Family from out of town, in for J4 holiday; perfect arrangement for us!

The Price Farm house was a charming stay. Comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch while listening to and watching chickens and goats across the road. It's peaceful location is a lovely contrast to the hustle and bustle of Knoxville. Highly recommend for a relaxing place to lay your head.

We really enjoyed our stay at Price Farms. The hosts were very kind and communicative. They answered all of our questions prior to our trip and they let our kids and grandkids "play" with the animals. They even let them bottle feed calves. The home was exactly as described. If we ever need a place to stay in the area again, we will definitely stay there. Very cozy

We needed a place to stay for a local volleyball tournament at the Knoxville Convention center, which was 15 minutes away, and an all day event. So essentially we just needed a place to prepare breakfast and in the evening decompress, cook dinner, and relax until again next day of more volleyball.
Only issue we faced was the Internet was pretty slow. The amenities list it a 50+ Mbps but being in IT as a profession I rebooted equipment and retested a few times on speediest websites and could not get faster than 20 Mbps. So, it was noticeable, while some of the adults just used it for entertainment but at least one adult was trying to catch up on work and took a while to load pages.
We could not find a hair dryer in any of the 2 bathrooms, and one of the ladies in our party looked for one, but not a big deal.
The hostess and her family were very warm and welcoming and allowed us to go see their farm animals and feed their chickens with fresh vegetable scraps we had from dinner, which my wife and kids enjoyed the experience.

Nice place, excellent communication. Home is wonderful and the kids loved seeing the animals. Wil definitely book again.

This is the type of place that I love when I look on vrbo. There’s no false advertising and the hosts provide a fantastic experience.

Jennifer was an excellent hostess and communicator.
The beds and pillows were comfortable, the heater and hot water fully accommodating, the coffee and maker plus Christmas decorations welcoming, and the wood paneling nostalgic.
Note that there are no hair dryers, tissues, dishwasher, or extra blankets or throws. New renters should arrive in daylight.
We definitely would stay here again!

The house is exactly as described, in a nice country setting. Less than a 20 minute drive to downtown Knoxville. The house was spotless with clean sheets on the beds and plenty of towels in the bathroom. Looking forward to staying here again!

I brought my son and his friend to UT fir a college tour and football game. Nice and quiet location about 15 min from campus. Spacious house with room fir us all. Thank you!

Staying at this house was just like visiting my grandmother's house on the farm. No frills, older house, but had plenty of space and all you need.
If you are a luxury traveler then this is NOT the place for you. But if you are a family who are looking for a spacious house with friendly hosts then come on out!!

Peaceful and quiet country setting close to town. I was in town for softball tournament so we didn't get to enjoy it very much.

We stayed the weekend to visit our son and attend a UT ball game. It was close to campus and his apartment. It was perfect!

The property manager was amazing--she was very engaging and my Granddaughter loved her!

Close to everything! Very hospitable people, so kind and thoughtful. They made us comfortable on the farm inviting us to join in with their daily chores that we wanted to know all about. They made our trip grand and we can’t wait to come back

Felt a little minimalistic. No alarm clocks. Wish they hadn't placed single ply toilet paper even if only in one of the two bathrooms. There was one box fan available; otherwise, no ceiling fans. Not certain there was a blow dryer available. Some of the furniture is fairly worn out and some is newer. Grandparents that run farm are super friendly. Everyone involved was super nice. Enjoyed visiting farm. Overall good experience.

The property is very comfortable. The owners are very accommodating. This was our second stay here. We'll be back!

We came to town for a 2 yr old twins bday. The property was perfect. The kids loved checking out the chickens and the goats. The owners were accommodating and pleasant. Will be staying again.

This property was perfect for our family. It was very comfortable for all. It provided a wonderful place for us to host our family members in the area for Christmas and New Year's. The owners were very responsive and friendly. It's conveniently located to Knoxville, Alcoa, Sevierville, etc. We were there during the arctic weather of December 2022, with temps down to 3°F. The house remained nice and warm through those frigid temps. :-)

Convenient location—plenty of outdoor space—farm animals a major attraction—plenty of seating & indoor space for our group—quiet & restful location—we all enjoyed it.

Group of 7 of us for a Tennessee football game. As advertised. Perfect for our group.

This was the second visit to Price Farm. Still quiet and serene as usual. I highly recommend anyone to consider if they are looking for a great place to stay. Very convenient to Knoxville, Alcoa, and Maryville, TN. Thanks again!!

