The condo was as advertised. It had very roomy two bedrooms, kitchen and den. There were two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms seemed dirty. The beds in both bedrooms were not comfortable. No one slept the whole vacation. It was very nice except for the beds.

This is our second year of staying in this property at jazz fest. It’s a great location close to grocery stores, transportation and things to do. The management team is very responsive.

The condo was just what we needed! It was clean, well-equipped, centrally located—walking distance to CBD locations, French Quarter, riverfront, streetcar lines), and allowed us the flexibility to change plans as needed. We had a good view from our corner window.

This apartment was beautiful!! We were so happy with the neighborhood and the condo. Occasionally the street noise was a little loud but it didn’t prevent us from sleeping! Loved the tub and shower! Surprisingly, even the pull out couch was comfortable. Six people were very comfortable!

Place was clean and plenty roomy for the four adults. We’ll supplied kitchen. Right on St Charles street car which was ok for getting to the Quarter and Garden District but it was often full going either direction. We found walking up to take the 49 (French Market via Canal worked just as well - if not better). Would be fantastic location during parade season. Easy walk to Rouses grocery. Good grocery store. Several good dining choices within a few blocks walk for dinner.

The communication leading up to our trip was outstanding-recommendations for things to see, places to park and places to avoid helped to guide us with our planning. The place was clean and as listed. We were close to a very nice grocery store, plenty of restaurants, within walking distance to lots of attractions including the WWII museum (highly recommend) and we were pleasantly surprised to find a local bar downstairs-a bit of dive but fun and we were even there to help celebrate one of the regulars birthdays. The only hiccup in our stay was a call regarding noise complaints which was concerning because the majority of our group was not at the condo (aside from one who stayed home to get some sleep). We ended up going back to check on them after speaking to the property manager about the concerns and thankfully all was well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others because of our experience. We felt safe and comfortable and were able to explore the city happily.
