Great location - had all that we needed. A full sized fridge and freezer would be good but everything else was great!

Well appointed, super close to the Puma Lift! Little bit dated decor, but super comfortable, easy and great communication and customer service! Perfect rental for a couple fat old guys to hang out and ski!

Condo was covered in dust. No key cards our entire stay despite the fact we asked for them to be replaced multiple times. So, no amenities our entire stay. The dust was so thick I was sick 1 day into our stay. We asked for reimbursement for over a week and they awarded us a measly $120. Complete disaster. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

I liked our place but was unable to get a blanket to sleep under on sofa sleeper. We called 3 different times and they told us housekeeping received our message but hadn't responded. I never did get a blanket. We had a key to spa and pool and it didn't work. No one came to rectify. (We talked to other people in spa and theirs worked.). The last night we started to use the dish washer and reached under the cabinet and the faucet had been dripping. Everything was black and sludgy. We were afraid to run the faucet. We called and they said they would get back with us in an hour but no one contacted us. Jose told us they would compensate us for the inconvenience. I hope they will.

Overall, a nice stay that was as-advertised. But I’m old school (or maybe just old) and when I had questions the day of our arrival and the day of our departure, the ability to talk to someone live and/or have my questions answered via text (via Vacasa) in a reasonable amount of time left something to be desired. I’ve been able to communicate directly with the VRBO property owner and it makes all the difference.

Beautiful views and sounds!!
The condo ha d a great location to the lift and nice views from both front and back areas. The condo was a little dated and a few things in need of upgrade , but overall provided all necessities amd a nice stay.

Thanksgiving
The only thing that I would suggest is extra blankets. I kept the temperature down but was chilly during the night. You only have one Doona per bed and they are very thin.
Also your refrigerator needs to be defrosted. The built up ice froze my greens.

Great place!
The condo had everything we needed for a long weekend. The location is great and we really enjoyed the river right behind the building.

Perfect location. Right next to village and Snake River runs behind condo. Simply lovely!

Excellent location
We rented this condo while visiting family living in Keystone. It is a lovely location with a river off the back deck, beautiful mountains, and an opportunity to see wildlife ( including moose). The condo was a comfortable place to stay and the kitchen served us well.

It is very close to the ski village, the ski gondola, & the ski lift.
Having 2 full bathrooms was a bonus, ie one for him, one for her.
The hot tub and swimming pool is a 30 second walk outside right from the front door.
Keystone ski resort has an excellent bus shuttle service that runs every 10 minutes.
The bus pickup is just a 2 minute walk from the door. The bus ride to the village is just 5 minutes and just 2 minutes to the ski lift.
Don't bring a car, you don't need it. The ski resort and the ski village has everything. Take a shuttle bus transfer from the airport instead.

Barely adequate
Barely adequate. On the positive side the unit is clean. Unfortunately, the negatives far outweigh the positives. First, we have a small car but there is barely had room in the parking area which is on paved

So peaceful
We loved our stay. We come up to the mountains once a year for a couples get away and try to stay somewhere new every time. This place was great! Nice and cozy, great price, easy to get to, the view was beautiful, great parking and was everything we were wanting. I don’t have any complaints about this rental. I highly recommend it.

We had a last minute ski trip and booked this condo, best decision we made when we booked this condo. Recommend this property to anyone that wants to book a ski in ski out condo. Will definitely be back

Perfect location, everything you need included
Great for a couple, but a pull out sofa and second bathroom allows for four people. Parking included was great. Management company was very responsive when we had an issue with the condo and fixed the issue as soon as possible. Location is perfect for skiing at keystone. Some noise from upstairs unit but other than that, condo area is nice and quiet. Gas fireplace seems to be the heat source, so you have to run it to heat up the rest of the condo. A few other small quirks, but would definitely stay in the condo again!

Nice small condo close to River Run Village
The condo is set up very well with two bathrooms and cozy living room. The bed is surprisingly comfortable and condo has all the basic amenities you would need. However, being on the first floor you hear everything your upstairs neighbor does and the water lines of the neighboring condos as well. It’s nice to have the covered parking available. Would stay here for a quick trip again but not for longer than a night or two.

Ski condo
This condo has a great location for the price. Short walk to jump on the lifts. Unfortunately when your neighbors wake up, so will you. We had two sets of upstairs guests we could hear every move they made. It’s a little dated, very small fridge, and the tv only had one channel would come in. But that’s not why you come stay here. Overall, this rental is about location and this condo has that going for it.

We loved it!
It felt like we were at home. It was a lot nicer than we thought it was going to be for the price! Looked exactly how it does on the pictures and the view of the river and mountains from the back is BEAUTIFUL! We loved it here and we will probably be back!

Summer Sister Get-Away
What a clean, open condo! We were very happy to have found an affordable and lovely place to stay. The best part was being right by the river..wonderful sound to fall asleep to ;)

Property is as described - location is ideal
Great summer stay - close to trails, water, anything you’d want to do outside...without the crowd of Breck. Biker/hiker/paddler/porch coffee drinker’s paradise.

Great value for a summer trip
Conveniently located in close proximity to a myriad of Summit County summer activities, this place covers all the essentials and serves as a great base camp for enjoying all the area has to offer.

Very Nice
Enjoyed listening to the river from the bedroom room. Would give it 4.5 stars for the summer value, 4.75 if it had a full sized fridge or a small freezer and 5 if it had an in unit washer/dryer.

Great location!
Great location in great Keystone but definitely not for those who prefer to cook themselves - kitchen is very very small and without a table.
Also, there is no place to dry ski boots and ski clothes which I expected to find at this location.
But, it got two bathrooms and underground parking and just one flight of stairs!
Therefore, 4 stars.

Great location.
We enjoyed our stay here. It's a cozy little condo. It's an old condo, but it's very well kept.
What I liked the most:
- Short walk to the Peru lift.
- Nicely stalked kitchen (e.g. Crockpot, blender..)
- Back deck has BBQ grill with a nice view of the river (less than 10m away).
What I didn't like:
- Noisy. Maybe we were just unlucky. The people who were staying above us were super loud in the morning. They got up really early and stomped around for a couple of hours. Miserable.
- The refrigerator doesn't have a freezer so no ice maker. There is an ice maker in the club house though.

Great location - walk to the slopes was very quick even in ski boots. If you don't want to walk, the green bus is right on the road.
