer around the kitchen table. Was able to do some laundry. One of the showers did not work, which had been pointed out to us and the water pressure wasn't great but not a big deal. Excellent location downtown near the Pantheon and many restaurants. Six of us hired a van through the property manager to take us to the airport for $95 Euro. There is a fixed rate for taxis from downtown Rome for $50 Euros but they tend to be smaller vehicles. Fabio did a great job explaining everything, communication was done through WhatsApp. We loved the portable wifi unit, A/C and would highly recommend staying at the Residenzia Sinabaldi!

The space in this double apartment was amazing. It really worked for our group of eight, The central location and the easy access to a taxi stand made travel easy, and the closeby Express market fulfilled all of our food and drink needs!
All in all, a very comfortable stay.

We stayed at this property in mid August with our family of 6. Traveling with 4 kids who are 15-21 years old I was nervous as this was our 1st VRBO we have done. The communication with the owners and assistant was always fast, and efficient.
The portable Wi-Fi given to us for our personal use around town was amazing so we didn’t have to burn up our cellular data.
They allowed us to drop our bags in the morning as we landed hours before check in. This was amazing as it freed us up to explore and get a bite to eat while we waited for the house to be cleaned and ready for us to get in.
The only negative thing I could say is that the master bedroom bed mattress was extremely hard. I suffer from spine issues and it made it difficult for me to sleep at night. But other that that, it was a huge space for my family to spread out and relax when we were not out exploring Rome!

My group of ten spent a weekend here and it was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect as we could walk to everything - main sightseeing stops, restaurants, bars, and there is a grocery store less than a minute from the front door. The place was comfortable and spacious and beautiful. We did not use the kitchen facilities other than to keep some beverages in the refrigerator. It was nice to have so many bathrooms for a large group. WiFi worked but didn’t quite reach throughout the entire rental. AC units kept us comfortable in spite of the hot weather outside. Check in and out was very easy. Overall, when we return to Rome, this would be the place I would stay at and would recommend to my friends as well!

We loved our stay at the apartment. There’s was 10 of us that stayed there and we found it very comfortable and spacious.
The location was just perfect! We walked to many of the central Rome attractions.
Our host Giorgia was extremely helpful and provided us with great information and booked airport transfers for our group.

This is an historic building very close to the Pantheon. We were able to walk to so many places in the old city during our short stay. Giorgia was always available through WhatsApp for all our questions. She told us about the history of the building. It looks even better in the inside than in the photos. We were very happy with our stay here!

Ending our month- long stay in Italy with four days in Rome was perfect, made even more special by the lovely Rione VIII
Sant’ Eustachio apartment. Very spacious, well located near the Pantheon, clean and well-equipted, our family enjoyed the last days of vacation here. ( Especially noteworthy during this blistering summer weather- WELL air conditioned)
Thank you.
