Highly recommended!

Amazing property, very modern with characteristic rooms, is stayed in the cafe room and photography room. Showers and toilets are spotless and very modern with excellent Wi-Fi. Very near the airport and comfy beds, the staff kindly looked after left luggage for me when I went to Mt Kinabalu

Online check in very modern and good but asks for alot of information e.g. taking a photo of the passport then having to put in the information again.

Excellent value!

Vicinity to the airport, easy access to the main road, room cleanliness, beds are comfortable, interior design very refreshing, like the different room themes.

The online check-in (prefer the old fashion way), the smell of curry in the lifts.

New Building. Near Restaurants, bank, coffee shops, and Marts. Near Self Laundry. Near Airport. The location is easy for Grab or Food delivery. They have an easy check-in and check-out machine and of course easy after you use it once or twice.

Location is quite tricky if you use GRAB, basically, just search for Bank Muamalat KK Kepayan the lift is just beside the bank. Lift sometimes only 1 available.

In general, the customer service is very good but the facility is fair.

Staff are very helpful, friendly, and supportive.

Room is too small and feel that you're living in a confined space. Soundproof needs improvement as it is closed to the motorway and airport runway.

Great concept - however checkin and location confusing.

We needed something close to the airport. It cost less than $2 usd in a grab to get here, and was a 7 minute journey! Very cool and unique concept. I loved watching the planes come and go!

Finding this place was a little difficult once we got to the complex. It is located on the 5th floor, so find an elevator at entrance C and take it to floor 5, this will save you walking around like we did! Road as expected was noisy at night when trying to sleep. Checkin system was automated and required a QR code which I didn't have from booking.com. Someone was there to help us, and when they weren't they were very responsive when I messaged asking for help.

great location and convenient to access airport and train station

stayed in Artist room TV is completed with netflix and prime videos spacious great for a short stay over near to airport and tanjung aru train station self service laundry is near and convenient

walls are cracking far away from the crowded touristing area (night activities)

Good place

Everything good!. From self check-in service, super comfy bed, strong water pressure, variety of movie channel, good wifi connection. The host, eyka is very helpful, she help us with check in issue even though it already midnight. Most important, reasonable price and near to KK airport. If you looking for accommodation that provide basic thing yet important, The Atelier is the perfect choice.

overall is good, but poor sound insulation spoil everything.

the self check in kiosk is very convenience, and the digital door lock is safe. the property has provided the free shower gel, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, towel, etc. the room is cozy and clean. There are water dispenser with hot and cold water outside the room (in common area) and also the refrigerator. room with TV and so many films to choose. the airport landing site is just opposite the hotel, so you can see the flight landing and the sunset, it's really awesome.

the soundproof is really bad, coz the property is just right beside the highway. so you can hear the engine sounds of the car and motorcycle even in the midnight. can't sleep well.

Location: close to the BKI airport. Also close to few eateries and few groceries store.

Room is too small (as wide as a bed width) Self check in machine: not running smoothly. No pool

near to the airport comfortable bed and pillows basic amenities provided hair dryer available nice shower 24 hours restaurant just at the ground floor

toilet kinda smelly aircraft noice but i understand this is unavoidable

Staff was very friendly and customer service was top! I have to check out late due to unforeseen circumstances and the staff was understanding and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Everything's great except the mirror in cafe room. It's a bit inconvenience for short people like me 😅
