Furnished with taste and elegance, Villa Ivana is located on the hills of Desenzano del Garda, 1km from the center. Its elevated position allows it to enjoy a priceless tranquility in maximum privacy and away from traffic noise. This property is equipped with every comfort to make our guests feel at home. It is divided on two levels: on the ground floor it has an entrance hall, toilets, utility room and pantry, country style kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, American coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer and microwave . To complete the living area, a cozy and elegant living room with living room equipped for 6 people with TV. In the living room you can also find everything you need for a baby, high chair. On the ground floor you can enjoy a 20sqm outdoor porch equipped with table and chairs, outdoor lounge, deck chairs to enjoy the tranquility made possible by the areas where the villa is located where you can also spend pleasant romantic dinners and relax with a appetizer .
A staircase leads to the first floor where there are 1 bathroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 one for children, and a patronal one with a private bathroom. The two double rooms of these also enjoy a large terrace set up to enjoy the cool summer evenings and to share the last chat before the night's rest.
Villa Ivana is surrounded by a beautiful and well-kept garden with olive trees and flowers of every color.
Guests have access to a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a TV, wifi, a private garden of 190 square meters and a barbecue.
No groups of young people.
Parking nearby (20 meters).
Final cleaning costs € 80 to be paid in cash upon arrival together with the tourist tax.

Comfortable property very helpful host. Came out to us when there was a problem with the main entrance gate. Restaurant nearby was lovely.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The owner gave great directions to the main centre and drove us to the grocery store as we did not rent a car. He was delightful!

Loved the open space and garden area. Even though we were in a neighborhood, it seemed like we were in secluded spot. Inside areas of Villa were comfortable and very nice. Host was truly helpful and certainly made the stay better. Helped us make local dinner reservations. Only negative, just wish it was a little closer to the town center area, so we could walk , but had a car with a parking space so wan't a big deal.

It's in a very quiet neighborhood, away from the city crowds. Most people will want a car to get around but we were happy to walk everywhere. The train station is 1+ kilometer away, a bit of a hike on hills with luggage on a hot day. We never saw a taxi there. There is a huge modern supermarket 1+ kilometers away where you can buy anything. The only nearby restaurant was mediocre but there are lots of good dining options 15 - 20 minutes walk away. Owner Giulio drove us around to orient us to the area and even took us back to the train station with our luggage when we left. He is extremely friendly and helpful though speaks very broken English. His son, who speaks fluent English, is available by phone. The only problem we had was that the weather was hot and the "children's" bedroom had no A/C, so it was uninhabitable but the couch downstairs was a suitable substitute. The place is beautiful and we had a wonderful time, especially at the lake which is about a 25 minute walk from the house.

Schönes Haus mit Terrasse und Garten, sehr sauber. Nette Gastgeber, freundlicher Empfang. Defekter Router wurde rasch ersetzt. 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad bergab zum Ortszentrum und See, Einkaufszentrum mit Lidl (frisches Brot) 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Bei den Einzelbetten handelt es sich um Kinderbetten. Eine schöne Ferienwohnung!

The actual house was lovely, and in a quiet location. It wasn't very close to any shops bars or cafes to be able to walk to, but as a base to drive to places from it was fine. The house was fitted out with some lovely marble flooring throughout, and some nice furniture with comfy beds. The sofa was nice with a good sized 60" TV too. There were some let downs on the property though, in the kitchen there was no kettle to boil water or toaster to make toast. The shower in the bathroom didn't work very well, the shower needed to be held as it had nowhere to hang it up. The main bedroom bathroom had a Jacuzzi bath, but this had to be filled up with the shower as the taps had broken and had simply been turned off - we searched and found the plug in the bathroom cabinet. The power cut on the villa quite a lot which meant we had to go outside and reset the trip switch. Not a massive problem, apart from the one night we used the Jacuzzi bath and after 2 minutes the power cut, leaving us in the dark in the bath! The main issue with the stay however was that the owners throughout the whole stay lived in the garage below the house with a door locked their side. We were woken up by them a few times from banging doors around at 2am. They said the house wasn't their main house, but they were living under it for the whole week. The owners were lovely people though, just a bit odd that they lived underneath us for the whole stay. The power seemed better when they weren't downstairs too
