Four Seasons Punta Mita is gorgeous...easily among the most family-friendly and secure locations in the country. This is a spectacular resort, and the Residence Club villas are a wonderful way to have your privacy and space, but still enjoy the best that the Four Seasons Punta Mita has to offer. The 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Villa is immaculate, state of the art, with over 3000 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space, plus the benefit of all of the features one would receive as a hotel guest, including room service, valet, use of all of the facilities, maid and linen service, concierge, etc.

AAA Five Diamond Award winner, as described by the Four Seasons, 'Grandly spacious interiors reflect the local culture and heritage with rich wood detailing and stone flooring in intricate mosaic and pebble patterns. Punta Mita’s year-round sunshine invites you to relax outdoors on your expansive private terrace or take a dip in the included infinity-edge plunge pool. Life enriched by the uncompromising quality of Four Seasons is life at its best.

Every villa in this resort was designed in the concept of an indoor/outdoor experience by combining living spaces to allow guests to roam freely between the luxuriously furnished living and dining room with high ceilings, Mexican decor, and a flat screen TV, and the private outdoor terrace, which looks out onto the ocean and has it's own infinity plunge pool, chaise lounges, dining table and stainless steel gas BBQ grill, by way of sliding glass walls.

The interior features of this luxurious Mexican villa provide guests with their own fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and multiple fully-furnished bedrooms. Three-Bedroom Villas feature 287 square metres (3,090 square feet) to 311 square metres (3,347 square feet) of indoor/outdoor living space – accommodating six to eight people. (although with small children you could probably do more).

All bedrooms have beautiful lofty vaulted ceilings, Four Seasons beds and linens, large-screen plasma TVs and DVD players, spacious walk-in closet and their own ocean-view terrace complete with a sitting area off the bedroom.

The master bathrooms are especially exquisite as they have granite, double sink vanities, a deep soaking tub and separate glass shower that step out onto the additional outdoor carved stone tub and adjacent outdoor shower. Each bathroom also has a separate toilet area, vanity accessories and Four Seasons robes and towels.

In addition, each unit has it's own washer and dryer, guest powder room and office area with built-in desk, two-line telephone and high-speed internet access with data/fax port.

I had a business engagement at Punta Mita so I decided to include my daughter (18) and one of her friends. We stayed four nites - it was awesome! Condo was impeccable - heart of Four Seasons Resort. From the views to furnitures the condo was perfect! Open door brings the outside in - we could see whales from our deck! The resort itself speaks for itself - we will 100% be going back. Mark

The week our family had at this villa was a dream come true. Every part of the villa was superbly furnished and that included our kitchen...it had everything you needed and much, much more! The view from our private patio was beautiful and overlooking the ocean with gorgeous sunsets every evening. Our own plunge pool had us relaxing each day, awed by our beautiful, tropical surrounds. The residence cllub at Four Seasons Punta Mita had everything you needed each delightful day, from a variety of restaurants to activities either at the pool, in the ocean on the beach. We snorkled and fished right off shore and then spent some of the afternoon in the lazy river or at the infinity pool overlooking the endless ocean. The owner of the villa provided suggestions for restaurants if we wanted to venture the short distance to town ....he steered us in the right direction and both times we had gourmet meals at very reasonable prices. There was nothing that we couldn't ask him when making the reservations and we would definitely do this again at this place. I agree that we were spoiled with all the amenities and the room service and wanted to stay. Alas, we had to leave, but we know we will be emailing Gregg again for next year. Kudos, Gregg. You and Four Seasons deserve the five star rating!

Just got back from a fantastic week in this villa in the residence club at FS Punta Mita. Every single detail about this place is truly spectacular. Simply the best accomdation and service in Mexico for our family of 6. The FS does not miss a single beat. We have traveled all over Mexico and there is not a chance you can find this sort of accomdation elsewhere. In addition as a first time vacation rental booker it was truly amazing how great our host Gregg treated us. His insight into the resort as well as nearby restaurants and activities was on par with the best tour guides around. He was also always available for an immediate response to all emails and calls regarding anything Punta Mita. Highly highly recommended.

Our stay at the Four Seasons residences was a dream vacation. Instead of cramming into a small hotel room, we were spoiled with a spacious villa that was luxurious through and through. Our kids utilized the plunge pool morning, noon and night, while my husband and I lounged on the ultra plush patio furniture and took in the ocean view. We were pleased that despite being at the residences, we had daily room service that made beds, replaced towels, and did our dishes! Access to all the restaurants, pools, game room and kids club made this villa ideal. The owner answered all of our questions in a prompt manner, and went the extra mile to assist us with great recommendations and tips. I was nervous being a first time VRBO user, but he couldn't have made it easier. I found him to be very trustworthy. You can't go wrong! I would definitely recommend this to our friends and family.

Punta Mita is our favorite place to visit! This was our 6th time staying at the Four Seasons and it still exceeds our expectations. The residence club is beautiful, well appointed and has an amazing patio. There's no way we could go back to a hotel room after being spoiled like this! It's perfect for our family to spread out and the kids enjoy it as much as the adults. The owner was exceptional with timely communication and offering recommendations for the area.

The villa was absolutely amazing. It was so nice to have over 3000 square feet of space rather than feeling crammed in a hotel room. It felt like we had our dream vacation home. The outdoor patio has a huge jacuzzi and gorgeous ocean view - great way to start the morning and relax before dinner. The villa was spotless and nicely decorated. Also, the resort was exactly what a Four Seasons is known for...exceptional service, activities and food. The owner was fantastic and a pleasure to work with, he is so helpful and really cares about his renters having a great time. We will be back!

We had a great time at this beautiful location. We arrived later in the evening and the kids love the fact that they could still swim in our own little plunge pool. The view from the unit was amazing! While the kids splashed around my husband and I enjoyed the amazing view while sipping a cocktail! The service that we received pre-arrival was great! We were able to order food to be in our fridge, book restaurant reservations, spa appointments and pretty much anything else we wanted to do was booked before we even arrived! When we got there we only needed to enjoy! I would definitely stay at this villa and in this resort again! We had a great time!!

From the initial contact with the owners, to the wonderful suggestions they made with regards to restaurants, activities, etc. the entire process was a pleasure. It was only made better when we arrived! Fabulous villa, gorgeous resort and terrific staff. It was wonderful to have the kitchen in the villa and followed the suggestion of the owner to go to Walmart on the way to the resort. We ate dinnner out every night and tried all of the restaurants on site (all were delicious) and especially loved the place in Punta Mita that they recommended (Si Senor). Can't wait to go back!

Villa was even more beautiful than pics, which is hard to imagine! The sunsets are gorgeous. The Four Season hotel and amenities were top notch. Our family loved being so close to town to eat at great restaurants and several days went deep sea fishing and caught a lot! Owner made it so easy to work together and all his info he provided us helped make it a remarkable family vaca. We hope to go back soon!
