It’s the worst hotel that I lived in Japan for my journeys in Japan for the entire ten years!

The hotel located beside a metro line station and an express-train station, and multiple family-mart and supermarket. And the staff has a positive attitude to treat customers, the shower equipment is good.

Very smelly and uncomfortable smell in the room, as well the cleaning work is doing pretty awful. Stuff of beds are dirty and the quality is terrible, as well if you live on a high floor you will wait for the elevators for such a tons of time.

Overall a good hotel

It was a good, comfortable hotel. Good price compared to the same brand, same stars in Kyoto

Super satisfied with their service and cleanliness!

Amazing service! I happened to have lost my wallet on one of the hotel floors, about 20 minutes after I had reported it missing, one of the cleaners had found it and returned it in! So grateful for their honesty and swift response. Also very spacious room considering Japanese hotel standards. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast buffet! Very worth it!

It’s a little distant from the city centre but we didn’t mind as it was nice to getaway from the business every night.

Relax and comfortable stay

The hotel staff has provided me with superb service. They did liase in my behalf to a luggage transport service to claim for a damage claim. Breakfast is great with local and western selections.

The hotel facilities can be improved, specifically the wifi and laundry facilities. It only has 2 sets of washer and dryer for the whole property, which makes guest to fall in line to be able to use it.

Breakfast was good. various options, eastern and western cuisines, nice and friendly staff. I loved the massage cushion provided in the room.

The girls on reception were sometimes both excellent, and sometimes not very able in English, but generally I would not complain about anything.

Good stay.

Easy check in for tourists/Australians. Simply show passport to automated counter, quite cozy and small space therefore may not be suitable if seeking bigger room, however for transit - absolutely fine. You can access local restaurants or convivence stores easily, then go from there. Station for JRail is close by too.

とても満足

デラックスダブルルーム／独立洗面台／シャワーパネル付き／2名／朝食付き駅からのアクセスが良い。人数分のカードキーあり。ロビーのコーヒーマシンはコーヒー〜カフェモカやココア、お湯までセルフで飲めて美味しい。チェックアウト後、当日丸一日荷物を預かってもらえた。天気が雨で傘を貸してもらえた。シャワーパネルの温度調節しやすく水圧もちょうど良かった。水回りも清潔。ドライヤーも清潔でそこそこ強風が出るタイプ。歯ブラシが別の色で取り違えの心配が無かった。冷蔵庫の強さが5段階はあり、どうせ効かないだろと最大にするととても冷えたので夏も良さそう。朝食は種類がそこそこ豊富で美味しかった。スタッフさんがその場で焼き立てを提供してくれるフレンチトーストはパンの分厚さもあり、表面に少しカリッとした焦げ目もあるがもちっとしていて良かった。

特になし。とても贅沢を言うとドライヤーの冷風がしっかり出るタイプなら大満足でした。

Nice place but unfriendly stuffs

The decoration is very modern, room is tidy and location is nice, there are a lot of restaurants and convenient stores nearby.

The woman at reception is a little bit unfriendly. No smile on face and looks a little bit impatient.

意外な喜び

バスタブがゆったりで、トイレとは別になっている。普通のシャワーだけでなく、壁面と頭上にあるシャワーも快適で、良かった。

室内にある程度の設備が整っていたのですが、玄関にカフェサーバーがあるからか、飲み物はお茶しか無く、冷蔵庫はあるのに、お水のペットボトルが無く、残念でした。

Clean, spacious hotel, good for a few nights stay.

- Clean and spacious, could lay out my luggage and open it up - Had a sofa space on the side as well! - Provided extra amenities such as skincare and bath salts - staff were friendly and did their best to help me when the system had problems finding my booking. - Pajyamas provided (single long button up) - Right opposite a donki so very convenient if you needed anything.

- Room could get a bit stuffy at times (however I was able to open the window so it was fine) - Was a small walk to the nearest staion, about 5-10minutes

部屋が綺麗で広く必要なものが揃っている。ウェルカムドリンクもあり、アメニティも必要なものがきちんとある。立地も淀屋橋、北浜の2駅を使いやすい位置でアクセスも良い場所です。

スタッフだいたいいいけど、少数な玉にきず。

部屋が素敵、朝食も美味しいです房間不錯，小而美又乾淨。早餐很多元很好吃😋

ホテルの紹介があまり良くない、門限があるのに、説明しなかった。荷物を取る時、スタッフは直接推して、荷物はフロントにぶつかれた… 介紹沒有很清楚，晚上後有門禁要感應。櫃檯人員比較冷漠一點，取行李的時候是直接推過來讓行李滑行，還撞到櫃檯

Can’t turn on AC during stay

The room was comfortable, there is a free coffee machine on the lobby and the hotel is in a good location.

You cannot turn on the AC. They have a central air system and the heater was on at all times. The room was very hot, so I called the reception and was told there’s nothing they can do, they advised us to open the windows. No fan was offered. So I had no choice but to sleep with open windows.

Hotel simples de rede com café da manhã muito bom

O café da manhã surpreendeu, sendo um buffet bem variado com opções mais ocidentais e opções orientais A localização também muito boa, perto de 2 estações de metrô e numa área mais arrumada da cidade

Espaço: cama de casal grudada na parede, quase nenhum espaço pra mala e banheiro sem bancada. Cama dura Amenities e tomadas insuficientes

The location is okay. The staffs are very friendly even they’re not familiar with English. The breakfast is very good but I think some guests left so many food was quite a pity. The cleaning can be better.

Great choice for Osaka!

Decent sized room and bathroom, close to subway (4 stops to Shin-Osaka station) and in a nice part of Osaka, close to several good restaurants.

The room was not cleaned properly before our arrival - there were a few hairs in the bathroom and a pistacio shell on the floor of the room.

Ok, but not a sofa...

Located in business area (we first went to the wrong hotel, be careful). Hotel is modern and what you would expect from business hotel.

Room was very small, hugely annoyed by the 'sofa' as it was just a seat.....and my daughter couldn't sleep on it....so I had a sleepless night on the floor!
