About this apartment rental
This two story studio condo lives much larger than a studio. The sleeping loft has one king bed and one single bed on opposite ends. The living area has 16 ft ceilings with large windows. This was my primary residence, and I rent it with all of the luxuries of home, including a fully equipped kitchen with full spice rack, etc. The deck has a seating area and the odds are high that you will see a moose (or a few of them) in the backyard. This upstairs end unit is very quiet and private, despite being very close to great amenities. The dining table seats 7 people comfortably, and the bathroom includes a new washer dryer.
The one disclaimer is that tenants will need to be comfortable with stairs. The loft has a very steep flight of stairs up to the sleeping area, as seen in the photos. There is also a flight of covered exterior stairs that comes up to the unit from the parking lot.

While we didn’t see the infamous moose in the backyard, we saw them elsewhere. The area was perfect location to get to Jackson and Grand Teton NP. As stated in the listing the stairs are steep and the ceilings are low but you’re not spending much time inside with the amazing outdoors minutes away. Would recommend staying here for sure.

My husband and I stayed here for a week. We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was fully stocked with every kitchen item you would need. We also appreciated all the bathroom products available. We had plenty of living space. Very clean, bed was very comfortable. The pictures on line were just how it looks! The location was also great for The Grand Teton National Park, as well as the town of Jackson. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. We even saw 2 moose out our patio door and 2 on the side of the condo!!

This loft exceeded our expectations in terms of size, location, and CLEANLINESS (whoever does her cleaning does a fantastic job--and I am picky.)
The loft is very nicely appointed, uncluttered, and the owner has made sure you have everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped. She has LOTS of spices and some pantry items. There was ample room downstairs--the square footage may be small but you do no feel it.
She mentions the steep stairs and lower ceiling of the loft but we did not find either to be an issue (and I am a 56 year old woman with not-so-great knees but in good condition. I am 5'9" and my daughter is 6'0").
The location was perfect. Within walking distance to a small market (although outrageously priced but good for things you may have forgotten at the store), a bakery and very close to 2 nice restaurants. The area is very safe, quiet and family oriented.
There is one con to this loft and it is the heat the loft accumulates. We stayed at the end of June when night temps were in the 40's and day temps were lower to mid 80's. There is not central air (which we understand most homes in the area do not have). There was one small, personal fan in the loft but not enough to cool the entire space. We slept with all the windows open but the loft was still very hot at night. If able, bring a larger, oscillating fan and that may help.
This really is a wonderful space and we would stay there again (just maybe in the cooler months).

We mostly loved our stay at Charlotte's. The kitchen and living area are spacious, welcoming, and comfortable. My parents stayed in a nearby condo and we spent many evenings at Charlotte's because of the large dining table, full kitchen, and comfy lounging area.
The loft upstairs is incredibly low. I am almost 6ft and my husband is 6ft2. Neither of us could stand up straight because of the low ceiling where the beds are. Charlotte does mention how steep the stairs are and she's not joking. I was terrified of slipping or tripping down them.
I don't know if they're always there, but there were cans of bear spray near the door so you don't have to buy or rent them during your stay!

My husband and I loved our stay at Charlotte's rental. If you are looking for a location that is close to the town of Jackson Hole but is away from all the hustle bustle---this is the perfect place! The location is quiet, safe, connected to bike paths, and is about a 20min drive to Grand Teton National Park.
Charlotte's rental was also very clean and was thoroughly stocked with clean towels, laundry detergent, kitchen/cookware, shampoo/conditioner etc.
I highly recommend her rental!

Perfect cozy stay!
My husband and I planned an after Christmas get-away in the mountains of Jackson, WY. This was our first time to WY & we could not have been more pleased with this loft! It’s a very cozy spot near the Teton Village & so close to down town. We were also happily surprised with the amenities within walking distance (fitness center, coffee shop, restaurants).
Charlotte was also so great with answering the many questions I had prior to our stay. All in all, cute, cozy loft- perfect for my husband and myself!

Highly recommend
We stayed at the condo for a week and really liked it. Perfect location, with easy access to Grand Teton NP and the town of Jackson. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking meals in. We really loved after-hike beers on the back deck. We'd recommend it and would stay here again when we return to JH.

Condo was very nice and well located. The stairs up to the bedroom loft were pretty steep and the loft ceiling was very low. However, the downstairs great room and kitchen were spacious and well decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional
Fabulous property in a great location. So clean. Love the aesthetic. Comfortable bed. Very well stocked. The only thing that stopped us from giving 5 stars was that 1)the loft ceiling is low one cannot stand up completely unless you are exactly in the middle 2) steep stairs up to the front door as well as up to the loft -which was okay for us, but could be problematic for some

We spent a significant amount of our trip dealing with issues
There were ants all over the bathroom, used contact lens on coffee table, used breath right strip stuck to tub, no AC with weather well into the 90s during the first week and the loft had zero ventilation, window screens with holes in them, dirty towels in washer left for us to wash when we arrived, the door didn't close closest to the toilet, the dishwasher had food in it, the door handle to the bathroom had fallen off, we spent a significant amount of time on the phone and on email with the owner trying to communicate all of these issues, dealing with two different maintentaince people.. the pest control and property manager. We did received a 3 night refund for all the inconveniences.

