The condo was as advertised. It had very roomy two bedrooms, kitchen and den. There were two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms seemed dirty. The beds in both bedrooms were not comfortable. No one slept the whole vacation.
It was very nice except for the beds.

This is our second year of staying in this property at jazz fest. It’s a great location close to grocery stores, transportation and things to do. The management team is very responsive.

The condo was just what we needed! It was clean, well-equipped, centrally located—walking distance to CBD locations, French Quarter, riverfront, streetcar lines), and allowed us the flexibility to change plans as needed. We had a good view from our corner window.

Perfect location. The staff was very responsive and it was easy to contact them. I will be staying here everytime I go back to New Orleans.

This apartment was beautiful!! We were so happy with the neighborhood and the condo. Occasionally the street noise was a little loud but it didn’t prevent us from sleeping! Loved the tub and shower!
Surprisingly, even the pull out couch was comfortable. Six people were very comfortable!

Place was clean and plenty roomy for the four adults. We’ll supplied kitchen. Right on St Charles street car which was ok for getting to the Quarter and Garden District but it was often full going either direction. We found walking up to take the 49 (French Market via Canal worked just as well - if not better).
Would be fantastic location during parade season.
Easy walk to Rouses grocery. Good grocery store. Several good dining choices within a few blocks walk for dinner.

The communication leading up to our trip was outstanding-recommendations for things to see, places to park and places to avoid helped to guide us with our planning. The place was clean and as listed. We were close to a very nice grocery store, plenty of restaurants, within walking distance to lots of attractions including the WWII museum (highly recommend) and we were pleasantly surprised to find a local bar downstairs-a bit of dive but fun and we were even there to help celebrate one of the regulars birthdays. The only hiccup in our stay was a call regarding noise complaints which was concerning because the majority of our group was not at the condo (aside from one who stayed home to get some sleep). We ended up going back to check on them after speaking to the property manager about the concerns and thankfully all was well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others because of our experience. We felt safe and comfortable and were able to explore the city happily.

We where in New Orleans for a conference and choose this condo instead of the hotel. It was nice and the beds where very comfortable. There where waters and Gatorade in the refrigerator and coffee if you want to make some. The condo looks like the pictures and it was very clean.

Amazing Apartment in NOLA
My friends and I really loved this property!! The apartment was clean and beautiful inside. The decor and exposed brick were great and it was stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood is also great and the food and drinks at The Little Easy which is downstairs was also great! The communication with vacaynola before and during our stay was top notch! I highly recommend this VRBO!

Perfect Condo!
We loved our quick trip to New Orleans! The place was clean, exactly how pictures looked and a perfect location. We parked in a nearby garage and never drove again until we left. We walked or took the street car everywhere we went.
There was an issue with one of the showers and it was fixed super quickly. The property manager and management company were amazing.
If you have trouble sleeping, you might want to bring sound machines because you do hear all the street noise. Small price to pay for a great location. We would come back and visit for sure!

Nice place but horrible management.
Unfortunately the trip started off with a major issue and we were n't able to get access the first night. While I certainly do accept some responsibility the management took no accountability even when presented with clear evidence to the contrary. I book 30-40 apartments/homes a year through VRBO for a particular group throughout the country and I can say I have never had an issue like the one I had with this property management company. I will never book with VacayNOLA again.

Great property central to all
From the first moment we arrived we fell in love with the condo and the location. The space was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The exposed brick and hardwood floors have that eclectic feel. We would stay here again for sure.

This condo was exactly what the doctor ordered for our getaway to New Orleans. Having our own bedrooms and bathrooms was great. The kitchen and living room were very stylish, yet comfortable. The appliances throughout were top of the line. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect home base!
Great location, beautiful apartment, and quick, thoughtful communication. An excellent stay for anyone visiting NOLA for the first time and looking for a home base to explore the city from. We were right next to the trolley, but everything was also within walking distance or a ten minute Uber away. Perfect place to spend the weekend!

Perfect place… perfect location
Very nice. Great location. Within walking distance of most places. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Noise outside at night can be a bit much but not to the point it would keep me from staying here again. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent apartment and location
Big apartment, nearby grocery store and restaurants. Had everything we needed in kitchen and laundry, plenty of towels and pillows. Enjoyed the city sounds (street cars especially) but it was never too loud or noisy.

Great place overall
Wonderful space for four people. Right on the street car line but also great walking distance to the French Quarter as well. We really enjoyed having coffee and water and Gatorade and some beverages awaiting us. That was a very nice touch. We had an excellent stay - only one minor comment which is one of the bathrooms ran out of toilet paper. Would stay here again and would recommend it to all!

Excellent place with all the amenities (and then some that are simply bonuses) in an excellent location, close to wherever you might want to go. Cleanliness was next to Godliness, and the place is absolutely spectacular! Stay here and you will not be disappointed!!!

This condo is beautiful, so well kept kept and stocked for your visit! It is in the Arts District, which is a great mid-point location for many activities/venues in New Orleans. you can easily walk to the French Quarter, WWII museum, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Jackson Square to name a few. You can also pick up a trolley car right outside the condo and get to many of these places as well. The host, Barbara, is AWESOME! She helped us with parking reservation, finding transport around the city, and made several recommendations for food, fun, ect! The only complaint I really have is that the beds are memory foam and not that comfy for people over 50 with should and hip issues ;-) My 14 yr old boys were fine with them but the older you get the less forgiving memory foam can be., lol! I would definitely stay here and rent from Barbara agiain! Thank you!!

Great place for couples weekend getaway.
Really enjoyed the property. The building is beautiful with tons of exposed brick, high ceilings and luxurious trim and moldings throughout. Location is super convenient.