We came to Knoxville, Tennessee for a wedding. The place was perfect for my family and I. So roomy and conveniently located near everything. Knoxville was bustling with people and fun because of the big college football game against the Florida Gators. Was so happy to see Tennessee win and all the excitement it created for the fans. The owners were also very nice 😊. No problems at all and great time we had there. Thank you Price Family!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Price Farm. My grandson loved seeing the chickens, goats (and baby goats), cows, and Ikey the little pony who trotted over for scratches and carrots.
You will have pretty much everything you need. Stove, microwave, grill (which we didn’t use so I don’t know how well it works), coffee pot (but no filters so bring your own), linens and towels, and a little shampoo, conditioner and soap was in the bathrooms. We also got fresh eggs from the chickens! One thing you may want that I didn’t find was a corkscrew, so we had to go buy one to open a bottle of wine. Oh, and there is no dishwasher, but there is a washer and dryer.
Rooms are as described. We had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. Each room had a closet and a dresser. Air conditioning worked beautifully. Water pressure in the showers was good. If you like a firm mattress, you will be happy. Mattresses are very, very firm.
Internet worked decently well most of the time. While trying to watch Netflix at night, there was a lot of buffering to wait through.
Keeping in mind we were on a farm, we expected bugs. However, we gave cleanliness 3 stars because there were a lot of cobwebs and dead bugs.
You will enjoy staying at Price Farm if you are happy with comfortable and no-frills.

Peaceful country view
Absolutely loved staying here! We were in town for the SEAA softball World Series and it was such a perfect spot to come back and relax at. We were just under 20 mins from the fields in Knoxville. We were able to go to Pigeon Forge for a night which was just under 45 mins away. The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen had just about anything you’d need. The kids loved the animals, especially the baby goats and mini horse. The view around the house was beautiful. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

Good Bad and Ugly
First the good-beautiful location, owners were very friendly, enjoyed them very much, good size home.
Bad- We have stayed at several VRBO's and this was the most ill-equipped kitchen I have seen. All kitchen utensils and cooking implements were thrown into one drawer and not separated at all. All the other places we stayed in had little niceties in them i.e. tea, sugar, coffee, condiments, etc. This home did not. We never received any check-in instructions. Beds were very uncomfortable, extremely hard.
Ugly-All the windows were filthy and covered in spider webs with dead bugs in them, disgusting.
We would not stay there again.

We loved our stay at Price Farm! My teenage boys loved visiting the farm animals each day and they even named a few of them and they talk about the animals often and look back at the pics. Great memories! The house was very cozy and comfortable. The amenities were sufficient for our stay, as well. We also thoroughly enjoyed the farm fresh eggs, thank you! If/when we return to Knoxville, we hope to stay at Price Farm again.

We had 4 adults, one 18yr old and my 3yr old grandson. The house is perfect for family get together. We cooked breakfast and dinner. Out in the city for lunch. (we're not used to mountain back roads, so we didn't venture out at night. lol)
The washer and dryer are amazing, I think I'm going to buy the same s et for my home! lol The beds are very comfortable and good closet space too.
The family farm setting was perfect for my grandson, he played on the lawn and LOVED to see the cows, goats and chickens. The family is so sweet, kind and attentive-they even let my grandson feed to baby cow a milk bottle too! We got a complementary dozen eggs and then purchased more during our stay, right from the source-fresh from the yard bird everyday. I'm spoiled!
The downtown city "Market Square" is very clean and there are many restaurants to choose from and at least 3 water splash parks for the kids to play in. The zoo is a great place for kids also.
It wasn't in a major city like the craziness of Gatlinburg [ we usually do]..this year it was about slowing down and connecting with family and Price Farm location was a perfect fit. Thanks!

Price Farm was a perfect place for the five of us to celebrate a milestone birthday for our most advanced sister. She had the room with adjoining bathroom but was more delighted by the library right in her room. The remaining four of us each had our own super comfortable bed since each of the other two BRs had two beds. We spent most of our time playing board games at the ample sized kitchen table, but the huge living room was perfect for our morning devotional with plenty of comfy seating choices. The grill right outside the kitchen door did a great job on the steaks. All 3 burners fired right up. Three sisters went on an early morning walk and were able to take many cute pictures of the farm animals and surrounding grounds. A great stay that felt like being welcomed into someone's home.

The weekend was very enjoyable. The location was very quiet and has a view of the mountains and the farm. The house was spacious and very clean. If you are looking for a place to chill out and to recharge this is the place to be. Knoxville it not that far away for shopping. Awesome time!