We’ll definitely be back!
Great second story loft property! Full size kitchen, living & bathrooms. We enjoyed the quaint loft and the bed was so comfortable! The loft is a loft with not much head space and a steep climb but that wouldn’t change my mind to stay there again.

Perfect in Every Way
I stayed here for a few weeks while working remotely and exploring Grand Teton NP and Yellowstone. The loft was perfect for me! It had everything I needed: fully stocked with cookware and essentials for cooking at home, great location with easy access to groceries, dining and downtown Jackson, quiet and private for relaxation or work, and the bed was so comfy! Charlotte was incredibly helpful in providing recommendations and she was super responsive when I had questions. 10/10 would absolutely visit again!

Great Stay And Great Location
The loft had everything we needed, was even super warm! We found the bed to be super comfortable, and the wifi was perfect for us to work from home. Specifically, I loved the couch! The kitchen was perfectly stocked to support us cooking the entire stay. Loved the property, thank you so much!

Loft Apartment
The property was terrific as described. However, it should be noted that the sleeping area in the loft is difficult to manage. I will note that compared to most people we are very fit, healthy and active. The steps are extremely vertical much like ascending a ladder. There is a handrail on one side only. The treads are very narrow as well due to the vertical angle. Once upstairs, headroom is extremely low. We are quite short in stature and still hit our heads. Anyone taller than 5’6” will need to bend over. The bed fills the space and must be crawled over to get in and out. There is a small shelf on the right side, but nothing on the left. Also, no headboard so difficult to read in bed. If you have to use the bathroom at night, it’s quite a production to get out of the bed and negotiate the steps without disturbing anyone. That said, everything else was perfect.

This cabin was perfect
Charlotte was a wonderful host, very responsive, and helpful with suggestions on things to do. The cabin felt like home, it was beautifully and simply decorated. Every detail was so thoughtful - the kitchen included everything from a well stocked spice rack to a Brita water filter to extra water bottles to hike with. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the extra fan upstairs in the loft helped keep it cool. And last the location was perfect - right in between Jackson and Teton village. We had an amazing stay here!

Great Stay, Awesome Adventures
My husband and I came here for our 20th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed every minute of it. This place is beautifully located for easy access to Teton Village and Jackson. It was very clean and quiet. (After a day of rafting, shopping or hiking, the quiet was wonderful) The bed was comfy and made for a great nights rest. I liked being able to do laundry right there. We give this property a big thumbs up.

Nice condo in lovely area
Stayed at this condo for a week over Memorial Day weekend.
Upon arrival unit was clean, well kept, and stocked with everything we needed.
The location was wonderful as we came from out of state to visit Grand Teton NP and condo is about 15 minutes from the Moose-Wilson gate which is open this time of year. It's also an easy 15-20 minute drive into the town of Jackson. Watch for moose on the side of the road near the condo at all times!
Charlotte was responsive to the couple of questions we had.
It would have been nice to have a screen on each window. As the temperature rose to just 65 degrees outside, the second floor condo and the loft bedroom upstairs got quite warm. Even with fans going, it would have been nice to open all windows but a couple did not have screens.
Took off a star for the bed and sheets. The bed was very firm for us, almost like sleeping on a wood plank after hiking for 5-6 hours each day and we woke up very stiff. Also the pillows were old with stains and were quite flat. The sheets on the master bed seemed worn also and were very thin. Additionally, having a better window covering above the king bed that blocks out more daylight would have been preferred for us. We awoke to the sunlight almost every morning around 6:45am thinking it was later! If you're a light sleeper, bring an eye mask!
Lastly, some of the fry pans and baking sheets we reached for in the cupboards were greasy, as if they were put away previously without having been cleaned properly.
All in all, it's a great option, for a party of 3 or less, fantastic location. But I don't think we would stay again only because of the uncomfortable bed situation.

Incredible vacay spot!
We had a wonderful time at this wonderful loft over Winter Break for week long Christmas vacation. We have stayed in Jackson for the last few Christmas holidays and can't say enough about this location. We loved the location close to the mountain but only a few minutes from town. We found a ton of really great restaurants that were close. The loft itself was wonderfully equipped, warm and cozy. We were able to cook meals in the kitchen when we wanted and it was so nice having a washer/dryer. We had no problems with parking and the store at the front of the neighborhood was a godsend. The views behind the kitchen were also amazing. My husband and daughter hit the sloped daily but I had to sit this year out because of an injury but I didn't mind drinking coffee at the table while I read. We had a great stay and can't wait to be back!

