Colony Suite review

Liked that it was an apartment and had a full kitchen and two tvs. It was independent and had free parking and Internet service for free.

Didn't like that floor was uneven. The living room bed was a futon not a sofa bed as described and was made for a small person like a child not an adult. The stairs going up and down were asymetrical of different heights, and plants were growing into stairway obstructing the path down the stairs and also the stairs themselves and made it hard to see at night which incidentally caused me to fall off the path into the plants and scraped my entire left forearm and arm the first night because of water on the wooden stairs and the plants blocking my path.

Nice unit but inattentive Owner.

The spaciousness of the unit, the outdoor space and the kitchen was well equipped.

A lot of stairs going down and then up through the untidy backyard. Luckily the owner was home as there was no door code given. The wifi code was wrong and there was no coffee pods and the owner was not responsive to several texts and an email about those items. This unit is the lower level of the owners private home in a subdivision.

Exceptional

The location was perfect for us. It was less than a mile from our children's home. The property was very clean and spacious. We didn't need to eat in the unit, but the complete kitchen provided the ability to make full meals if we wanted to do so. Also, it was perfect for a couple since there was only one bed. We had no face-to-face interaction with the home owners, so we can't rate that question.

The shower curtain didn't seem to cover the whole tub properly. The curved bar caused the curtain to gather toward the center of the bar allowing water to splash onto the wall and floor at the head of the tub. Also, the tub was a little slippery. Perhaps an anti-slip mat could alleviate the issue.

Lovely hosts

I loved EVERYTHING about my stay!! The host, Mr. Ray and his wife are very lovely people who have any exceptionally beautiful home and I would stay here again and again if I could afford it!!

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay.

Private Treehouse

Super private, well appointed, great location, and immaculate! We had a minor issue and Ray took care of it immediately, and the private deck overlooking the woods was lovely

Would definitely stay there again, better wifi would make it a no brainer.

Very Quiet residential area, close to shopping, restaurants etc. Clean, comfortable and comparable in price to a hotel.

Internet connection was poor making it difficult to use my cell phone for internet searches. Access to wifi would have been ideal.

Comfortable and Spacious stay.

This is a comfortable place with lots of room and amenities fully equipped kitchen large living space, 2TVs, very nicely laid out. Sleeps 2 adults as a couple and two kids on sleeper comfortably. They were nice overall, it was a nice well stocked place so if you need space and comfort this is it.

My only complaint is lots of stairs in a back entrance, no check in instructions and only 1 bath cloth. The family is on site and There appeared to be stairs leading to where they were with no lock so I didn’t realize it when reserving as it my first time on booking.com.
