An enjoyable stay in Marbella.

The deluxe bungalow was spacious and the housekeeping was very good. The pool area was comfortable with lots of lounges to choose from. Breakfast was plentiful and the lunches by the pool and dinners were delicious. The reception staff were very helpful.

The DJ during dinner was unnecessary and did not add to the lovely decor and ambience of the restaurant.

Sehr schönes Hotel, ruhig und gut angebunden

Sehr schön angelegte Anlage, gute Verkehrsanbindung trotzdem ruhig. Innerhalb von 5 min. erreicht man Strand und die Promenade. Kleines Häuschen mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmer ideal für Familie. Wohnzimmer mit dem gr. Tisch und Hocker etwas überladen. Alle Mitarbeiter immer sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit.

Bad ist leider nicht sehr gut saniert. Wasser läuft aus Dusche. Klodeckel ist Falsch eingebaut und klappt ein während man sitzt. Sehr nervig.

To be repeated in a different season

Staff is very friendly, liked the green around the bungalow, food was exceptionally good, nicely presented and breakfast buffet was also rich and healthy including the two dishes you could order.

Price for bicycle rent could be lower, and oatflakes for breakfast would be a plus, but I think for a holiday this accommodation is simply wonderful

Een deugddoende vakantie in een prachtig kader

De inrichting van de buitenomgeving en de tuinen. Het restaurant (voor diner 's avonds) is fenomenaal! Personeel aan de receptie was heel vriendelijk, idem voor kamerpersoneel. Kamer werd elke middag gepoetst en elke avond werd het bed opgemaakt voor het slapengaan (met snoepje!). In het restaurant werd ons 's avonds een mandje voor de hond aangeboden.

Een aantal personeelsleden aan het ontbijt was minder vriendelijk en begreep geen vragen in het Engels. Het bed (matras) was heel comfortabel, maar was gemaakt uit een zichtbare vezelplaat. Afwerking in de kamers en badkamer was niet helemaal wat je verwacht van een 5* design hotel. Op het terras van het restaurant is het voorbijrijdend verkeer heel goed hoorbaar.

Acomodações excelentes, localização perfeita, próximo ao Porto Banús, banho bom, cama confortável, roupas de cama e banho de qualidade, decoração impecável.

Apesar de sofisticado o café da manhã à lá carte não me agradou. A disposição para se servir apenas sucos e café e alguns petiscos. Apesar de estarmos na Espanha tudo era falado e escrito em inglês.

Les nouveaux bungalows une chambre sont parfaits . L accueil et le service de réception par Nerea et son équipe sont remarquables !

A triumph of style over substance. Expect more for this price.

The pool area is OK - a bit noisy from the (temporary) building work and (permanent) noise, but still a nice are to relax. Gym is well equipped but, because it’s outside and open, is often used as a playground by kids.

Service in the restaurant was poor. Staff were preoccupied with being cool but forgot that good service includes clearing tables of dirty plates. Breakfast buffet was OK but limited. Only juice was orange juice. Overall, trying very hard to be stylish but not enough attention to substance.

Extremely poor breakfast for this price, asked for pancakes or waffles they said they dont have. Only eggs and porridge for breakfast. Stayed there for 4 days and really cant imagine eating same egs for more days if u stay there like a week or two. Stuff extremely rude, not even saying hello when passing you, is that 400eur a night service? Not at all. Dark hair waitress with earing in the nose was extremely rude, even ignoring us. Pool was closed, no one informed about that before our stay.

Beautiful hotel, very helpful staff and excellent breakfast

The room was beautiful - one of the nicest decors I've seen in hotels recently. The reception desk were super responsive and helpful - once our cab was late and they called the restaurant to ask that they hold our booking. The breakfast is of excellent quality. Facilities are very nice and spacious. It does not seem busy in the hotel as it's large enough to accomodate everyone so the restaurant / pool are never overcrowded. I would definitely stay there again.

The bar near the pool was understaffed so had to go to the main restaurant to order something once. It's not the end of the world but expected a bit more from a 5* hotel. This was the only negative though.

In the evening the staff prioritized non guests who were dining in the restaurant, I asked to have a drink for my mums 60th and was told they can’t accommodate and I had to sit round the corner with no table service I also went to use the slippers in the room to find them dirty and smelling - must be from previous guest

Excellence, in every aspect.

The hotel was amazing from all aspects. I loved the artistic interiors of the room. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities were wonderful, good pools, well-equipped outdoor gym and a nice restaurant with outdoor seating (and live music/DJ). The staff were extremely helpful to accommodate my needs, and I want to make special mention to thank Marta, Ivan and Alina who assisted a lot during my stay.

A Cool Relaxed Vibe

The property was beautiful, modern and just cool. The staff were all very nice and attentive. The included breakfast buffet was delicious. There was an amazing included wine tasting one afternoon with the sommelier. The property was a short walk to the beach.

We stayed in a two bedroom bungalow, which was awkwardly small with furniture that was slightly too large. Every room could have used an extra square meter so you didn’t feel like you were squeezing through. Especially with luggage, which it don’t have a dedicated place for, it felt like there wasn’t room to walk.

boho club is a must stay for anyone wanting to be near Banus while still in Marbella.

place was stunning and had a very relaxed feel. rooms are very cool inside and don’t look it from the outside which is clever. food and drinks were all very good too. will definitely be back.

Nice hotel and excellent staff but unreliable wifi.

Friendly and efficient staff. Good location. Small but nice individual units.

Poor wifi service every evening, kept cutting out. And it never worked out on our terrace. We were fully charged for the 6-8 hours when we were in darkness with no electricity due to repeated power cuts (and no-one advised us what was going on). Not the hotel’s fault, but they still took our money for the whole time: poor show.
