My first room had a big window in the shower and the neighbours could see in. I was moved when I said I was not comfortable.
4.3
The staff are exceptional, the pool is devine.
The rooms were very comfortable with a beautiful view. Special thanks to Chippy and Carmee.
The water pressure was so poor the shower just dribbles out!
4.3
Excellent facilities .
Super friendly and attentive staff .
Great value for money
Nothing to dislike

The location is very close to the beach and the room is very spacious, with a beautiful swimming pool and really friendly staff, also breakfast delicious.
The venue is a bit old and needs to be renovated. the photo of the bathroom is not what is in reality, I would love to have seen a better toilet and floor.
4.3
Great facility. I only stayed one night, so I couldn't take full advantage of the amenities/pool, etc.
It was easy to get to beachfront during the day down the long path from the hoe. I was unsure whether the gate would be open at night and ended up taking a Grab taxi to go around, which was a long ride for a short distance given the traffic. It would be helpful to mention at check-in if the gate from the beach path will be open at night.

Location! Beach is lovely. Good places to eat nearby and watch the sunset
Hard to get to from the airport with traffic congestion. Not a fault of the hotel of course but plan at least 1 hour to and from

The staff were absolutely lovely- made great relationships with all the staff (special mention to Wiwix, Yulie, Ayu & chippie) they really made the trip memorable. Always down for a chat and remembered all our names in a group of 8! Fantastic service, rooms were cleaned promptly upon leaving the room. Pool was quite central to all rooms and drinks and food were great! Would definitely come back and stay again. The table tennis was a great addition to the resort, aircon in rooms worked great and in a nice quiet spot away from main road traffic. The breakfast was yummy and they often provided a great mix of western and indo food, good variety.
The pool temperature could be a touch cooler and more refreshing! And we did have a little ant problem in a couple rooms but nothing major

By far the best place I have ever stayed. Pool was huge, swim up bar was a great touch. Staff were incredible. Special shout out to Karmi, Chippy and all of the wait/kitchen staff. Really sweet people.
Aircon was unreal, bed HUGE, room massive, location quiet and central, beach was close by.
Stay here if you can.
Also the breakfast was incredible.

Niet direct aan strand en geen spa

Salila Beach Resort is spacious yet intimate, with an elegant and well catered for pool area. We loved the swim up bar. The rooms are very comfortable, we had an entire full size fridge and microwave in our room. The buffet breakfast was quite tasty. The resort itself is located at the end of lane so it's mostly removed from the hustle and bustle of the local traffic.
Can't think of anything

This hotel has a beautiful pool which is a good size and we found there was plenty of lounge chairs free anytime we visited the pool. The close proximity to the beach is fantastic. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They helped with ordering taxis when needed.
The rooms could do with additional plug sockets.

Breakfast was great, something for anyone’s taste. Waffles, pancakes and all the topping as well as warm baked goods (croissants, muffins etc). Also a chef ready to cook eggs however you’d like. Good sourdough bread for roasting, fruit, cereal, fresh juice, tea, coffee… everything!
4.3
the location was in a nice quiet place
it smelt very bad in my room when i go in it like there had been no ventalation, also smelt like sewer outside my room what wasn't very pleasent. Charged me $90 aus dollars for a couple of tiny stains on the sheets what were easily washable and would of come out , the sheets them self wernt worth that money money so that was a big disappointment . Also had no water in the rooms what were free of charge what is verry uncommon as you can't drink there tap water all places i stay at offer free water I won't be staying or recommending this resort too anyone . Thanks.

Love the pool, swim up bar, buffet breakfast, staff & room.
Maybe just the music playlist on repeat at the pool. 😆
4.3
The type of building, the style. The staff at the restaurant and reception.
The cleanliness in the room was poor. The house keeping didn’t change the bottom sheet, they just Flo it over, therefore some nights we were sleeping on a sheet that the previous night was in contact with the mattress. They put the small broom on the bed while they were doing something else. They were folding the hand towels they had on the trolley and resting them on top of the dust pan. The mop is not washed after each room. I got to see all those procedures because I was on the pool side while they were doing the rooms. Of course I went and told them to please wash the mop and change the towels for some others that were not resting on the dust pan. Unfortunately the house keeping staff hasn’t had any training and don’t speak any English. It is not their fault. They should be trained on all aspects of cleaning.

Breakfast I thought it was a bit boring
Virtually the same each day
Location was a bit off the beaten track and hard to find
The Music played by the Staff at the Pool area.
4.3
The ocean view is great from the room and the bathroom . Very close to the beach. Comfortable
Hardly any Vegetarian options for breakfast
4.3
The location is great. Staff are so lovely. Great breakfast and close to the beach .
4.3
Close to the beach without having to go out onto the busy road. Lovely pool area with sun chairs around the pool for relaxing. Nice breakfast selection and very pleasant staff.
Internet access through wifi was hopeless, virtually impossible to use for much of the day. Was not impressed with the dinner, we chose to eat at the Darari restaurant which is opposite the entrance to Salila, the food there was exceptional.

- Loads of options at the (tasty) breakfast and there's even the option for freshly prepared eggs in the morning which we liked.
- Very large and clean pool area with a bar for relatively cheap drinks.
- The room was large, clean and quiet.
- Clear check-in process and option for transport to the airport in the middle of the night at a reasonable price.
- Friendly staff who make an effort to have a chat.
- Location of the hotel - it's quite far from the centre of Seminyak and a bit too much to walk. Due to VERY busy traffic, a taxi/grab to the centre can take a lot of time.
- The gym (no option for weight lifting), especially for such a big resort was disappointing.
- Felt a bit outdated and could use a breath of fresh air.
- WiFi was choppy a lot of the time.

Breakfast spread was amazing with plenty of option. Pool was an awesome size for the size of place. It never felt crowded or too busy. Rooms were very nicely sized and extras in the room were really good (fridge, microwave, basic plates and cutlery, kettle, etc). All in all, a great spot away from the busy main roads, nice and quiet.
Didn't like there was no mosquito nets on bed. Quite often after room cleaners came through you would need to check the room for them. They were very hard to find in such a big room as there were lots of dark wood features. Partner was bitten very badly on first night we were there. Perhaps bring some bug killer spray to quickly spray around the room before you settle in for the evening. Room service was also, not very up to scratch with rest of venue. The pizza we received looked like a giant microwave pizza with a thick cardboard base, curry was also very watered down.
4.3
Great breakfast with lots of choices, eg traditional Indonesian (noodles, rice, vegetables, etc) or western (eggs, sausages, bacon, cereal, toast, pancakes, croissants, etc).
Beautiful pool with swim-up bar plus lagoon/lap pool.
Staff are all fantastic; friendly and wanting to help in any way.
Rooms are spacious with stacks of cupboards and drawers, super king bed and daybed. Very clean.
Wi Fi is a bit “iffy” but probably the same in most places.

stunning
nothing

Amazing location, very quiet while still being close to restaurants, beautiful path to the beach, feels so private. Room was great, clean and comfortable, large bed and bathroom.
Hot water ran out quickly, wifi dropped out sometimes.
4.3
A very quite place, where one can truly relax. Staff are really nice and can help with anything you may need (renting scooters/booking transfers).
Breakfast is a huge buffet, which is a plus.
Very close to the see, and near a lot of nice little restaurants.
4.3
Idyllic. Quiet. Style. Service. Food. Pool. Facilities.
Can’t think of anything.
4.3
Everything. A great experience for the whole family.
Couldn’t fault anything, it was all good!
