Beautiful grounds. However, spider webs and bugs were around windows, doors and light fixtures. Main door did not close tightly.
One bed was pushed right up to the window that prevented opening curtains or a second person from sleeping on the bed. Mattresses were ok but not extra comfortable.

It was very pretty and seemed modern. The property that the buildings were in are very pretty and I loves it being right across from the ocean front.
I didn’t like the bathroom vanity because the bottom Stuck out farther than the sink and we both stumped our toes a couple of times.
Also the clothing rack was kind of weird with it being in the middle of the room by the coffee station and counter top. I’m guessing because there’s no closet they has to find a place to put the rack. A one night stay was fine but I think it would be inconvenient if it was a long stay.

The water park was awesome for my Grandkids we all loved the lazy river and our room was not too far from it

Outdoor water area was fun

Friendly employees, fresh and pleasant smell on each floor including the lobby.... a well cleaned environment. We loved the pool area and it has a swim up bar so you'll be able to order drinks without leaving the facilities. Free parking!
✓ The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not.
✓ Guests who want to visit the pool area will need to walk a few minutes to reach the pool area (from the Grand Centennial hotel). I didn't have any problem walking but for people with walking limitations it could be uncomfortable.

clean and space
the smell they cleaned with in the hall is way too strong

We stayed in the "main" section of the resort, which is geared more towards singles or couples vs families. The staff at the front desk, in the bar, cleaning team, restaurant - everyone was polite, professional, and very friendly. More than willing to ensure we had a positive experience. Food in restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Dusty, the bartender, was fabulous. Room was spacious and good soundproofing (we had a rowdy group of guys in town for a wedding next to us but couldn't hear them too much through the walls). Also, very historic location and background of the resort. The water park was fabulous - we didn't partake other than a cool beverage from their tiki bar while watching others enjoy the park. Pool wasn't heated, so take note! The kids were having a blast, so this would be ideal for a family visit. Resort set up to accommodate various guests (family/individual/couples). Offered a historic chapel for small events.
The ONLY issue we had was with the water pressure in the shower. It had a "rain drip" shower head, and it really just dripped out the water. Had to add more time to take a shower in order to get everything properly rinsed. We discussed with the hotel staff on our checkout and they said they would have it looked into - we didn't know if it was just our room or that entire building (built in 1923). Everything else was wonderful. Water park was fabulous but would've been perfect if the water had been heated (too costly, for sure!) for some of us older folk who are used to Florida pools being heated.

Everything was amazing! The guest services attendants were super helpful at the check in and check out. The groundskeeper, Jason(?), was really kind actually gave us a bit of a tour of the grounds with stories to accompany the impromptu tour. The bartender (wish I could remember her name) did an amazing job and had the coffee fresh and ready when we asked for some. The room was spacious and the best was super comfortable. We enjoyed walking the grounds and being so close to the beach that we took a morning and evening stroll. It was an absolutely fantastic place to stay!!

very clean and the staff was amazing!
my room smelled like it had just been painted.. they make it difficult to throw trash away.. no bags in the cans in the room.. I took my own food trash out because it wasn’t thrown away when they cleaned the room.

the property was beautiful loved the fountain out front. nice location. very clean.
the bed was kinda hard it had a padded cover on it but it was just not think enough but it was manageable. something was clicking in our room all night, I think it may have been vent in the room. I did not inform staff about but should have.

The location is good. The beds were clean. Only stay here if you cannot pay more for a better one. It is a decent one, but not eat here.
The furniture and carpets are old. The building is difficult to find your room or even the reception. The charge around 20 dollars extra for nothing. DO NOT EAT there, I went for breakfast, and I got a mold croissant (with fungus). I did not notice so I tasted it. Then I SAW IT! They did not charge me for that, they charged for the rest of the breakfast. I expected more for that HORRIBLE moment.
