Great and hospitable hosts, clean and comfortable room, fresh trout for dinner and vicinity of Krupa river on foot. Would recommend to anyone visiting Krupa and Zrmanja rivers.

The place is a home away from home. Cozy, quiet, with a beautiful yard. I went for a trail running and the place is wonderfully located for many beautiful trails, as well as a nice stop on the say to the sea. The hosts are truly wonderful people, of the kind that is rare nowadays: people who are good, honest, hard working, and truly interested in their guests. The food they are making is healthful and delicious, wine really good, and honey out of this world. We are so happy and grateful we got to spend some time in this quiet oasis with wonderful air, and such great hosts!

The location is very special North Dalmatia landscape with stunning Velebit mountain to one side and as stunning canyons of two beautiful rivers (Zrmanja and Krupa) to the other that you can easily access on foot if you are a hiker. It is the location for incredible adventure and a very special experience. Krupa monastery (XIII century) is close by and wonderful to visit and Krka monastery is not too far by car, and neither is the Adriatic Sea! The meals we ate at Miroslav's and Snežana's family home were the tastiest meals we have had in a long time, freshly caught trout for dinner and home grown eggs and cheese and prosciutto for breakfast. We also left with as much home made rakija and honey as we could fit into our car. We had such a pleasure meeting Miroslav and Snežana and we can't wait to come back and stay much much longer!

The room is clean.
The bathroom was so stinky that you couldn't stay more than 5 minutes. Terrible !!! :( Shared for 4 rooms. Forget breakfast! :(

rural. real. Access to a kitchen and seating area. Well kept gardens.
this is going to sound strange but it was curiously noisy. Not cars or guests but sparrows chattering all night and donkeys😆! Also only one shared bathroom containing both toilet and shower so it could be a bit of a wait to use

We had a great stay at this place, the owners are extremely friendly and the trout they prepare is super tasty! Also the bed in our room was super, super comfortable and we enjoyed our little balcony.
This place is perfect for exploring the nature (Krupa and Zrmanja rivers), for swimming, hiking and watching the stars at night.
All the best to the family and their holiday house!

It was a very basic accommodation in a place where you don’t aspect to find nothing. The beds are comfortable. If you want, the host prepare you breakfast or dinner. If not you can use the shared kitchen.
The bathroom was shared and downstairs. In the morning there is a little bit of traffic for using the bathroom. The rooms during the day are to hot to be used for a nap or simply for relax. From 10 in the morning to 19 in the evening you can’t use it for the high temperature. There is a ventilator for the night. You need to open all windows in the room for cooling it. We brought a mosquito net with us, it was useful against the insects. (In Croatia rarely we found mosquito nets on the windows).

We loved the setting, the authentic way of life, the donkeys and the dog. The owners were very friendly and prepared good home cooked meals. We loved to stay here to get the chance to discover this yet unknown, but breathtaking part of Croatia.
It is very quiet. You have to be prepared to share the bathroom and to go to bed early.

If you're interested in discovering nature, hiking and being away from the busy city, this is the perfect option.
The bathroom and shower is shared ( just a matter of preference )

I was pleasantly surprised with the environment and the hospitality. I was not sure what to expect, but it is a very nice and local establishment that is well maintained by the family. They offer very fresh, homemade and authentic food that you cannot get anywhere else. A high recommendation if you stay to enjoy the food. We also loved being able to see all the animals and the peace in the area.

The surroundings, rivers nature.
The noise. The owner is scrraming in the phone for more than 1h early morning.
4.5
Highly sympathic guest. The rooms are located in a building in a farm area, which makes it really cozy.
You are definitely lost in space and time here, cut from the active world. You are thus also far (around 30 min by car) from the closest supermarkets or restaurant. But you are close from Kundin Most (10 minutes by car max) which is the main attraction of the area.
So if you are looking for nature and be cut off the world, I highly recommend this place. Within our 15 days trip in Croatia, it was our more detached place from the world that we find. It felt good to rest there a bit !
But if you are looking for comfort for your purchases and an active place in a city, I'd not recommend to go here.
The owner also proposes a delicious breakfast and an evening dinner for a fair price.
The sheets of the best were a bit old fashioned. It was a nice experience for me but if you like really clean and simple sheets as the newest ones from the stores, I'd recommend to not stay the night here.
Another minus which is not that much important but which is still worth knowing is that the host and the laundry team doesn't speak the best English. You might face difficulties if your booking reservation has some complexity for whatsoever reasons.

Very good accommodation to experience the countryside life. Dinner and breakfast was delicious and fair for its price.
If you are a light sleeper, this can be a problem as the rooms are dividend only by wood so you can easily hear movements from the other room during night time.
