House for seasonal rent in the municipality of Lège Cap Ferret.
Family villa equipped with all the necessary comfort for a relaxing and exotic vacation.

Large private heated pool 11m - 3. 75 south.
The pool is very functional for all ages and therefore the whole family. The heated pool is built on a slope, it starts with a sunbath 20 cm deep, then a small bath gently sloping (70 cm deep) to finish at a maximum of 140 cm of water.
The pool is self-regulated with salt
The salt regulation does not sting the eyes, no chlorine or aggressive products ... that at all soft!
It is equipped with an alarm.
NOTE: pool water heating can not be guaranteed in October and April. This being also dependent on the climate and outside temperatures.
The pool is no longer heated from November to early April.

Ideally located to access the Bassin d'Arcachon and the Atlantic Ocean, lakes Lacanau and the towns of Andernos, Ares or Lege Bourg, all by car and bike.
LOCATION:
The Villa is perfectly located to access all the villages of the peninsula of Lège Cap Ferret, first Claouey, Jane of Boy then Petit Piquey, Piraillan, the cannon, the vine, the grass and finally the cap ferret.
Direct access also to the seaside towns like Arès or Andernos the baths.
20 minutes by car from Lake Lacanau, 30 minutes from Lacanau Océan (10 minutes more).
The various markets of the peninsula north cap ferret Andernos are all accessible. You will have the choice, of the market!
INTERIOR of the Capuchin villa:
All comfort - large kitchen open to outside and directly on wooden terrace of 40 M2
A large open space forming the living room stay for about 80 m2.
A mezzanine completes the space for about 30 m2.
The villa is composed of 4 bedrooms:
a parental suite with bed 160 X 200 dressing and bathroom, Italian shower and TOILET, direct access on the terrace and swimming pool.
A room "child teenager or young couple" with single bed and bunk bed (so 3 beds).
a 3 me bedroom direct access swimming pool with bed 160 X 200
a 4 me bedroom with double beds 140 X 200 direct access terrace and swimming pool.
the whole is completed of a big space in mezzanine with possibility 2 beds
A large bathroom with walk-in shower bath and toilet.
2 bathrooms - 3 toilets
plus 1 WC and outdoor shower direct access from the garden terrace and the pool.
TERRACES and GARDEN:
Two very large terraces:
A terrace full "south east" for breakfast in the sun of about 40 M2.
This terrace will offer shade in the afternoon when the sun is warmer.
A second wooden terrace of about 150 m2 full "south west" to enjoy the sun to the sun set around the pool, in a beautifully landscaped setting!
The house is equipped with a barbecue / gas plancha for easy operation. Barbecue 4 quality burner for cooking grilling and outdoor rotisserie.
Outside always around the swimming pool, you will find all the comfort for an excellent moment in family:
Lounge bench fixed side swimming pool as kitchen side.
XL teak table for up to 12 people.
Table in the garden complementary for 6 people ...
Sunbathing, parasols, sails shading, deckchairs, hammock, sun loungers, garden furniture on each of the two terraces.
