Casa Luna appeals to two sets of travelers: those who are considering a stand-alone villa but want more resort amenities, and those who are weighing the luxury of a Seven Mile Beach condo but opt for more privacy and fewer tourists swarming the beach or pool.
Casa Luna is a wonderful option to experience the best of both worlds, a private and spacious residence with the convenience and resort amenities of a luxury oceanfront condo minus the crowds. Only 6 of the resort's 18 villas are available for short-term rental. Exclusive to only villa owners and guests, the resort is rarely overcrowded meaning more room for you under the sun on the beach or around the pool.
Casa Luna #4 is a 3-bed and 4-bath, multi-level private residence with an open concept design and bedroom suites providing guests plenty of room to spread out and enjoy island living.
***Sleeping Arrangements***
(Sleeps 6 adults, 10 guests max)
-- Primary Suite: upper-level, king bed, two private balconies, HD TV, ensuite with walk-in shower, and soaking tub.
-- Guest Suite #1: main level, king bed, HD TV, ensuite with shower bath.
-- Guest Suite #2: main level, two full beds, HD TV, ensuite with shower bath.
-- 2 inflatable twin beds for children can be provided for overflow sleeping.
Mid-week light housekeeping is provided for extended stays over seven days.

All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products. Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.

All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Queen owns up to the high watermark. Be advised, the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to weather. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.
***Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival.
Should sargassum be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation. We try our best to work around mother nature.

This property was outstanding. Has a nice pool (which we never even saw anyone else in it and we were there a week), nice private beach, gym and the house is fantastic with lots of room and bathrooms. Wonderful stay. Would stay again.

The condo is beautifully furnished and with a practical layout. It was perfectly clean and convenient with a nice
access to the oceanside pool and small beach on premises. Secure for parking and the manager was responsive and helpful.

During our vacation in Grand Cayman, the Casa Luna development proved to be the perfect choice for my family. The home is well-built and offers premium amenities. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bath, and the primary suite stands out with two separate balconies overlooking the ocean and sunset. For sunset views, the infinity edge pool and private beach area are unbeatable. The home's chef's kitchen and abundance of cooking accessories added convenience to our stay. The few issues we encountered were promptly resolved by the efficient management company. Overall, Casa Luna is a great spot for a relaxing getaway with family and friends.

Great location! Very quiet. It was like our own private pool and beach.
The Villa was extremely nice…. Very roomy with a massive kitchen to prepare meals.
Only issue we had was the dripping from the ceiling in the kitchen from the AC. Management is very responsive!
I’m sure that issue will be addressed

4 big bedrooms and beautiful new finishes everywhere. Easy in-and-out with guard at front gate. Quick and easy access to pool and beach. No ocean view on first floor, but everything else was perfect.

Family vacation in Paradise
The property was perfect for our family vacation with our daughter, son-in-law, son, daughter-in-law and 2 year old granddaughter. We enjoyed the pool and private beach every day. Most of the time we had it to ourselves, or there were a few other residents there who were all extremely friendly and inviting. The house had everything we could possibly need and the management was responsive and welcoming. We would definitely come back here!
