Situated in a private culdesac in gardenesque neighborhood. this two story southern charmer has just been completely remodeled and freshly updated and furnished throughout. Have tried hard to bring both comfort and style to this home and tried to think of even the smallest of details to make guest feel comfortable while still maintain elegance and functionality. offers a main level master king bedroom with private on suite and access to the back shaded deck and patio area. Main level also includes the kitchen ,dining, living room, laundry, and half bath. Upstairs is 2 spacious queen bedrooms with a shared full spacious bath. Located within 3 mins of movie theater, restaurants, local comedy house the Looney Bin and only 5 to 7 mins to the AR Heart and Baptist Hospitals, near I-430 access to easily be pretty much anywhere in little rock area within no more than 10 to 15 mins.

Used this comfortable, clean, well kept home for a nice central location for visiting family in Little Rock, Conway, Hot Springs and Monticello. Very good location with convenience to grocery, shopping, and restaurants. Home has everything you need. We were appreciative of the care the owner takes in screening clients to ensure only mature stays. The owner is VERY responsive to questions and communications which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely book again for our next Arkansas visit.

This home was absolutely fabulous. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was fresh and clean. The furniture and decor, including the floors were superb. The appliances were top-notch and modern. The host was very attentive and responded to all inquiries immediately.

This house is beautifully decorated in every room. The house is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The layout of the house is well designed. The location is quiet, yet close to stores and restaurants. This is at least the third time we have rented this property and plan to in the future.

This home was amazing. It matched the photos perfectly and you can tell the owner has taken special care to provide for their guests comfort. I have been in some homes that give just the bare minimum, but not in this case. The location was terrific and an easy drive to the airport or into downtown. And thank goodness the air condition worked well as it was unbelievably hot during our visit. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home with all the amenities! Pretty, quiet neighborhood near main roads, grocery store. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and coffee bar, movie channel every night, and the patio every morning.

The property had everything we needed. Well stocked with cleaning essentials and steamer for clothes. Easy to connect bluetooth speaker. Plenty of towels and blankets. Streaming services on the TVs were easy to operate. Extra charging cables for all phone types. Overall the home was very clean and enjoyable to stay in.

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. It is well appointed and made for a restful and peaceful place to stay while our home was being restored from a water leak. We need to be able to cook and Jory had a wonderful selection of kitchen necessities to be able to cook full meals. She was available for any questions or issues and promptly replied and dealt with everything. They gave a wonderful welcome by providing us a sweet treat! I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Christmas, New Year & Birthday vacation retreat

This property was so perfectly suited for our holidays and birthday vacation. It is conveniently located near the Little Rock airport, offers high-end decor/amenities with a well laid out floor plan, three very spacious bedrooms with extremely comfy beds, a dining room table that accommodated our whole clan, and a nice kitchen with plenty of space to hold all pantry items needed to feed this large group. While the kitchen items provided could easily tackle simple meals, I did have to go out and purchase a few things in order to put on my Christmas Eve feast (not a big deal). The kitchen is directly off the garage, which was very nice for all the comings and goings. The owner (Jory) provided a decorated Christmas tree for all our gifts to go around and I used 3M removable hooks on the mantle for all the stockings. Our stay covered 12 days so having the washer and dryer in the property was especially handy for everyone. Jory was always extremely responsive when contacted with issues or questions, and all were resolved to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Little Rock.

I just spent three nights at this location. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, convenient to downtown and to West Little Rock. Access to the interstates in only blocks away. Shopping for groceries (Kroger, Whole Foods, other) only minutes away. The property itself appears recently renovated; it's tasteful and very well done. One example: the master bath is terrific. Everything was immaculate, clean and fresh. It's a great kitchen, and the coffee bar is a nice extra touch. Two special other elements -- as attached garage and security system -- make the visitor feel very safe. Communication with the host was easy (except for one faux pas that was MY fault), and the rate was reasonable. As the title says, A+.

This beautiful house was in a very convenient location as was we were all over the Little Rock area visiting family. It was well equipped for meals and comfortable for visiting. The only drawback was the cable not having the sport stations for BB & football.