Great place and location..
It was hard to leave Colorado while we were getting dumped on but Jackson is my happy spot. Stayed in town at hotels many times in the past and was really happy to make the move to this place. Charlotte (the owner) was great and the location can't be beat. I hope to grab the loft again on my next trip.

Lovely loft in a great location!
The Loft was everything we needed. We had a full kitchen to cook meals, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and most importantly, we were close to Jackson Hole! We also saw a good amount of wild life from our balcony which was exciting. Just a great experience overall.

A great stay!
Located in Wilson, you are very close to the Grand Tetons and about a 2 hr drive to Yellowstone. The sofas and bed are comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked which is very convenient. Albertson's grocery is very close as well. The place is extremely clean which we appreciated. One evening we came home to a momma moose and baby just sleeping on the front lawn! Wow. Charlotte is very nice and helpful. The only negative is that it was warm and we couldn't open the windows/door because the screens were coming out & we had a mosquito infestation the first night. Charlotte assured me the screens are going to be fixed. That was the only issue, but it didn't ruin anything. I would stay here again if I was visiting the Jackson area. The location is perfect!

Very charming, and well stocked condo. Bed was very comfy, and we enjoyed the views!
We had a fantastic time in Jackson Hole! The condo was centrally located to all of the things we wanted to do, and we really enjoyed our stay! The views from the windows and balcony are beautiful! Thanks again!

Very convenient location, nice condo
We loved Jackson Hole, and found Wilson a very convenient location for many activities. We had some minor complaints about the property — for example the grill was really dirty, the bathroom lighting very dark, and the WiFi subpar — but overall were very pleased with it. The kitchen is well stocked and functional, the beds are comfortable, and the outdoor porch is very pleasant. We didn’t spend much time inside given everything to do in the area, and this property well suited our needs.

Home away from home in Wilson
We have now stayed at this property 3 times in 3 different seasons and couldn't be more please, it is our "home away from home" in Jackson. Everything is perfect for 2 people. I think the pictures don't show how much room is in the living space, it is very spacious. We were able to use the deck and what a great area to drink your morning coffee or tea and watch the moose wander underneath. The kitchen is very large and has everything you need(but who cooks when you can go to the Blue Lion or King Sushi). Highly recommend. Owner is absolutely great when/if you have anything happens.

Fantastic updated loft in the Aspens
We had a wonderful stay in this recently updated loft in the Aspen's. Kitchen was well fitted with modern appliances. Living space and dining area were spacious. While outdoor area was small it contained a nice grill and small seating area and had nice views to the west. Bathroom was large with excellent water pressure. There was plenty of storage space. Ventilation was efficient with Windows open. Stairs to the loft were steep but navigable. Loved it!

Loved the condo!
This condo was perfect for my husband, daughter and myself, given that it had the king and a single in the loft. The location in the Aspens is great. It's just a few minutes to Teton Village, and my favorite drive of all time...the Moose-Wilson road! The deck is small, but plenty of room for the three of us. The view is tall grass and aspen trees, which keep the unit very private. The kitchen is well equipped, and the whole condo is well furnished. The stairs to the loft are steep, and probably not appropriate (as was stated) for very young children. I would definitely recommend, and would book again the next time we are in Jackson.

The owner was super attentive. We felt very well cared for. The location was fantastic and the apartment was extremely comfortable. It was a great place to cook your own meals and we loved the store, just five minutes’ walk away.

The condo was in a great location with easy access to Teton National Park, Village, and Jackson along with easy access to bike trail. Close proximity to Aspen Market was helpful. Condo was fully stocked with all we needed. Plus we saw a moose in the backyard one morning.

This is the second time we have stayed here(once in September and now in March) and have already booked again for this July. Doesn't matter what time of year, this has been a perfect place to stay. The living and kitchen area is so large and comfortable. The loft is kind of like going into a tree house, the ceiling is a little low, and the bed is really comfortable. Somehow that combination(maybe the Wilson air too) makes a great place to sleep. We have stayed in 3 other places in the Aspens and this one is our favorite by far. Quick response by the owner to any questions as well.

We spent a week at this condo and had a great time! Condo is clean, very modern, spacious, well-appointed and true to pictures shown with everything you would need to feel at home - fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, shampoo in the shower, even spices for cooking in! Sleeping accommodations are in a loft and my kids loved it - very different from most places we stayed and home! Stairs to the loft are steep and perhaps not suitable for everyone. The condo also has clothes washer and dryer - very handy for our wet ski gloves and snow pants! It is located in a nice neighbourhood but not as close to public transport especially if you are carrying all your ski gear and have kids with you. Condo is about 10 min drive to Teton Village and the lifts. It is only a 10-15 min drive to Jackson downtown area with shops and restaurants. The Aspens neighbourhood has its own grocery and liquor stores and a bar.
The owner is very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had although she was on a trip herself. I recommend this place and would stay here again!
