The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances to cook a gourmet meal. Bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet, dresser, and french doors that lead out to the deck overlooking the lake. Enjoy morning coffee, evening cocktails, read a book, do some yoga or just sit and watch the local wildlife, or enjoy the quiet on the deck. The bathroom has a large shower with a jetted body spray massage shower tower head, all new tile surround give it a spa like feel. A gas fireplace in the living room keeps it warm and cozy.
With the change of seasons during the Spring and Summer the reflection of the surrounding trees on the lake is one of the most beautiful things you will see. You will certainly want to take picture to show your friends and make them jealous. Enjoy the night air around the fire pit overlooking the lake with a cozy blanket and admire the night sky and the millions of stars. There are 2 kayaks to take onto the lake to get a closer look at the turtles and fish in the water. A Bald Eagle has a nest close by visiting often to catch its dinner and sit in high above in the surrounding trees.
Perfect getaway any season- in Winter it's located close to Camelback Mountain, or Shawnee Mountain for some skiing , snowboarding or snow tubing, Spring and Summer visit one of the many hiking trails, waterfalls or bike trails the Poconos has to offer, in the Fall, the color of the leaves reflecting off the lake put you in awe of the amazing Mother Nature. Close to shopping at the Crossings Factory Outlets that feature over 100 designer and name brand outlets. If antiquing is your thing there are many unique shops close by that you can visit, also close to the largest candle and gift shop in the Poconos. For night life see if you get lucky at Mt. Airy Casino, if you don't want to gamble the local restaurants and bars showcase some of the best local musicians.
If its a romantic getaway you are planing appointments at a local spa, Bliss Beauty & Body Co. can be made prior to your visit.
For an extra fee refrigerator can be stocked with what you ask- food, drinks, alcohol, etc. upon arrival. When you book let us know whats on your list.
If you are looking for a great location to getaway from it all and relax, want a romantic time to enjoy each others company or here to visit family and don't want to stay in a hotel, this is the place for you.
Note: There is house on the property as well, but the residents are quiet and won't disturb you. Lake is not a swimming lake.
